After a fun day out in Hamburg, head back to our hotel for a delicious meal in our Lounge restaurant before relaxing in one our super-comfy beds.

Check in was quick and we were allocated a room on the first floor. Initial impressions of the room were not good, the room was extremely small, obvious stains on the carpet as if something had been spilled and large marks/scuffs on the painted white walls. There were no drawers to put clothes in and a very small/compact hanging rail. The window in the room overlooked an overgrown waste ground.
Given we didn’t intend to spend a lot of time in the room we accepted it for the relatively low price we paid.
The bed was comfortable, as expected with premier Inn and the shower/bathroom area was clean and usable. Shower door did not close properly resulting in shower water escaping and flooding the bathroom.
On our second day we returned to the room late afternoon, 4pm to discover housekeeping had not been and the used wet towels from that morning remained. Quite annoying given we wanted to return to shower. I went to reception to be told they would get someone to change the towels, no timeframe given so we just left the hotel again. When we returned later that evening the towels had been changed.
A budget hotel and acceptable for the price. I would not stay here again given the issues we faced.

It was a 15 min walk from the hotel to the Aircraft Interiors Expo 2023 at the Hamburg Messe, and I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. I only wished my room had a refrigerator, otherwise the bed and pillows were very relaxing and the breakfast buffet was just right. Very friendly and helpful staff, special thanks to Wazhma, Aliaa & Neha.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. on arrival we were early so couldn't check in but were told we could leave our bags.. we later returned to check in and it was the slowest check in service I had ever experienced. it took us around an hour to check in from start to finish, which i can understand if it was busy but it wasn't. the staff seemed to be struggling with the computer system as it was taking four staff members to check our party in. We then found out that even though we had booked the 6 twin rooms months in advance, the hotel had given us double beds, which for a group of 12 men on a stag do wasn't acceptable. in the end we just accepted having some double beds and some twin beds because it had taken that long. credit to the manager who let us all have a free drink to apologise in the end. The hotel is well located near the reeperbahn, and it was clean.

Well we was looking forward to staying at the newest addition in Hamburg and was pleased with the friendly welcome at reception and all COVID restrictions were sensibly enforced so all good there. Our room which was 231 was good sized and facing the front of the hotel and you could not hear a single thing from outside with the windows closed. The wifi was absolutely appalling the whole duration of our stay from the 28th of September for 5 nights. It was a constant struggle to get higher than one Signal bar. Come on guys get something as important as wifi sorted as this is not acceptable. This was our first issue and secondly was the disgusting levels of cleanliness in the rooms, On arrival the bathroom walls had pubic hairs all up them so obviously the same cloth used for cleaning toilets is used for the walls and I dread to imagine for what else. So much for the Premier Inn pact of clean protect. we stayed for 5 nights and only after asking after the third night was our bedding changed but that was literally it! No vacuuming whatsoever. No wiping over any sides. Nothing! Just the bed linen change. Unbelievable. Then let’s move on to breakfast which after returning to the Frankfurt Messe Premier Inn we was prepared for the cutbacks and oh just as feared they are obviously having the same "supply chain issues" as Frankfurt Messe as those god awful bite size pieces of crap were out in replacement of any decent pastries. I am truly offended by these pieces of cheap hard rubbish and am on a mission to highlight these cheap pieces of rubbish whenever I have the unfortunate pleasure of encountering them. You have my word on that and I have attached a picture of those bite size pieces of crap so anyone researching for any future trip can be suitably pre warned and prepared. Why the introduction of these highly offensive bits of cheap hard rubbish I can only put down to savage cost cutting. But when the price for breakfast has increased and the quality has so drastically been cut then obviously you have no regard for the guests other than making money from them. Am sadly seeing a picture now of the future standard of Premier Inn in Germany and it’s not good.

Location was great for Reeperbahn Festival, staff decent. Room service was minimalist with barely more than folding the bathroom floor towel and kind of straightening the blanket on the bed (once, the other time bed wasn't touched). But what really makes this a "poor" rating is the experience of trying to get something changed on my receipt. I have not been able to reach anyone for several days. All the emails are from "donotreply" adresses - I could not find ANY way to contact the hotel after I've left Hamburg) and ALL phone numbers (Hamburg on the receipt, Frankfurt in the booking system and ) lead to the same international voice controlled menue that always leads to nobody picking up. Really annoying.

We stayed here for 3 nights in a family room (2 adults & 2 kids). The room was on the third floor. We didn’t find anything wrong - air con ✅ clean ✅ beds comfortable ✅ quiet ✅ nice breakfasts ✅ bar with happy hour between 17.00 & 19.00 ✅ friendly staff ✅ good location ✅. The rooms/towels didn’t get cleaned every day, but we were provided with fresh towels when we asked at reception - this was fine for us

When I booked the hotel I wasn't expecting much because of the low price. The hotel was as nice as any Hilton or Marriott could be. Newly furnished, clean, incredibly comfortable beds, and very convenient parking in the basement. There's also a very nice lounge area with a full bar. I was very impressed! Very friendly staff too.
The hotel is exactly one block from the beginning of the Reeperbahn, and it's just a few blocks from the port and Portuguese quarter. You can't go wrong with this place.

Probaly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Rude personal, bad rooms for mad overprice. They dont state anywhere in the booking that they wont accept 200€ bills, and told us noone in the city would, but the did next door 🤦♂️Wont recommend this for anyone!
