Hotel is really clean. Food good. Drinks ok. All staff are really friendly and work extremely hard. Not sure I would want to stay longer than a week though. Rooms are slightly on the small side but you’re not in them long enough to worry. Can get bbc1 bbc 2 and CBeebies if you like a bit of telly. Drinks are very slow being served but I must say Yolanda and kelvin both work extremely well and when they were on the queue did go down quicker. Yolanda especially was friendly so thank you Yolanda. Couple of down sides were hotel is on a main road so if sunbathing on grass can get noisy and PLEASE repair all the broken sunbeds. Lots are ripped and unused but each day they are out. Looks dreadful and does let the hotel down a bit. All in all though a great hotel and would come back Thank you to everyone for making this a lovely 5 night break

The hotel on arrival was beautiful and clean, lovely welcome and check in from reception staff. Lovely spacious room with fridge, very clean , lovely balcony ours with sea view. Cleaners came in every day cleaning, changing the towels. Staff all very friendly through out the hotel. Gorgeous big pool with jacuzzi at one end.. lagoon style. Very clean area. Great entertainment staff always putting activities on for those who wanted to join in. Plenty of sun loungers available. Outside bars and snack bar was great. Food in the restaurant was all cooked in front of you. Staff took your drinks orders soon after you sat in the restaurant. Busy working staff but always friendly and polite. We had an amazing stay at BQ Belvedere hotel. Free stuttle coach to palma beach every day every hour. Every perfect … We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed 5 nights with my adult daughter. Hotel only 20 minutes from airport, first drop off. Arrived early at 11am, was surprised that our room was ready so went and unpacked. Upgraded to superior room ,-€8 per night for room with pool and seaview in far distance. Room was on the small side with single wardrobe, desk and two single beds pushed together, not enough room to separate the beds. Bathroom was tiny, walkin shower nice buy no room to store toiletries and no were to hang towels. Balcony narrow but wrapped round the room. Excellent air con. WiFi was ok in room. Room was clean and modern. I don't know what standard room like if this was superior. Hotel modern and clean. Reception staff not very helpful or friendly needs working on. Pool area clean. Always managed a sunbed at 10am but on grass area. Lack of parasols and a lot of sunbed damaged and ripped. Bar staff very slow always a queue. Pool bar serves food, very nice, pizza, burgers, hotdogs, pasta, nuggets salads made to order and free for all inclusive. Breakfast was good, didn't eat in restaurant at lunch but dinner was ok, alright choice of food but always cold nothing ever hot no matter what time you went, I've had much better at other hotels. Entertainment staff excellent friendly always helpful lots to do in the daytime, David, Benjamin and Alesendro made time for a chat and worked so hard. Evening entertainment hit and miss, kids disco then about 40 minutes of entertainment which wasn't much. Hotel not near to any tourist activities about 25 minutes down a very steep hill plus about 50 step to beach to the left and same the other way to marina, nightmare climbing back up. Hotel does a courtesy bus to palma nova during day, but would have to get taxi after 6pm. Local bus 46 for 2 euro each way to palma 20 minutes away every 20 minutes. Overall nice hotel nothing much to do in evening.

My partner and I have just returned from a 5 night stay here. We only purchased a bed and breakfast rate. We arrived very late and there was nothing open in the local area to eat. Luckily they do have a vending machine in the reception area. The hotel was really lovely - staff were helpful and friendly. We caught a bus/ taxi each night to Palma. The bus was €2 each way PP - cash- a taxi ranged from about €10-€14 each way depending on traffic and time. Taxis do take cards. You still need masks on buses+ taxis in Majorca. The hotel pool is amazing. So clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed this pool. We were able to get sun beds each day, but some days, towels were placed on beds all day, and not used which was a bit annoying. The walk to the beach was a killer in the heat! It took about 10 minutes but the beach was lovely. Some okay small shops in the local town. The only small gripe was the breakfast! There was lots to choose from but it was chaos to queue up and get food. Also the scrambled egg wasn’t nice so I’d give that one a miss. Oh the whole, it’s a great hotel and one that was very enjoyable and recommended.

