Situated in a delightful area of Seville, in the picturesque and authentic Barrio de Santa Cruz, the hotel is an attractive, converted manor house dating back to the 16th century. The Barrio de Santa Cruz is a charming area of the city with narrow, cobbled streets dotted with orange tree-lines plazas and centrally located within walking distance of many of the major attractions, such as the cathedral and the Alcazar. The hotel has a pleasing traditional patio-courtyard, onto which many of the rooms look out and where you can sit out and enjoy the peaceful ambience. There is also a popular restaurant that serves traditional Andalusian and Mediterranean cuisine.

We stayed only one night in this beautiful property located in the center of the barrio Santa Cruz in the "pedestrian" area
The hotel is beautiful in a super strategic position to get around the center and the main attractions on foot. Nevertheless, the hotel offers guests a free bicycle rental.
The staff is very kind. I start from the reception: they made us do the ckmheck in advance without any additional charge. We entered the room at 12.00.
The hotel offers guests a free welcome drink and from 17 to 19 in the lobby they serve free coffee.
In addition there is the possibility always free of charge to book exclusive use for 30 minutes of the jacuzzi on the terrace.
Our room was beautifully clean with nice cold air conditioning which made us super pleased given the very hot temperatures of the city. The room was nicely decorated and had refrigerator and coffee facilities in the room with tea kettle and instant coffee. We had several amenities available in the courtesy kit such as: slippers, shampoo conditioner comb shaving set, soaps etc..
Also thing that I enjoyed so much in the room there was an anti-mosquito already on upon our arrival that allowed us to sleep super peacefully. There are several patios where you can smoke without having to leave the hotel (very convenient for me).
The hotel is also beautiful and very very suggestive.
Bravi è stato davvero tutto top!

Hotel in an excellent location near the Cathedral, in the heart of Barrio Santa Cruz, very friendly staff at check-in. The common areas are very well-kept, with an internal patio in full Seville style, large, well-furnished rooms, filtered water always available, high-quality courtesy kit, very comfortable bed. Excellent staff and cleanliness. The only flaw in our room was the split air conditioning aimed at the bed which bothered us a bit.

Everything was exceptional!!! The place is beautiful, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need to guarantee a comfortable and relaxed stay.

The service of absolutely all the staff is extraordinarily friendly. I want to highlight Fernando, a lively, happy, confident and willing young man.

The hotel restaurant is very good. It has 24-hour room service.

The rooms are very comfortable. The mattress and the whites in general guarantee rest. I stayed in the suite and it was a nice experience. Very good size room, with armchair, TV, water in a refillable glass bottle, high quality amenities: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream, jacuzzi salts, dental kit, sewing kit, shower cap, shoe cleaner , etc.

Ideal rooms for seniors or people with reduced mobility.

We had booked this hotel months in advance for 180€/night based on the good reviews. When we arrived, we were so disappointed with the room, that we were going to check out immediately. The room was small and run down for a 4 star hotel at 180€/night. Not good value for money at all. Also we checked the current price rates of the moment for the hotel and at the time our standard room was going for 100€/night and the suite for 180€/night.
Luckily, the reception upgraded us to a suite with jacuzzi and breakfast, which we appreciate. Still this was only adequate, as it was the current going rate for the suite at the moment, and we wouldn't have stayed in that shabby standard room for the price of a suite for another day.

I feel this hotel has better and worse rooms, I have to say imo Casa number 2 is very beautiful (my husband refused to stay in it), unfortunately the rooms where we stayed in were not so charming.

The hotel has previously been only 3 stars (see pictures), and we wonder what exactly has allowed it to upgrade to 4 stars?

The jacuzzi use was only allowed for a maximum of half an hour per day. We have never heard of this kind of upsetting and unneccessary restrictions in any other hotel.

The inside garden is pretty, but to our surprise and disappointment, it isn't possible to have that beautiful view you see in pictures from your room. Your room will be located inside the beautiful structure and from your room you will be looking at a stone brick wall.

The breakfast lady was very kind and sweet, but unfortunately the male breakfast staff member was sour and grumpy and made us feel unwelcome. The breakfast was good. If this hotel still rated itself 3 stars like it used to, we would say the breakfast is great for a 3 star hotel! But now we have to compare it to the breakfast in other 4 star hotels around Europe and is it ok/good, not superb. Spaniards are not themselves usually big on breakfast so compared to other Spanish breakfasts, this was as good as it gets in this country.

The cleaning was not good; I specifically wrote a note one day to the cleaning lady asking for 2x shampoo & 1 x shower gel, but she didn't bother to bring any. Luckily, the nice receptionist man brought those things to me right away when we asked.
Also, every single day during a week's stay the cleaning lady took away our bathrobes and every single day we had to ask for them from the reception again. The receptionist also informed us that they fear that we will steel the robes (!) and that's why they fetch them away every day.

