INNSIDE by Meliá Palma Bosque is an urban design hotel located less than 5 minutes walk from the Paseo Marítimo and Bellver Castle and about 10 minutes from the Barrio de Santa Catalina, one of the gastronomic reference areas and with more atmosphere in the city. The old town and the beach are only 5 minutes away using the hotel's bike hire service. The rooms, of avant-garde design, amenities and safe. The hotel has free and high-speed WiFi, a fully equipped gym with an innovative virtual classroom system, three swimming pools with a seasonal opening (one of them heated in the winter months). The gastronomic offer is represented by the restaurant Syndeo, which stands out for its nikei and majorcan influence and wide range of cocktails, as well as for its two terraces, which make it a benchmark in Palma.

After our girls trip to Madrid was cancelled at the last moment by Easyjet we instantly rebooked Palma (one of my favourite destination) with Jet2 and could only get this hotel and their premier rooms. So pleased things turned out this way, the rooms were modern, bright, spotlessly clean, plenty of amenities and we had pool views. Beds are extremely comfortable and I had really good nights sleep which for me are not always guaranteed in hotels. Rooms have good soundproofing as there was a pool party event one evening which I didn't even hear until I opened the balcony doors to check if my friends staying either side if me were ready! We were room only but did do breakfast one day which for €15 at the pre booked rate was a steel for the choice, freshness and amount if you so wished multi courses. Good wifi for my Insta friends. The hotel is managed by the Melia group who we like, has a younger clientele but not a Club 18-30 vibe, more civilised, chilled out and relaxed. The pool area did look good with plenty of beds and a good Bali bed package but I didn't have time to use due to other plans. Something to do on another trip as I would stay at this hotel again. The hotel is an easy 15/20 min stroll along the port/marina area or a 30 minute if you go along the roads to the city centre though we always got side tracked with the numerous shops and bars. Best take a taxi for any reservations as it's only about 8 mins and €10 away. Although it's located one main road from the port with plenty if hotels and restaurants about, it has a far more relaxed atmosphere going on than Palma city centre.

Hotel's Favourite
The hotel was very modern and comfortable and in a good location being outside the centre of Palma but close enough so it was not a problem. The rooms, swimming pool, breakfast and staff all excellent. The breakfast buffet was extensive and had everything you would want. The pool had a good bar and lots of sunbeds. I would stay here again

I've just returned from a week at this hotel, the hotel itself, was lovely and clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. However, if you love sunbathing then the pool is completely in the shade by 3pm every day including a majority of the sun-beds (excluding those on the second floor which is not on the same level as the pool). There also isn't many sun-beds and over the weekends I could see / hear people struggling to find any beds at all! The Cabana beds are available for a fee (and are in the shade most of the day!) Overall the hotel was nice and we enjoyed our stay but as sun-lovers I wanted to share this

Great Hotel. Modern stylish accommodation around the pool. We opted for the solarium rooms which were ideal as we had occupied a few rooms in the hotel and they were all next to each other giving us access to the area around the pool straight from our rooms (the swim up rooms didn’t seem that great) Good service, spotlessly clean and would stay again. It’s a little walk to the sights / city / restaurant areas of Santa Catalina but you can walk in 20-25 min or get a cab.

My partner and I stayed here over the Jubilee Weekend, and having a pool within the centre of Palma was fantastic! The staff were great at check in and we were very happy with our room. We did however soon find out our room was below the bar which on a Friday night was very loud. The problem wasn’t loud music but screeching furniture as the staff cleared up… this wasn’t ideal with my partner being unwell and needing as much sleep as possible without interruptions. We decided once he was feeling better to go and explore this noisy bar above our room on the Saturday and told we couldn’t go in as it was closing (as far as we were aware the bar closed at 1am and we arrived at 11pm). This was extremely disappointing considering we only wanted a drink? But apart from that, the hotel was great and we were very happy with the cleanliness and upkeep of our room and the communal areas! Would definitely stay here again but avoid any room on floor 3!

