Guys, i may have found the perfect place to stay in berlin! The staff is so nice and friendly, the location is excellent, and the whole place is themed as a comic book! What is more cooler than this?! The hotel is located near zoologischer garten station, there is a bus going there or you can walk, it's not too bad. You get a free drink from the bar if you choose not to have your room cleaned that day, which is very environment friendly and a nice idea. The breakfest is excellent, they serve freshly squeezed orange juice, and have a variety of cuisines to choose from. The bread is fresh and crunchy, and you have pastries too! The The level of cleanliness was excellent, it was like checking-in every day. They give you these games to play, and there is an electric curtain that allows you to sleep tight without the sun blasting at you in the morning. They have a bluetooth speaker in the bathroom mirror, you can easily pair your phone and listen to music while you shower. All in all, highly recommended!

Stayed at Berlin Nui Flash for the first time… normally stay closer to Zoologischer Garten but chose slightly out of area. Online process easy.. 3 rooms and on arrival dropped bags off prior to official booking in time. Walked along the canal towards Zoo then along Ku’damm for some food etc. Booking in process easy.. room was the cleanest ever and the breakfasts where lovely and of course unlimited. Staff friendly and helpful and bus stops nearby into town (245) (M45) Booked the odd Uber with arrived within 3 minutes of booking. Booking out process all done online and very simple. Short stays without needing room service gets you free drinks too. Conclusion Would I use hotel again.. certainly a yes Value for money .. yes Food.. excellent

Staff were very nice and helpful. All spoke some English as my abitary German was not quite enough at times. Room was clean and fresh and also had some nice touches ,such as automatic blinds and Bluetooth speakers built into the room!
The hotel is about 4km from the Brandenburg gate. It takes about 40 mins to walk through the streets and Tiergarten. If you don't want to walk you can take the S Bann or even an electric scooter.
The common area of the hotel was nice and the beer excellent. Breakfast can be purchased for aroun €14 .
Overall a very pleasant hotel. Would go back there .

The location of the hotel was not what we expected. It is located opposite a shopping center and you look out against the parking lot. The area around it is very messy and dirty.
In addition, we were not told that we had booked a room during the period in which the Koelmesse fair takes place, which means that we spent 210 euros for 1 night and 308 euros for the other night. It would have been nice if we had known this in advance.
There is also a lot of nuisance from aircraft. These fly over the hotel until 2 a.m. It's very noisy.

What do I want to say with this cryptic headline? There are two NIU hotels next to each other that share the same infrastructure (check in, breakfast etc.). Therefore, you look a bit irritated when you check in, but when you query the room number before breakfast, that's a little easier to understand.
The rooms have all been completely renovated and have the NIU style: A bit fancy but very practical and comfortable. The rooms were, despite high frequency in occupancy, clean and well maintained. The bread rolls at breakfast were warm and overall, except for the slightly uncomfortable chairs (even in the room), there was nothing to complain about. The invoice should have been sent to me by mail, but I had to check here before I got it.

New hotel since January 2022. Good bed, modern design, friendly staff. Enough choice for Breakfast. Due to cancellation of our flight we arrived one day later, the hotel changed our booking free of charge and with a smile! Distance to closest subway is 1100 meter, but there are steps and bicycles everywhere if you do not want to walk.

The hotel is located in a mixed commercial/residential area and unfortunately does not have its own parking spaces. The transport connection with bus 245 to Zoo Station is very good. Including the walk from the hotel to the March Bridge, it takes just 10 minutes. The rooms are not typically furnished, but are absolutely acceptable for a short stay. There is no minibar, but small items from the kitchen are available at the bar 24/7. The breakfast offers something for every taste.

My Berliner, comfortable, always open reception, with a very friendly atmosphere in the lobby bar. The rooms with an original style and relaxing colors. Cleanliness and kindness. Metro reachable in 10 minutes, buses and connections to the main attractions frequent and very close by. Cafe bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, large bathroom. Nice selection of pillows on the bed. I would just prefer a smooth floor in the room instead of carpet. The breakfast was good, selection of sausage, cheese, jam, coffee specialties, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs and sausages.