Pros * Clean modern rooms with good water pressure * Short journey from the airport * Free shuttle bus to the beach town Palmanova * Easy to travel to Palma by public transport €2 each * great beach in walking distance * Weather was perfect * Good size pool with showers and sun beds * The kitchen tries to offer a different selection of food daily * Working air conditioning in the room Cons * All inclusive isn’t truly all inclusive. Outdoor snack bar cost, and most alcohol costs extra * Only one restaurant * No table service by the pool * 20-30 min queues for drinks day and night * The wine, sangria and cocktails are from tap and watered down, the only drink with alcohol is the local vodka * Uncooked limited selection of meat at lunch and dinner. In general basic fatty foods without flavour because the food is cooked from frozen. * The rooms are a little small * No drinking water in rooms and you’ll need to queue for water as there is no self service water, the fact that they sell water in the gift shop, €2 euros per bottle is a sign there isn’t enough easy to access to water

Rooms absolutely spotless, so clean and comfortable. In fact every single area of the hotel is spotless. All staff nice and helpful. Meals decent, plenty of choice and no overcrowding like in some buffets in other hotels. You could never go hungry or thirsty or get bored here. I wanted to visit Palma one evening so got the bus outside the hotel for €2. So great location and amenities too. Also close to the airport is a plus. Travelling solo and felt very at ease in this hotel. Recommend to anyone.

What an amazing hotel. I took my brother who has a learning disability. He had the most fantastic time. This was all down to the fantastic Animation Team. They work so hard throughout the day and into the night to keep everyone entertained. Activities during the day and shows at night. Thank you Davide, Alejandre, Benjamin, Victoria and Carmen. You made my brother laugh throughout the day. He loved Vicki's aqua zumba classes. Rooms are clean, good air conditioning, the shower was amazing, best power shower I have ever used. Food is very varied so you never get bored. Variety of cocktails available. Thank you for a fantastic holiday, we will be back.

Just arrived home from the hotel Belvedere after a ten night stay with my partner and daughter and can’t recommend enough! Great location not far from the airport, shuttle bus to palma nova beach and marine land. food was great so much choice although rather than a week turnaround could do with it being a 2 week turnaround for guests who stay longer than a week as it gets repetitive but still great food . Pool is fab lovely temperature always got a sun bed But the main thing that makes this place is the entertainment team. They are probably the best we’ve experienced they work so hard and it really shows, I was always apprehensive about sending my daughter to a kids club and was quite against it before we left but she wanted to go and we felt completely at ease with it carmen and Victoria are brilliant with the children and she had the best time and made lots of friends you know they are safe in their care. Davide,Alejandro and Benjamin along with the carmen and Victoria kept us entertained every day and there shows were brilliant especially the comedy show! 😂 They work so well together and they really make this hotel thank you for the best time We would 100% return in the future

