Detailed Reviews
This is an older property that's fairly close to the train station; the train station's perhaps a mile or so away. Our room was perfectly adequate -- although the furnishings were somewhat dated, we had everything we needed, and the bedroom was much larger than other rooms we've stayed in in other hotels. The bathroom was on the small size, though. The breakfast buffet was ample and pretty standard. There was a modern coffee machine, though, that offered a choice of many types of hot beverages (hot cocoa, cappuccino, espresso, etc.). It's worth noting that the hotel doesn't have an elevator; I can imagine that that might be a problem for some guests, especially since some guest rooms are on the fourth floor.

The structure is discreetly connected to transport with several transport stops just a few hundred meters away. Around the corner there is a large supermarket with a bakery attached! The single rooms are on the fourth floor, they seem quite new, very clean and functional, nice bathroom with large shower, central air conditioning and powerful fan. The main flaw, for those on the upper floors, is the lack of a lift: overall a good choice

Great location, good breakfast, very clean.
On the whole, I can agree with the previous reviews. Rooms might get an update.
For the staff, 10 points is not enough. I was thrilled.
Important: no parking we have parked 500m away with parking ticket (from Fri.abend to Mon.margen about 16€)

A lovely little Pension abut 10 minutes' walk from the city centre, and in easy reach of various U-bahn stops. The surrounding Bohnviertel (bean quarter) i delightful, with plenty of shops and character.
It is reasonably priced, the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, and the room was good, clean and warm. The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty.
It's a shame that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, as I would have loved a cup of tea after strolling round Stuttgart. that aide, I would recommend this place whole-heartedly.

***not recommended*** Missing information on how to get to the hotel in the evening.
Apparently you get an email with all the necessary information on how to get to the hotel. Unfortunately, in our case, that didn't happen and I had to find somewhere else to accommodate my guests in a covert operation. Very unreliable and absolutely not recommended!!!

We recently had a four night stay at this hotel. We booked this Hotel for the location for the Christmas markets it was around a ten minute walk. The Hotel itself was very good, clean, rooms were a decent size, our room was at the front and was not noisy at all. Breakfast was continental and you had a good variety. Reception closed at 8.00pm but you can in the side door. The Receptionists were very helpful nothing too much trouble. We caught a train Essingden - the medieval town (costs 3.90) and it was amazing very authentic well worth a visit. I would definitely recommend this Hotel as it had everything we needed.

Stayed here for 4 nights recently.
Brilliant location, you can walk into the centre within 10 mins. Some nice bars around the area also. Rooms clean and a decent size. Breakfasts very good and a good selection. Staff friendly. Would stay again if we visited Stuttgart.

hi! To answer your questions:
Every room has his own bathroom.
There is no elevator. The rooms are only reachable by stairs.
The Hotel has no restaurant, but there are several good ones very close to it.
hi! The Hotel has no parking lot, but parking is allowed on the streets. The costs are about 7 € per day. As it is very crowded, you need sometimes luck to get a place nearby.
