It's not enough to say that I am delighted with this hotel, which has a real urban spirit, the rooms are smaller but just enough to make you feel comfortable. The interior is just like the pictures you can find on the website, everything is fantastic. Important information for ladies - the hairdryer is semi-professional and this is a hotel that has a full package for hygiene and pleasure :) I will definitely return to this hotel, the only problem is that it is almost always fully booked.

The hotel is right next to the train station and has good public transport connections and is close to the old town.
The room is very modern with an open separation between the wet and sleeping areas. It is always clean and the beds are very good. The fitness room is modern, clean and tidy.
Only 3 points because the price has increased so much that it is outside my budget. At first a room cost around €100 per night and now it is much more than that without anything changing for the customer. It is probably due to the partnership with Hyatt.

The hotel in the heart of the town is at a perfect location if you arrive by train or car. The main train station is just the other side of the road. If you arrive by car, at least 3 parking houses and underground parking are almost next door, probably the train station underground parking being the closest. The room and all facilities were spotless. The entire hotel is very nicely decorated and is very functional though the room was very small. If you travel with large luggage the standard room might not be too comfortable.

In my opinion, the hotel is impeccable and in a great location. Thanks to soundproofing measures, no noise can be heard despite being close to the train station. The breakfast is plentiful, balanced and very good. The fitness room is also worth mentioning and offers much more than what other hotels call a fitness room. The reception staff are very friendly and attentive. However, since the Hyatt group took over, the hotel has become very expensive. It used to cost around 100-120 euros a night, but now it's 160-170 euros, mind you for a single room/breakfast. For me, the price-performance ratio is no longer right, even though I really like the hotel.

It is a no nonsense Hotel. It's ideal for business visits at Ulm. Location of the hotel is very convenient for getting trains and shopping and food.
Rooms are enough for not more than 2 persons. Especially couples. Otherwise one person per room is super useful. The bathroom is kind of open or with transparent glass hence either an individual or a couple could stay comfortably.

The hotel was nice! It was a little tough to find with GPS and we had to actually get out of the car to find it on foot but it was worth it as this place is in a great location. Train station is across the street, trams run right out front, public parking is just under the hotel, and the city center is about a 4 minute walk. You have to park in public parking which cost us 10 euros overnight. The service desk was staffed with people that had a great sense of humor and are full of info on the area. The room was small but well laid out. The bed was comfortable and for once we got pillows that didn't go flat in seconds. We got a great night sleep. There is a small fitness center on the 7th floor that will give you a workout. The breakfast was included and we were completely surprised at how much food was out and how good it was! It's a good place to stay in Ulm.

We stayed for business with a company of 6. A very nice hip and new hotel in the centre of the city of Ulm. Everything brand new and very nice designed! The rooms are cozy, modern and have great beds. There's a small refrigerator with free (!) drinks in it. Everything is neat and clean.
Breakfast was very good and at night there's a DJ playing nice tracks that enhance the atmosphere. The rooftop bar outside still needed to be finished, but I'm sure it will be a blast.

The stay at the me and all Hotel Ulm was a real highlight from start to finish. The hotel impresses with its modern design, pleasant atmosphere and courteous service.
The me and all Hotel is centrally located (right by the main train station) in Ulm, just a few minutes' walk from Ulm Minster and the Danube. The city center with its numerous sights, restaurants and shops is easily accessible on foot.

Nice hotel with an excellent location right new to Ulm HBF. This hotel also has a rooftop bar area where breakfast is also served. So why not a 5 Star review? It comes down to a lack of a properly functioning A/C unit in the room. Management tries to convince you that you are in control of the unit in the room, but I suspect they intentionally 'govern' the minimum temperature. It made sleeping at this hotel difficult even though the Germany was not going through a heat wave at the time of my visit. A cool room is vital to good sleep. I am beginning to realize only 5 Star hotels allow the patron to truly control the room temperature.

Breakfast very good high standard with special bread rolls. Cheese and sausage only with a minimal selection.
Don't be surprised, everyone is on first name terms with you, that seems to be the concept. If you have problems with the light switch in the room, it will turn off by itself at some point.
