We have just come back from a few nights. The hotel is basic but clean. The beds were very hard and not particularly comfortable. Breakfast was included in our stay, again, it was ok. It gets very busy some times and it is a bit of an accident waiting to happen, people

High quality staff, good breakfast choices, small area around the pool! Very close to the beach! Could do with a fridge in the room! Good choice of drinks in the bar, cheapest prices in the area! I would definitely recommend and would return!

How much is a taxi from airport to hotel
Hi Phil its Wildsurfer here, your lucky I got a taxi to my hotel mate the driver charged me 30 Euros, not a bad price for an airport pick up, especially if you don't know your way around, but I could have got the bus 6 it goes straight to las palma , that would have cost around 6 Euros, busess going the other way towards mas palomas are more or less the same amount, the airport is roughly directly between the two towns, depends on what you like really but if your on a budget, get the bus they go directly in to town and its probably a 5 to 10 minute walk to your hotel or a minimum fare of 3 euros 50 in a cab for a quick trip around the corner,,

You should take the bus from the airport to Parque de Santa Catalina, the bus station is underneath the parque. Once there a very helpful tourist information person will direct you to the correct bus to get you nearest to your hotel. We thought we would take a taxi but she saved us the trouble. Also check the internet as there is plenty of information about the buses in Las Palmas. Enjoy some days out on the buses to explore the north of the island also.
