Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The hotel has an ideal location, the nearest metro stadium is just about 100 meters, from here you can travel in all directions and at the Musical Theaters you are by U3 in 8 minutes. The hotel itself is simply outstanding. Super friendly staff in all areas. When you walk in at the hotel entrance you are greeted with a friendly smile. The hotel is very neat and clean, the rooms optimal in size. It's everything you need. Parking in the hotel's own car park costs 6 euros and the car park is video monitored. I'm happy to pay for that. Wi-Fi is free and works great in all areas. Breakfast is rich and super delicious. The only thing you could complain about here is that there is no scrambled eggs, but that would be complaining on a high level. :-) What actually triggers here, however, is the fact that actually every guest has access to the breakfast area and you are not asked for the room number, that of course carries the danger, especially in this day and age, that one or the other guest probably has breakfast here after all without having explicitly booked this, which is then a damage to the hotel and also unfair to the "honest" and paying guests. Perhaps this would be a small improvement proposal and food for thought for the operator for the future. The hotel is otherwise very quiet, also as regards the surroundings. Since I often take a short trip for 2-3 days to Stuttgart, I think I have found my parent hotel.:-) Already booked my next stay for the next short trip in this hotel today right after my arrival home, which I am already very much looking forward to.

If you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay in Stuttgart look no further. My husband and I are moving there in a few months and went to check out the housing situation. This little gem was quite inexpensive, which is hard to find if you require clean rooms and a private bath. This had both, plus free wi-fi. The rooms are pretty small, and there is no view to speak of so this may not be for you if you're looking for a romantic getaway. But if what you need is a clean room with air conditioning and your own bathroom then this is it.

Breakfast is extra so the B&B name is kind of deceiving. It is your typical German continental fare. The service was VERY good. We prepaid but decided to leave two days earlier than planned. We received a refund for 2 nights stay as well as our pre-paid breakfasts with absolutely NO hassle. The owners also speak english which was most helpful since we know very little German. Parking was free and the S-Bahn is a short walk, maybe 3-5 minutes. The hotel was less than a 10 minute drive from Patch Barracks.

The hotel is a bit far from the city but because of the free and safe parking, it is well worth it. The rooms were very clean and just enough space for 2. breakfast was good. wifi was free but you had to register first. sometimes the signal would drop but otherwise, decent. I did not feel that I could control the room temperature, it kept on saying the word central. I believe they preset it.

Where to start, the hotel room is value for money.

But the experience with the working hotel employee on that evening.. we’re still in shock. How is it possible that this person is working in the hospitality branche.
We booked a lot of hotelrooms and alway’s the staf is polite and helpful but this guy was so disrespecful! I hope more people will complain and they fired this person! He little bit ruined our evening..

If you want to see a BedBug in a well-lit bathroom this is Hotel for you.
We could not report the BedBug to the Hotel desk. As the desk did not open until after we left our room to catch a connecting train downtown. The Hotel would not issue a refund for our stay.

This B&B has a selfservice check-in. Upon arrival and filling in the details you receive a room number. I ask the guy behind the desk on which floor I can find the room. Answer, go outside where you came from and stay there. What the actual #%*¥.

Im just adding the comment from Richard. Since we finished self check in, ofc you will be puzzled what to do next. So we asked if the Room is ready and where is the elevator. This f…xxng receptionist, you go out and stay there. Even pointing his hand at the door. If needed to wait, there is also couch at the side but he told us to go out. We go out with our 2 Children and heavy stuffs and got puzzled again. So I check again and told him, why you sent us outside and he said, Oh sorry I did not understand and bla bla bla. He can speak English though. And we speak English well too. I dont think he did not understand. I said we will go up then if the room is ready, he said again you can do whatever you want. We were holding our temper not to do scandalous scene but imagine we are so tired from 9 hrs driving, and you will experience this. Believe me, we cant sleep well coz of being so mad.

The hotel is about 6minutes walk from the nearest tram station Wallgraben.Service staff are very friendly. Room was small but was clean and modern.Owing to the current construction on the other side of the hotel, you might be disturbed by the noise during a workday. You might enquire the reception for a quieter side.Overall a good experience.City center is about 20mins by tram.

We stayed for one night on our way to Austria for ski vacation. Booking through the website is simple. The hotel is designed to accommodate two adults and two young children. The room is comparable to Ibis France and it is clean. The breakfast is continental and cheap.

We will definitely lookup these hotels next time.
