from outside looks for rather old hotel but when You enter inside it is fresh - clean ( after renovation ) .... nice furnitured....vey good reception service ...especially lady blond hair and nice smilling eyes ....very supporting person ...... large rooms ..eacgh poses balcony....comfortable beds...More
We stayed Monday to Friday in February. The hotel is not very central, but a 15 minute bus ride takes you right into the heart of Hamburg and stops right outside the hotel. The hotel was spotless and facilities great. Staff were lovely and helpful....More
Excellent, value for money. The connected rooms were large and perfect for our fqmily of 5. We made our own breakfast and enjoyed the convenience of bus 112 right outside. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Hi, we had a room with a small kitchen and there was a kettle, tea bags and coffee sachets, think milk was also available. My husband takes his own teabags when we travel as he is never sure whether the hotel will have tea he likes. I can only drink decaffeinated coffee so always travel with my "Illy".