Very Good Value! This hotel is great value for money. Very clean, good service and nice pool. Location is good for both old town and portal nous (lovely beach). Overall, I’d recommend to stay at this hotel. One recommendation, the breakfast isn’t great so probably best to visit one of the local Spanish tavernas for a cheap local breakfast.

Recently stayed with my partner on a 5 day city break. No check in issues and staff polite and happy to help. Stayed on the 6th floor with a clean modern comfortable room with balcony over looking the pool, really nice. Great leisure facilities although the Turkish Bath and steam room were out of use during our time there but the indoor pool was great. Hotel is a short 5 minute walk from the Marina and an approximate 15 min walk from there along to the main area of the city which is amazing! We took a bus along to Palma Nova which was really straight forward and takes about 15 - 20 mins and the bus stop for this is about a ten minute walk from the hotel. Being March the area in general was quiet and would love to return here during the busier months but none the less a great time was had. Looking forward to returning and will look to use this hotel in the future.

Having gone to Inside Centre which I thought we had booked, after a donkey ride we ended up here. Deja Vu, I had stayed in the Grand Melia below, 40 years ago on a business trip. My goodness the main road was rough then full of dives and shady characters, great. The hotel was actually good value, the check in staff did appear to make a bit of a crisis out of a drama. Breakfast seemed overpriced and was served in the foyer, we went out. You need the no.4 bus to get into Palma €2, but they had moved the bus stop for the return journey, travel is a learning experience. We had no regrets about the wrong hotel, the room was good with a balcony, beds comfortable and good towels. The noise from building work early in the morning is 'must have' in Spain. The room would have benefitted from an extractor fan as the steam from shower made the room smell damp. I use Melia a lot and believe they are good as hoteliers who strive to look after customers. Best thing lovely friendly cleaners we were on the 9th floor always 'hola, Buenos Dias', with a wonderful smiles, as if they actually enjoyed their work

We recently stayed at the innside bosque for a long weekend. Paid the upgrade for the premium solarium room because the swim up rooms were booked up (although there was only 2 rooms occupied) and wouldn’t really class it as a swim up room as it was just rooms that had access to the main pool - people could still walk past between your room and the pool to get to the stairs for the sun terrace. Room 126 on pool level - this is ground floor - entrance/reception/bar/restaurant etc all on the fourth floor. First impression our room (room 126)was lovely and roomy. But we had no hot water (didn’t really notice till we went to have shower and it was just freezing water) and water was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom so we got moved the following morning. So from being in a large airy room next to our friends we were moved to a room in the corner of the same floor that was shaded behind a large concrete support wall (room 115) and our sunbathing area was shared with our neighbours with a dividing wall that made both our patios triangular rather than the usual shape and so you could have no privacy at all. We wouldn’t have minded if the hotel was busy and it was the only room left but the hotel was deserted and the room next to our friends was unoccupied aswell. Also if I was to book the hotel again I would take a high up floor as the pool was shaded most of the day because of the shape of the hotel and with other buildings shading the sun in the afternoon

My wife and I have spent the last week at the Innside Palma Bosque. What a fantastic hotel. I have been to Mallorca many many times, this is the best hotel we have stayed in so far. The staff are very friendly, we were given a room upgrade on arrival. The room was fantastic, super king bed, balcony over looking the pool (Room 505), cleaned daily, fresh water, new coffee pods, great slippers and robes. Drinks were reasonable for a supermarket hotel, we didnt eat there as we have friends living nearby and ate elsewhere during our stay. It did look nice though. Bus No 4 takes you into Palma fives minutes walk from the hotel, 2 euro one way, its a 20 to 30 minute walk back depending on route. Mercadona is 3 minutes walk away from snacks, wine and beers for the room. All in a great stay and next time we go to Palma I will look to stay here again.
