Stayed recently for 7 nights. Would recommend getting a room with a fridge if you plan to stay more than 3 nights. Arrived during a heatwave. AC in room was okay, but be aware there is no central AC in the open seating on the second and third floors. Bet it is very comfortable in those areas during spring and fall! Many of the staff understand English, but not all speak it. The restaurant has a basic selection, but everything on it was good. The waiter, Adi, was awesome. He speaks 5 languages fluently and his English is very good. He waited on groups that I dined with up to 10 people with ease and offered great suggestions for both menu items and places to visit. He made the stay much more enjoyable.

I came to this hotel because of work, and it was such a great option. The hotel is new, rooms are spacious, with amenities, very confortable. It is located in the surroundings of the city, close to the subway station. It has free WiFi and possibility of parking spot (under payment). Breakfast ist very good. There are supermarkts and some restaurants in the surroundings. Good option if you don´t mind not staying downtown.

A modern business hotel in Vaihingen, south-west of Stuttgart. Modern, slightly impersonal design with long, barren corridors. Friendly & very efficient staff. Parking under the hotel accessible by elevator; good & ample breakfast. The hotel can get crowded with groups though, so watch out for rush hours at break-fast / check-out etc. Great sauna & well-equipped small, gym. Good value for money and highly recommend from me.

I have just checked in. TV does not work and I cannot get help until tomorrow. No kettle or mug in room and when I asked for one I was told I need to upgrade my room! Who doesn't supply a kettle. I have my own tea bags...not good service at all..

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times on Business visits to Stuttgart. However on this visit (08/04/2019) despite booking the hotel weeks in advance, after traveling over 12 hours, I finally arrived and was informed your reservation has been cancelled. The alleged reason was credit card, however at no point was I contacted and advised of any issues (and there were none I am aware of as I am still using the card in my current hotel). I was told the hotel was now full and they could no longer accommodate me. I showed my booking conformation number and print out however this fell on deaf ears. It was then suggested I stay in another hotel, however this was a 10 minute taxi ride away and not on public transport links. I spoke with a number of other people attending the same function as myself and they to had faced similar issues. Absolutely shocking!!! Take great care when booking this hotel. I am a frequent Business traveler and have never faced such issues with absolutely no concern.…
