Nice hotel with wonderful rooftop bar. Rooms are very small but clean and bed is comfortable. Lack of tea and coffee making facilities and no room fridge or mini bar was disappointing and the lack of a wardrobe was inconvenient. Limited hanging space with only four hangers for two people staying four days. Otherwise, very clean and well located. Would consider again but would prefer somewhere more spacious with better in room facilities. The metro station outside is closed for a few months but there are three within a 10 minute walk.

We went to Hamburg as a long weekend trip and discovered The One Cloud Hamburg. The price is affordable and near all the museum locations and popular attractions. Staff communicated with us in English at the check-in desk. To our surprise we discovered the bar on the roof of the hotel. We watched fireworks and had a few drinks but there was confusion over the bill which took some time to remedy. Breakfast was a limited selection and was quite costly. We decided after the first day we would get breakfast in town as it was cheaper elsewhere. However we enjoyed the room, it was the perfect size!

This hotel was overall a good stay. I was there for work and my partner came along as well. The rooms are cozy (read: small) but not too bad. Would have loved to have a small fridge in the room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom met all our needs. We had purchased a few food & beverage items to bring on the train with us when we checked out our last morning but discovered that a beer and a few food items had been taken (however, a necklace left in the open was not)...that was unexpected. It's Europe, don't expect a washcloth (if you're American). Visited the downstairs bar & the drinks were tasty (I especially enjoyed the Hamburg Mule). Location was great for our needs although the street noise was loud at night (emergency vehicles, honking cars, loud music) so bring earplugs, if you have the window open & that bothers you - my partner uses them and didn't hear a thing. Breakfast was very tasty.

Excellent Hotel in a very Central Location, staff were very helpful and check out was at 12 Noon so plenty time to get up and be refreshed before leaving. There is also a facility to store your cases if you are not leaving until later. Our room was an excellent size very modern and a fantastic Terrace that we were able to spend time on speaking with our friends. They have a must see roof top bar that is open until midnight, with the main bar open 24 hours.

Maybe I am old fashioned but when I book a hotelroom i want a room with a working airconditioning! Call Me old fashioned but I want to decide d the temperature of my room. I like 18 degrees or colder. This is impossible on this hotel, which for a new hotel is not good.

Motel One style with a nice bar but nothing more. The service was extremely poor and unexperienced. They. Have 3 sandwiches as their menu so basically drinks only. Overall was the lack of service a no go. You won‘t get a table at breakfast as they haven‘t cleaned the tables in a timely fashion.

A very stylish place to stay in the centre of Hamburg. The rooms are brand new and chic, the bar in the foyer is beautiful, the rooftop bar is cool. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive. I would stay here again without a moment's hesitation.

Dear Sir or Madam, We have booked 3 and 4 nights for one of our employees this week and next week.
Unfortunately, we will NOT be able to book any more nights with you in the future. The reason is quite simple. You are not able to issue us an invoice. Your tip to our employee was, "Look for the invoice on Booking.com, then you can print it out." The rule in this country is: "No booking without a receipt." If that is the type of service you provide, that may be OK for some. As a company, we have better things to do than search for and download invoices on portals. What a pity...... Beautiful house, great location, but unfortunately the goal was missed.

The 18 sqm "Roomy Cloud" is spartan and has no charm whatsoever, and the shimmering black carpet is neither hygienic nor homely. Tiny work table, electrical connection under the table (which is occupied by the lamp and tea maker). No USB plugs, neither on the desk nor on the bed, only a tiny shelf on the left, ceiling light switch only on the right of the bed. The "large" rooms are really too expensive for that. Even worse are the "Roomy Cloud with Terrace": terrace with grey tiles and grey gravel in front, separated by grey steel bars - no chair, no table, no parasol, nothing at all, just a view of 8 floors of rooms: like being on day release in prison. And the truth is that the daily room cleaning should be dispensed with for reasons of "sustainability" is just a cost-cutting measure. There is no gym and breakfast is already cleared away by 10:05 a.m. With over 450 rooms, it's already mass processing. Online check-in is a must to avoid long waiting times when checking in - unfortunately the door opener in the app doesn't always work...
The address given, "Willy-Brandt-Straße 22," is a busy main road where you are not allowed to stop, let alone get out. The main entrance is also difficult to reach on foot due to a construction site. Even the taxi driver only found the back entrance after 3 expensive detours.
Next time, a cheaper "normal" Motel One or a funnier 25-hour hotel for the higher price.
