We were only staying here one night and chose this hotel as it seemed to be in a good location for visiting the Mercedes Benz and Porsche Museums. We had stayed at other Adina Hotels and enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, can't say the same about this one. For a start it was difficult to find. Our GPS was giving us the runaround. Finally, we saw a temporary banner displayed indicating the Adina's location. There were roadworks and an excavation site opposite the entrance. At reception we were given instructions on where to locate the parking. Adina had their own allocated car spaces at the adjoining shopping centre's car park, so it was not straightforward.

Finally, we got to our room which was fine, and the beds were quite comfortable, however we noticed there was only half a roll of toilet paper with no other spare in sight and only one bath towel. On calling reception regarding the missing towel, I was told I could pick one up from reception. As it was late, I asked if it could be dropped to our room and was told they would do so, however that never happened.

We declined breakfast as we thought it was far too expensive even though reception did offer a discount of 20 euros each. Apparently, it is cheaper if prebooked online.

On the upside, on checkout we asked for some advice on directions and the receptionist went to some trouble and he emailed a link to us which was quite helpful.

One underground stop from main train station. Grocery store in next door mall. Apartment was spacious with kitchen and laundry facilities. Dishwasher and dish soap provided but no laundry soap. Enjoyed the breakfast in restaurant but quite pricey at €20 each. Either add it to your rate when booking or buy supplies at Teg grocery store nearby.

Did the job but not really impressed. The hotel looks quite recent but the quality of furnishing is average and our bathroom was not very clean. The front desk guy is very nice and excellent t but alone, so don't be in a hurry if you're number 3 for checkin. Good wifi, decent breakfast. Location rather good, a few minutes or one metro stop from the station but in a new and dull neighborhood. Not very cheap for what we got, although I admit it would be interesting if you plan to use the kitchen in the room which was not our case.

Stayed here for a week. The initial room we had was unclean, this was dealt with very quickly by management. We were given an upgrade. Rooms are small but comfy. All amenities were provided. The down side was, the cleaning staff. They didn’t clean very well. Food was excellent. All the staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. Very professional. Breakfast was ok, felt it was a bit pricey for the selection but well presented. Would recommend a stay here.

My family and I had the great pleasure of spending our last holiday at the Adina Hotel in Stuttgart, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel exceeded all our expectations and we would particularly like to highlight the excellent staff, perfect location and exceptional cleanliness.

Outstanding staff

Already on our arrival we were warmly welcomed by Kubi and Armina, the front office managers. Kubi and Armina were incredibly friendly and professional, and immediately made us feel at home. They took the time to explain all the amenities of the hotel and gave us valuable tips for our stay in Stuttgart.

Also Valentina, also front office manager, proved to be a real gem during our stay. She was always available to help us with any questions or special requests. Her warm and welcoming nature made every contact a pleasure and was instrumental in making us feel completely comfortable.

Another highlight was Terrell from the service team. His dedication and attention to detail are unprecedented. Terrell always made sure we were well looked after. His friendly and courteous nature made every breakfast a special experience.

Perfect location

The Adina Hotel is located in an excellent location that allowed us to explore the city of Stuttgart comfortably. Many attractions, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The easy access to public transport also made it easy to visit attractions further afield.

Exceptional cleanliness

The cleanliness at the Adina Hotel is absolutely remarkable. Our room was spotless and was thoroughly cleaned daily. This contributed significantly to our comfort and let us fully enjoy the stay. It is obvious that the cleaning staff do a great job here and follow the highest standards.

Service orientation

What particularly impressed us was the service orientation of all the staff at the hotel. Every single employee we met was always friendly, helpful and eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. This consistent customer orientation has made our holiday truly unforgettable.

In summary, I can highly recommend the Adina Hotel Stuttgart. It offers a perfect combination of excellent service, an ideal location and impeccable cleanliness. Special thanks go to Kubi, Armina, Valentina and Terrell for making our stay very special. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Many thanks to the entire team of the Adina Hotel Stuttgart! Big up!

We were in Stuttgart for a concert and were satisfied. The location is great, there is a subway stop right next to it. There is also the large Milaneo shopping center. We were a little disappointed with the wellness area. Unfortunately, the pool was cold and there are no windows anywhere. I wouldn't book the hotel for a wellness stay.
We didn't have breakfast. The room was clean but there was still cutlery in the dishwasher and water in the sink.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the Adina in Stuttgart. The room was OK, but our kitchenette was broken and we had to change rooms late in the evening, which was annoying. We also found moldy milk in the fridge. We were particularly shocked by the spa area. It started with the fact that there were no bathrobes in the room; we were told they were sold out. There were no towels down by the pool either. I have never experienced a hotel that ran out of towels. There were also drunk guests here who listened to loud music and were not called to order by the staff. There were lots of used cups lying around, the water dispenser in the fitness area was empty. The only advantage for us here was the proximity to the train station. I have already visited other Adina hotels that left a much better impression. It's a shame, a lot needs to change here.

the apartment is very nice in a brand new building and very close to the metro, but the management leaves a lot to be desired. There is a dishwasher but the dishes are too large, the rubbish was collected every other day, no indication whatsoever on how to operate the lift with the entrance card, which in any case stopped when we left, forcing us to climb seven floors with the suitcase up the emergency stairs. On the hotel website you can see that there is a machine some coffee, but the capsules were only there when we arrived, then every day I had to go and ask for them at the reception, furthermore they are of a particular type that I couldn't find in the three supermarkets where I looked for them. Friendly staff who also spoke Italian! !
