If your luggage does not have wheels choose another property because taxis cannot drive to within about 75 to 100 meters from the hotel. If you can wheel your luggage into the hotel entrance, the hotel staff will graciously carry your luggage to your room and retrieve it when you depart. There is a lift, but some climbing of stairs is required to access most, if not all of the rooms.
