Crossing the small hall at the entrance, visitors will be fascinated by the courtyard beauty because of its fountain, columns, balustrades and in particular, of Renaissance frescos painted.

This beautiful old building, at the foot of the Albaicín hill, offers cozy and comfortable rooms with views of the Alhambra. A note of credit to the reception staff, really very kind. Very good breakfast.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 4 days as part of an Expedia package with an Iberia flight to Granada centre. The room was comfortable, if a little on the smaller side, the room had all the features advertised and a safe. The breakfast was suitably varied had an

I enjoyed two nights at this hotel located in the Albaicín Quarter of Granada and about a 25 minute walk up the hill to the entrance of the Alhambra. Perfect location to explore the city centre, eat tapas and tour the Alhambra. The room (on the 3rd floor - no elevator- no

The afternoon tea and snacks were old , " not good" , staff was friendly and helpful , the hotel is historic and hence get ready to stay in a very dated place , it has a character but definitely needs updated elevator , it gets dark and dingy at night in the corridors and stairs

This hotel is extremely central in Granada, location couldn't be better. Charming rooms maintaining lovely old style but nice modern bathrooms. The staff could not have been more helpful when we had problems booking a bus to Cordoba, they spent literally hours helping us!

What they said! If you are there for a couple of days and would like a change for breakfast, I would also recommend the breakfast at the hotel up the main street, Shine Albaycin. Really great as well. But I highly recommend Santa Ines, we had a wonderful stay there, front desk is so helpful and friendly. Book tickets ahead of time for sure, and get up there in the morning if possible. And eat at Los Diamantes. Great seafood!

Hi If I remember correctly, they do have a lift but I believe there are many stairs from the road to their front door and I'm not sure if a taxis can get you straight to the door. We were dropped off at the street next to the river and walked 2 flights up to their door. Call the hotel they are very accommodating
