I stayed here for a week .. breakfast was good. It notes parking is free but very limited spaces , best to pay the extra 7.50 a day for the secure garage parking. All the folks that worked at the hotel were good and all understood English. Room was small but clean and worth the monies . It is the basic minimal budget hotel , I would stay here again under the same circumstances .

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days in July 2023 on the occasion of the Triathlon World Championship in which I participated. I came to Hamburg alone and therefore also stayed in a single room.
The stay at the hotel was really great. Very friendly staff. Both at the reception desk and in the breakfast room. As a triathlete I had a few small wishes in terms of nutrition, but none of that was a problem. I was really pampered. The bicycle could be taken in the room without any problem and the hotel is only a few kilometers from the center. Ideal. I didn't notice anything about the red light district. An additional plus to the hotel is that they have a closed parking space. Tip: reserve your parking space when booking. I am very grateful to the people of Auto-Parkhotel Hamburg for taking such good care of me.

I stayed here with friendes for a long weekend in Hamburg. The location is excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. It is just that because it is so close to the Reeperbahn, there is a lot of streetnoise in the weekend. Rooms are decent if you just sleep there. The bthroom is rather small, but overall the price is reasonable in comparison to other options.

First let me compliment the staff, the are friendly and eager to help. Almost all of them speak good English.

The accommodation is small the tv has no English channels. And for the price very expensive.

Stayed here for a 3 night long weekend 27-29th September. Rooms basic but very clean & excellent value for money. Ideally suited for nightlife just off the Reeperbahn. All reception staff were friendly & helpful . Continental breakfast thrown in as well , if you can get up for it, our if you're just getting in from a long night :)

I spent three nights here while traveling alone in early December 2012. The location--just off the Reeperbahn--struck me as tacky rather than seedy or dangerous. A fan of the fab four, I liked the location across from Beatlesplatz. A subway stop is also close by. Despite the proximity to the Reeperbahn, I didn't experience any noise from the street outside. But the movements of people in the hall and on the stairs were audible. A significant group of excitable young men were checking in to the hotel as I was checking-out, and my review could have been very different if our bookings had overlapped. It was nice to overhear the owner reminding them that their group was not to disturb other guests during their stay. The room furnishings were dated, the shower very small, but everything was functional and clean. Breakfast was more basic than other German hotels of similar value but not out of proportion to the rates. I was quite satisfied with the value for money and happy to support a family business rather than a chain/franchise hotel. I will stay here again if traveling alone but would upgrade if I were bringing my wife along.

Stayed here for two nights. Needed an affordable place to stay close to the city center. This was it. Although it certainly isn't cheap you still get a decent room. It's clean, and the rooms sure look better than the building itself. Don't expect anything fancy. You get what you pay for which is what i expected so here we go

An interesting mix of reviews: expensive, old, good value, poor value. The common theme is the staff make this place special. They are friendly, informative, and polite. Yes they speak English too. It located just off the Reberbalm. The front door is secure, you need to buzz to get in. Our room faced the street and we needed the window open, therefore, we could hear the street activity. It is an older structure: tiny, slow elevator, tired decor, and a curve staircase. They do have wonderful pictures of Hamburg in the rooms and hall ways. The rooms are fine and simple (IKEA wardrobe, small table/chairs)but the bathroom is very compact. They offer bar soap and a few towels. The beds are clean and comfortable. You might ask for more pillows as ours did not offer any support. The sink is located in the bedroom as well. There is a small TV with a few channels. It is a good location for getting around, but this style of room is not for everybody. The morning breakfast is very good, as is their coffee. We would stay here again.

From the outsite it looks like a place not to stay, but you are met by a nice service and a smile. Try to say "Godmorning" in the afternoon, and you are told a story about the Northgermany ;-))

The rooms are tiny, but ok.

You can not hear the noise from Reberbahn..
