Detailed Reviews
I have stayed at this hotel for a long period of time in 2017 and 2018.
Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, they were willing to help us and solve our hotel related problems at all time.
I can't complaining at all, rooms were cleaned properly and breakfast was quite good.
It's 10 minutes away from the airport, the airport shuttle was always on time.
I can't value for price because the accommodation was provided by my company.
I definitely recommend it!

We were here to see a musical and booked a standard double room, which was surprisingly large. The people at reception were nice, our room was clean (the phone does need dusting though!), at the back and fairly quiet. There was air conditioning, a desk, kettle, TV, safe and wardrobe. It was rather dark in the bathroom by the toilet because the spotlights were only in the front area of the bathroom. The shower wall was too short, you had to be very careful not to splash too much when showering.
Shower gel, soap, shampoo and hairdryer available.
The mattresses were good, we slept well. The stupid thing was that it didn't charge our cell phones because when the light is off, the socket next to the bed doesn't work. We then charged it in the bathroom and it worked (the room card doesn't have to be plugged in to have power).
At 8:45 on Sunday the chambermaid knocked on the door (and we were already checking out that morning) and barely gave us 2 seconds before the door opened! That shouldn't have happened. So you should definitely put out the sign if you want to sleep a little longer and the room staff should be better trained.
The breakfast was good, there was basically everything you needed. The pancakes and scrambled eggs, sausages etc. were not offered as you would expect from a 4-star hotel. This should be improved (see photos).
The waiter in the bar was very friendly and even made us tomato and mozzarella toast at 11pm, even though there was actually no food left. We thought that was very nice!
We would come again, but some of the points we criticized could easily be remedied.

Never have i stayed in a hotel where three times they’re knocking on the door from 8am constantly harassing me. No do not disturb signs and just barging in even when the door is double locked. We returned at 1am after the football match yet they’re banging on the door at 8am!!! ridiculous when you can’t check into the room
until 3pm!!!!

Very nice hotel. Staff at check in was very nice and helpfull for to find a very good ristorant as the ristorant in the hotel was still close. If I know this before booking I will look for a other hotel as I don't like to go out in the evening. Prefer to eat in the hotel. All the rest was good. Hotel is very close to the motorway which is very good.

We booked 2 nights 24.12-26.12. We arrived at the hotel at around 9-10pm. The lady at the reception didn't say a single word. No greetings at all. The check in was quick because she didn't say anything except telling me to fill in and sign the chek in form. She didn't tell us where and what time the breakfast is. I have never experience any check- in like this before. Maybe she didn't want to work on the 24th, this is the only reason I tell myself. We didn't feel welcome at all. Apart from this, the hotel itself is quite ok. The bed is comfortable and the room size is ok. The breakfast choice is quite good.

We stayed at this hotel in January of this year. Our newly purchased clothes and handbags and belongings were stolen from the room. There was no CCTV and the hotel did not cooperate with us. We went to breakfast and closed the room. When we came back everything was gone. The hotel asked us irrelevant questions and refused to investigate. I am never going back. This hotel is unsafe.

I found this hotel to be really basic... the deco and comfort is to me comparable to a 2 or 3 star maximum. Bathroom was nice and clean, bed too soft...
There is nothing around the hotel other than a supermarket.
Staff weren’t helpful at all - I asked for a room in a higher floor as mine was overlooking a patio and travelling on my own I didn’t like that my window was at floor level. I was told without even consulting their computer that they were fully booked so it was not possible but this was a lie as I looked online and there were rooms available for that night.
I would not recommend or return to this hotel...

When my colleague and I pulled up at this hotel outside Stuttgart, he said 'This looks like the kind of place one might come to end it all'. He was joking of course, but I could understand what he meant. The hotel sits on a faceless block near major roads and the airport. It is uninspiring, urban and grey.
But all airport hotels are much the same and I really hate them. Their very approximation to major roads and transport hubs is what makes them both convenient, as well as ugly carbuncles. Such hotels are usually fine for a night or two (max), but we were here for four. I'm not sure how that happened. Actually I am. My office is to blame.
Inside, the hotel was clean and relatively basic. The room was spacious and a little tired in appearance. It was also a little cold - though the heaters were efficient in warming it up. The bathroom was fine and the shower passable. The room was dark though, and I found it both difficult to read when working late at night, and annoying to switch all the lamps off (which I had to first switch on to see). An over head light would have fixed this. Decor in the rooms and corridors consisted of really cheap and hideous pictures made from movie stills. Or I think that's what they were.
The room had a TV with a range of international channels, but only BBC World for us Brits. There was a coffee machine with complimentary coffee, but when I went to fill up the reservoir with water, I noticed that the inbuilt Britta filter was utterly ancient, and had a greasy film over it. It clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while and completely put me off using it. That said, the rest of the room was clean, and cleaned well each day.
Breakfast was reasonably good, with a wide range of hot and cold food served in a buffet. I've had far worse. We ate in the restaurant one evening though and the food was pretty bad. Not badly cooked as such, but just basic staples. Sausage and meat and so on. The beer was, however, delicious. Overall I would recommend taking a taxi into Stuttgart in the evening and eating there (journey time 30 minutes or so and €25). The taxis are excellent.
The hotel staff were all lovely and spoke excellent English.
My search for a decent airport hotel goes on then. But you could do worse than this one. Overall though, I would head into Stuttgart and look at other more interesting options for accommodation.