Bit lengthy so apologise but hey! So check in, Arrived lunch, checking ladies were lovely forgot names but was Thursday 28th July lady had blondish hair in a bobble). Got wrist bands and put bags in luggage room. Note there is lockers 2euro coin needed for valuables, you don't get back so keep what you need out. rooms ready for 3pm. 2 rooms we were 4 apart but same side and building. Lovely view of mountain and got evening sun. Rooms nice basic but lighter than pre make over lovely shower. We had double room, 2 singles pushed together, sheet on, quilt in wardrobe. Safe is easy to use, something like 3 euro a day 10 deposit to be paid cash. As it is now a 4 star I would have expected the actual floors to be a little cleaner. The cleaners did come in daily and make beds not sure if changed them or not. However noticed especially bathroom round toilet lots fluff etc. not a massive thing for us rooms were clean just if looking closely so maybe something for check out day to make sure. Tv had BBC1, 2 CBBies, ITV,2 were not working). Pool, good size, 1.2 at side where aqua gym it goes to 1.30 middle 2 meters then back to 1.7 where tree is (in case you want to judge where to sit) beds, well no mass issue yes people went down early. Mainly ones with kids ay 7:30 close to pool gone but loads left on grass to side pool and the grass on the ledge near the bar and kids club and oads to pool bar on the grass too.. There is also some around the mini babies pool. I do feel they may need a few more if they could fit them that it haha. No pool wars and only a couple we noticed (was generally older couple once or twice put towels down and left most day rest all used). We ended up getting less as little one spent more time in pool! Day time entertainment. Starts 10:15am with the club some (If anyone goes and can record the some pop it on you tube I would be grateful as I was too busy dancing to record it haha. 10:30, 11:30 usually game (Also stretching at 10:30), 12:30 Aqua Gym or cocktail making, then break for lunch till 3:15pm. More games 3:30pm and 4:30pm. Archery, rifle shooting, darts, shuffle board, French bowls, ping pong also water polo, water basket, water volley. Kids club starts 10:30 till lunch then afternoon they have a separate programme too on the tvs inside which is good Animation team are fab Alejandro and Davide we were with most few others were kids club alternates. Evening 2 days Animation did a show and 4 were other ok stuff usual to expect in Majorca. Also a games night where my lucky other half wone Mr Belvedere. So much fun everyone got involved and kids loved it! Mini disco 8:30pm – 9pm then entertainment is 9:30pm for 1 hour. Don’t forget the certificate presentation though 9:15! They now do a 1st 2nd and 3rd which before was adults 1st and kids 1st. Food. Well…. All as expected don’t expect 5* expect 3*Spanish based on other reviews too however it’s alright to be fair. brekkie usual fry up items, bread, salad, cheese, meat, fresh pancakes and other bits and fresh omelette if you want. Also biscuits a bit tub Nutella and loads other sauces, cakes. Lunch only went twice usual foods lots sea food I thought, Tea – Again as expected for Spain however lovely fresh pastas! Mix of bits not much my thing but enough to go t and less picky people be fine. Puddings are lovely and Icecreams are tasty! Best thing is Day Snack bar!!!!! So you can still get the best Chicken kebabs, chips, nuggets, toasties, a special each day we had like nachos etc a different pasta, salad pots and fruit pots. Opens 11-6pm you order and it is made fresh sooooo good. No idea on the ladies name who took all orders but what a star she was amazing and fab with kids, knew my step son before he even got there asking what he’s after today knowing chicken nuggets and chips! Bars, this is diff if you’ve been before so now the bar near the toilets and snack bar is the main bar open 10am-11pm, it gets busy as now you can’t just get your own pop however there was lots more non all-inclusive people in. There is always a massive que on a night usually max 2 serving The opposite pool bar (used to be snack bar) near the hotel side entrance, is open 12-6/7pm. This is less busy than the other but has its moments. Not sure what they have/are doing with the middle unit which used to be the pool bar but hopefully this can be re utilised. You can also get Ice creams while stocks last at the bars, the my whippy type one is like a lemon one amazingly refreshing and better/bigger cups than previously which are soo much better. Other General, but to Palma Nova Beach still on 9:30-6:30 time tale is in the reception. The local beach is nice about 5-10 mins walk, also few local shops etc we had a good walk round one day. Still has a show downstairs but does not seem to have a games room now. It does though have a gym if you want to use it! Wifi is free once checked in for all guests good coverage as well. Check out, again smooth. Check out 12pm used luggage room and they provide towels if you need shower, bands left on till you leave. All in all fab holiday again!

Where do I start 🤔 excellent on every level . I have traveled all over the world and the food here was excellent catering for everybody. Pool not cold was perfect . Very chilled place no drunken people . Must check out the bar at night as drinks are in real glasses not plastic. We did up grade to all inclusive while we was there only due to location. Location is not good but the hotle over free shuttle bus to palma nova and palma city is only a bus ride at 4 euro each . Rooms where modern and shower was hughe. Staff amazing smart in appearance and friendly . Entertainment not bad either . . .. well I'm about to go and changed to get my flight home but 1st of all time to have another excellent dinner befor leaving . Thankyou to staff and management keep doing a good job 👏
