Hotel's Favourite
The hotel is centrally located with cat parking. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Decent sized comfortable clean room. Showers was exceptional. Breakfasts cost more than we were prepared to pay but given the room price this hotel gets a 5* rating despite the sightly stained carpet.

A brand new hotel with a big shopping mall minutes away. Tram station is right behind the hotel and only 1 stop away from central station. Room is very modern and cosy. Wifi and shower are strong, coffee/tea making facilities and basic toiletries are provided. Great value for money, Premier Inn always exceed my expectation as a relatively affordable hotel chain.

We stayed for two nights in this new hotel, conveniently located by the Milaneo shopping centre. There are two separate tram stops very close by, entailing only one stop to the main station. However, if you are travelling by train, it is actually very easy to walk (step free) to the platforms in just over 10 minutes. The central library (with excellent rooftop views) is right on the doorstep.
The rooms are clean, compact and adequate, complete with tea making facilities. There is a narrow hanging area but no empty shelves for clothes so it does mean you have to live out of a suitcase, making it less suitable for a stay of more than a couple of nights. The room could do with an extra chair for a second person rather than having to perch or lie on the bed. The shower was nice and powerful and the towels large and soft. The thermostat in the room could be adjusted by +/- 3C, but it did mean it was still rather warm for sleeping.
We would happily stay there again, but on future occasions we would not choose to have the breakfast (especially as there are plenty of options in the shopping centre). There was minimal choice (i.e. only white rolls) and the cooked items were barely lukewarm on both mornings.
We did ask for a slightly later checkout (which was refused) but they were happy to store our bags and we were able to wait in the lounge/bar area.

Dear guest, thank you for taking the time to write a review. Only with the help of our guests can we constantly work on our services. We are pleased that overall you had a pleasant stay with us and we regret that we were not able to convince you in all areas. It's a pity that your breakfast wasn't a highlight either. I will discuss the points with our kitchen, because we usually also have wholemeal bread and wholemeal rolls. Glad that the price-performance ratio and the location matched your needs. We thank you for your stay and would be happy if you visit us again so that we can convince you even more of us! Sincerely, your team from Premier Inn

I would give a 4-star rating to this hotel – based on its value. It is located right next to Milaneo shopping mall and Budapester Platz U-Bahn station. On the first night, there was no parking available in the hotel and we parked our car about 500 meters away on the street parking which is free from 10 pm to 8 am. The rooms were small, but comfortable enough for 2-night stay. Breakfast was perfect with all basic choices available; the bar is open till late. To drawbacks: the peephole in our room was falling out to the common corridor as it wasn't fixed properly, and once we were surprised with a housekeeper who walked in to our room without knocking.

Dear RHxpert, great to see that you had a good time with us. Unfortunately, we only have 17 parking spaces in our underground car park, which we cannot reserve. The LBBW multi-storey car park is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. We are pleased that you were impressed by our price-performance ratio. great that you started the day with a good breakfast We’re pleased to welcoming you back soon. The views from the room were very nice and very close to transportation. There is a shopping centre nearby which was walking distance. The rooms were not worth the money at all. I have been in hotel rooms at the same price previously and by this standard I am very disappointed in the experience I was given. The rooms appeared clean initially but under further investigation we found disgusting marks in various places in the carpets. The socket beside the bed was not working, there was marks all over the walls.
Overall, this is certainly not worth the money at all at.

Dear robbie s, thank you for taking the time to write a review. The feedback from our guests is very important to us so that we can constantly work on our services. We take every criticism very seriously. We are pleased that you were our guest and that you liked the location. We try to keep our hotel fresh and tidy every day, but unfortunately traces of wear and tear cannot be avoided. We are very sorry that you did not find this pleasant and that you were not convinced by our price-performance ratio. We very much hope that we can convince you more of us on your next visit. Very convenient for the centre and train
The U6 from the airport links well to the hotel which is about a 3 min walk from the station (Stadtbibliotek). The Hauptbahnhof is about a 5 min walk.
Room clean and comfortable. Good shower pressure and soft sized towels. Products are available although we had only shower gel in three fragrances.
Breakfast was much better than I expected and was decent.
The barman is such a great, friendly, happy character.
Would recommend.

No-frills hotel. New-built around a newly built up commercial area. 15 mins walk from train station and right in front is a tram station. Unfortunately, weird planning means from the pedestrian level where tram station is, and where the malls and walkway to main train station is, is on another level above the lobby entrance, with no access except stairs, very inconvenient for those with luggage, not even a slope. Asked the staff and he told me to walk through the shopping mall carpark and use their lift. Great. Another way is to drag your luggage up to Jaz Hotel and get onto the pedestrian level there.
Very limited service as they are a 3-star budget hotel, so expect to wait for a while before you can check-in, mostly as there is no one at the counter most times.
One night not sure if it was someone pulling a prank, but the fire alarm went off at 9pm and all of us had to evacuate. Turns out it was a false alarm after 30 mins of waiting. No explanations given, no staff going around to do a headcount of the guests like most chain hotels train them to. Then 3am it happened again. We were all woken up by the alarm and had to do the evacuation, and then no explanations, we were just told to go back to the rooms. The very least they could have given a letter and explaining what happened, but no, and no one at the counter to ask as mentioned before. Gave me a phobia for the first few nights that it'll happen anytime.
No aircon in the room, and if you want it cool, you have to open the window, but hotel is right by the tramway and train station so if you are a light sleeper, good luck as the traffic is constant till late at night. You can hear people talking while they're waiting for their tram, and cigarette smoke coming up from them too if you're at the low floors.
Note that there are no safety deposit box and no tissue paper provided.
Other than that it's a brand new hotel so everything is clean and modern.
There is a huge mall next door with many big brands like Zara, H&M and Primark, closes on Sunday. Lots of dining options around. The famous Stuttgart library is around the corner too for instagrammable photos. It's overall a good location, just perhaps they can consider an entry into the hotel on the tram-level.

Dear guest, thank you for taking the time to write a review. Only with the help of our guests can we constantly work on our services. We are very sorry that we could not provide you with a perfect stay. Friendliness, cleanliness, safety and the well-being of our guests are our top priorities! Unfortunately, guests disobeyed the non-smoking ban and triggered a fire alarm. This is very annoying as our other guests suffer from it. We can only apologize in all forms for the inconvenience caused. Furthermore, we hope that the elevator from the stop down to Wolframstr. is released. We have air conditioning in every room: did you ask at reception (which is always occupied by 2 staff members) how the air conditioning is handled? Thank you for your visit and we hope you had some nice shopping. We would be delighted if you were our guest again soon! Until then, all the best and stay healthy. Your Premier Inn Hotel team