All the receptionists were very kind and we were very happy with the service, up until the last day, when everyone turned sour for some unknown reason? It made us sad. This could have been a 3-star review if they had kept smiling through the last day till the end.
This hotel probably would give a better experience than what we had, if you visit during spring/summer, because we were very unlucky since it was raining heavily all the week and thus having breakfast in the beautiful garden wasn't possible. I recommend booking a suite, and Casa number 2 if you want a good experience. The location is certainly unbeatable.

We stayed 4 nights in this superb hotel, perfectly located in the La Juderia district, right in the center of the city, a two-minute walk from the cathedral, the Alacazar and everything to see in Seville.
The rooms are distributed around two very beautiful, nicely decorated patios, the rooms themselves are comfortable, furnished in a very pleasant old Spanish style, the bedding is superb, the bathrooms perfect.
The very complete and varied breakfast is served on the patio.
All the staff we dealt with were smiling, available and competent.
We are very satisfied.

Overall we had an excellent 6 night stay.

The staff (most of them) were very friendly and helpful (especially the woman who works the breakfast buffet!). Breakfast, although not as elaborate as some (see my review of the Room Mate Alba in Madrid) was fine, with made to order eggs, fresh avocado, lots of other cheeses and meats, etc. The interior courtyard is a lovely place to sit and eat (when it's not raining, which it was for most of our stay).

The room was fairly quiet and the soaps/towels and such were nice quality. The bed was comfortable and they offer a choice of pillows. The location is fine (but you'll need your phone to find it within the maze of Santa Cruz - and remember, a taxi can't get that close to the hotel). The hotel offers tea and sweets late afternoon, as well as a coupon for a free drink at their restaurant.

There are many well-located hotels to choose from in Seville - this isn't the cheapest, but some of the unique features (such as the nice courtyard) make it worth considering.

We stayed in Sevilla for three nights and the hotel was wonderful. Its location in the heart of Barrio Santa Cruz is very convenient to all the major attractions in Sevilla. It also seemed to be in a quieter location, quieter being a relative term in this neighborhood, as there are a few restaurants next to the hotel. We arrived into Sevilla via train and walked to the hotel as the taxi queue was very long. It took us about 25 minutes.

The elevator-served hotel has a small restaurant and a beautiful, shaded courtyard where breakfast is served. There is also a nice rooftop terrace. The rooms have air conditioning, which was very welcome each day given the abnormally hot weather we encountered in late September. Our room was a lovely corner room with lots of space, and a small table and chairs outside, which were usually in the shade. The hotel also had a few bicycles for guest use.

Check-in was smooth and all the staff were friendly and welcoming during our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel and hope to visit again in the future!

This small boutique hotel has a very ‘family’ feel and you are welcomed like a long lost member. Every care and attention is given to each guest and no request is too great.
The room we had was beautifully furnished with an extremely comfortable bed and was immaculate. Breakfast was plentiful and egg dishes made at request. All staff were encountered were friendly and helpful.
This hotel is in a great location, close to all attractions and restaurants.

A characteristic and well-kept boutique hotel. Friendly staff and very clean room (a deluxe). Comfortable mattress and pillows. The welcome kit is fantastic (also complete with toothbrush and toothpaste), I also appreciated the bottle of microfiltered water offered every day. I did not use the services which, however, are different (use of the jacuzzi for half an hour, tea or coffee in the afternoon, free bicycle rental). Excellent location because the hotel is close to all the major attractions. It also has a restaurant which I haven't tried. The internal courtyard is truly delightful. Excellent value for money

We booked a junior suite (room 1) for four nights as my 70th birthday celebration.

The hotel is hidden away in the pedestrian area and within easy walking distance of all the city’s major attractions.

The suite was spacious , clean and well appointed and opened onto the lovely cool courtyard where we enjoyed breakfast and evening drinks away from the blistering heat of the city centre.

The breakfast buffet included an excellent choice and the cooked options of omelettes, bacon and eggs were freshly prepared and served with a smile.

The management and staff were without exception, friendly and helpful at all times.

I would strongly recommend this hotel for a great city break in Seville.

Regarding the parking, we do have several private spaces in a public parking nearby, at a cost of 25€ per day. The location is called Parking Cano y Cueto, although you would need to come to the hotel first so that we can give you a card to access the parking. You would have to drive to Alfaro Square (best location to put into the GPS and leave the car there with parking lights on, bring your luggage to us (walking up Lope de Rueda, first left at Reinoso street; number 8). We will keep your luggage until check in time. Best regards
