Excellent room and service in Hamburg, very close to downtown center to walk around after work, also near subway and train station. Breakfast tastes good. But it seems no spare toiletry, make sure you have brought toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.

The hotel's room is fully equipped with essentials for laundry, ironing clothes, cooking, dishwashing, food storage, and securing valuables. The hotel is also equipped with an indoor pool, a fitness gym, and a steam room. Likewise, its location is near interesting places, shopping stores, churches, and train stations. The hotel staff are friendly, accommodating, and will make you feel at home. With all the pros mentioned, surprisingly, the price is lower than most of the hotels around. I have been to several hotels in Hamburg, and this hotel is simply the best. I had a fantastic stay.

We've stayed in Adina Apartment hotels in other European cities, and have always been very satisfied with the accommodations and service. For our 3-day stay in Hamburg, it was the perfect location, with easy access to train station, restaurants and food shops, and all the sites we wanted to see. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the in-room kitchenette is a nice amenity. Staff stressed hygiene and mask-wearing in public areas, which we appreciated.

I had a non refundable booking for 3 nights. Unfortunately our son got sick, we changed our flights and had to leave at Sunday 18:00 instead of Tuesday noon. I understand that hotel policy is no refunds. However after several discussions with managers and reservations department I understood that no one is interested in helping us and keeping us satisfied. I’m sure that if hotel would refund at least one night it would not be a disaster for them but it would give me great customer experience! But hotel have chosen to follow the rules. Well it is their right. But I doubt that I will ever choose your hotel again.

Great location, clean, comfy, with good customer service. The room had a contemporary design, was well equipped and the breakfast had a variety of choices for all tastes. My was so good that I chose Adina without hesitation for my following days in Belrin.

At $632 for a premier apartment I did not expect having to pay another $40 for parking ($12 to rent bike), zero communication back, have to ask for third towel (we were 3 people), get just 1 free bottle of water in room, no bathroom amenities, not able to order a cappuccino at night in lobby (machine was cleaned) while stuck working in (loud) lobby or outside (with smokers) since wifi was not working in room. Sadly nobody cared. Left after 1 night. We make the most of the location to explore as much as we had time for and had all meals outside eager to be elsewhere. The Adina looked promising with separate bathroom for 3 of us to spread out, laundry to catch up (only in German, dryer function not working), remote work if wifi was working combined with location to get an impression of Hamburg. Hamburg was great, not so the Adina.

In germany it is quiet common that you have to pay for parking (even in a garage). As we are just the tenant of this space of course we have to pass the costs to our customers. As we do not offer room service 24hrs which is clearly communicated on all relevant booking engines we do offer cold drinks and snacks at our lobby-shop. Unfortunately the demand during nights for hot drinks is low so even from economical and sustainable reasons we do not offer this kind of services. I´m really sorry for the inconviniences caused. The WIFI was disrupted by a defect repeater whichs was replaced immediately. Would be great to hear from you directly. You can drop me a message on mrauscher@adina.eu to sort this things out finally. We checked in with the ladies in a breeze unfortunately I cannot recall her names but they were very nice. in general all the ladies staff in the hotel was absolutely perfect taking extra mile to assist and very welcoming. One bedroom is very small unfortunately although it’s packed with everything need it cannot say the same about the amenities and the toilets but whenever you need anything they can provide unfortunately no bath-robes and the toilets. Rooms where clean and modern. The AC wasnt as cold as it should be all the time the lowest it can go a temperature to 22 while it’s showing 18 at the thermostat. So as the wifi which was too slow and not appearing in the rooms but perfect in the lobby and the breakfast area. Bed was ok Breakfast was rich as European buffet and the staff were extremely nice and Mario is the icing on the cake during the breakfast. Please send him our appreciation since we couldnt see him during our last morning. He is the engine of the whole place ensuring everyone is comfortable and taking extra miles to please everyone and simply you can see him all over the place with his smile and sense of humor.
Wi-Fi was very slow and most of the time disconnected location of the hotel was very good to to the public transport means underground subway just in the front of the hotel most buses stopped by the hotel it is 1 km away from the main station so you can reach everywhere from there Kitchen was filled with all the needed although it’s too small but wisely filled.

The hotel is just beside the local train station (2 stops) from the central station so very convenient to get around. Cozy 1 bedroom apartment and well equipped with cooking utensils + a washing machine. Housekeeping could be improved on as they missed out wiping the table (food stains) and also left cleaning solutions behind in the toilet. However I would definitely highly recommend anyone to stay with Adina. It's a great hotel overall and convenient to move about.

We just spent 4 days at this hotel, expecting the usual, but we were pleasantly surprised! The room is very modern in the best sense of the word and comes across as new. I was really impressed with how quiet it was. No traffic noise, no plumbing noises from the other rooms, no doors slamming from the other guests. Just occasional voices from the hallway. The location is excellent. The little kitchen nook is very cleverly laid out. The TV was very good quality and well-placed to be viewed either from the sitting area or bed. You could tell a lot of thought had been put into the practical aspects of achieving maximum comfort. Can't comment on the breakfast or other amenities as we didn't take advantage of them, but definitely recommend this hotel.

We would not recommend staying in Adina as we did not feel welcome/were not treated as customers. COVID-19 are challenging times for any business. In addition to the many rules imposed by the authorities, Adina has managed to impose an additional layer of rules which leaves you frustrated as a guest. Moreover, in the implementation of this set of rules 'customer friendliness' is abandoned. E.g. as a customer you are told during the breakfast "you have to leave now". It is unacceptable to communicate like this to customers. Instead, you say "We would like to start cleaning up the tables, would it be possible to finish your coffee?". Our advise to the Board of Adina would be to sack the responsible managers and, with the remaining team, develop a new customer-friendly COVID-19 strategy departing from Adina's vision and mission.
