We spent two nights here and were reasonably satisfied. Check-in was quick and easy, parking is possible in the public parking garage, which can be reached from the hotel by elevator. Instead of the usual 17 euros, hotel guests pay 13 euros per day, which is fair.
The room was big enough and clean, the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The room faced the street, and thanks to the good windows, you didn't hear any street noise. The beds were very comfortable, we slept well here.
The breakfast buffet doesn't have a large selection and the quality of the bread and rolls could be improved. It's also not nice to see cream cheese and butter standing around unrefrigerated throughout breakfast. The service could also be improved a bit, on the first day we had our plates snatched away from us twice without asking because they were clearing them away so quickly.

The hotel breakfast was beautiful, cannot fault one thing! It catered for anybody even those with various intolerances! Well done on that!
One thing which was misleading were the Parking facilities (listed down as Parking on site) but in actual fact there was nowhere to park in the streets around, so we had no other choice than to park in the Car Park that they have connected with the hotel at a daily cost of EUR13.00. This must be stated at least prior to booking so people with a car would know what to expect.
Another thing which was rather annoying was the TV in the room...TV channels are ALL IN GERMAN! There were 3 English Channels but NONE of them worked. I suggest that for all the foreigners, NOT Germans who visit this hotel, there must be at least 2 decent channels in English offering a variety of programmes, not just News channels!

Stayed over new year with a lot of friends. Welcome drink and chocolate on arrival, not sure if this was just for new year. Booked a superior room overlooked the courtyard so nice and quiet. Rooms are a good size all the staff were lovely. Excellent breakfast, something for even the fussiest of eater. Negatives - Bar drinks are very expensive and check in was a little slow, had to ask for our bath robes and slippers.
We would all stay here again. Station very close and lots to walk to

We reserved a room for 2 adults and 1 child of 7 years as it is stated on Booking.com. We discovered they did not make any accommodation for our child so we complained to the reception. They gave us a room that should be bigger but it was exactly the same as the first on. No place for our child. We complained again they said okay use both first and new room. We go back to first room to discover it was given to another guest. Luckily he or she were not in the room. Otherwise it would be pretty awkward invasion of privacy especially with our children present. There was only his/her luggage and a bad smell of a freshly produced feces coming from the toilet.
After giving us yet a third room we slept separated.
Next morning the receptionist spontaneously offered us a 50% discount as a gesture of apology.
Next morning Booking.com called them to verify this discount they denied it.
I call the hotel and talk to the front office manager mr. Daniel Rubow he says: it is your fault not reading the description on Booking.com, and that the receptionist was confused when she offered the discount.
I promised him to put this review in every forum I can find to try preventing this traumatic hotel experience happening again.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights.
The hotel did not give the impression of being completely clean. The hallways to rooms smelled musty.
The size of our room was okay. But unfortunately our room was not completely clean either: there was a lot of dust everywhere (on the desk, on the floor, ...). And this in times of corona ... you would expect the opposite.
The breakfast was good: part self-service and part service. Nice choice, nice space.
The location of the hotel is not very good. It is a 20-minute walk from the hotel to the city center. There are also not many restaurants near the hotel. We were unable to visit the hotel restaurant because it is only open from Thursday to Saturday.
The hotel has a spacious parking lot.

Comfortable hotel to visit Stuttgart. It is located in proximity to the metro and 15 minutes walk circa.from the main square. Adequately sized room, clean, comfortable and soundproof. Bathroom equipped with hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and professional hairdryer.
You can take advantage of the parking, below the structure and payment, with direct access to the floors of the rooms by elevator (which is equipped with a security system for access control).
Great value for money, Recommendation.

All of the staff, from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant, were very friendly, approachable, and always willing to help and offer advice and assistance. My room was very comfortable, especially the bed, and the shower in the bathroom was excellent. I had a delicious dinner one evening in the hotel's restaurant again with extremely friendly service and nothing was too much trouble. They even offered to cook me something different if I wasn't happy with what I had ordered (but I was very happy). The wi-fi was fast and strong throughout the property. The location was perfect, across the road from Marienplatz with connections to the underground and buses to get anywhere in the city.

We were here for a musical. The room was a good size. The bathroom had shampoo and shower gel/soap. We slept well on the mattresses. The location was good, you could be in the city/pedestrian zone on foot in about 20 minutes. In the underground car park you can charge your electric car for free - depending on availability. More information at reception. I didn't think the breakfast was anything special. They could stand out with a few more special things. For example, I missed a few spreads and the sausage was so-so. We don't need to talk about the cheese, the people of Stuttgart just can't keep up with Vorarlberg :-).
I was pleasantly surprised by the fitness room. There is a lot of equipment (steppers, treadmills, ...) and a large terrace outside with "open space", which I was able to use well. There is also a sauna, but it is separated for men and women.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. On the plus side it's modern, was very clean and is in a good location with secure (chargeable) parking. Only minutes from Marien Platz which is a lovely square for eating, drinking and entertainment, and also has a tram stop.
Our room was a decent size, we booked the standard category, and has funky lighting, bathroom toiletries and a reasonable shower. On the negative, the hand towel holder was broken and just lying on the side, the safe was broken and the complimentary water bottle was opened so hadn't been refreshed. For this reason I have only scored the room a 3.
Note to the tea drinking Brits, there was only one English breakfast teabag provided and 2 milk sachets, not enough for us but reception did give us more.
Service at reception was polite and they spoke good English.
Note exterior views are from the room rather than of the hotel.

Dear guest, thank you for your review. I can understand why you have mixed feelings about our hotel. On the positive side, it's great to hear that the hotel is modern, very clean, and located in a convenient area with secure parking. The proximity to Marienplatz, a lovely square with dining, drinking, and entertainment options, as well as a tram stop, is definitely a plus. I'm also glad to know that your room was had modern amenities such as funky lighting, bathroom toiletries, and a reasonable shower. However, it's unfortunate that there were some negative aspects that impacted your experience. Issues with the broken hand towel holder, safe, and the unrefreshed water bottle certainly affected your impression of the room. This is not part of our standards and should not be the case. I apologize for that and will make sure to pass on your feedback regarding these issues to the housekeeping, so they can address and be more attentive to the maintenance of their rooms. It's helpful to know that our tea-drinking guests might need more supplies in the room, and it's good that our reception was able to provide you with extra tea bags and milk sachets. Once again, thank you for sharing your review. Your feedback is valuable in helping the hotel continuously improve its service and amenities. If you have any further comments or questions, please feel free to let me know. Thank you. Best regards, Onur Bahcekapili and your Park Inn Team by Radisson from Stuttgart.

Located in the middle of Stuttgart, on Marienplatz, this branch of the Park Inn hotel chain is easily accessible from all corners of the city, especially by public transport. There is a lot going on in the square but the good sound insulation of the hotel swallows this noise as well as the street noise or possibly too loud roommate very well.
The check-in works without problems, the data is transferred from the database if stored. A very pleasant process. The room has all the amenities for a hotel in this price range and a magnificent view of Marienplatz. If you like, you can watch the hustle and bustle from your room.
The small sports area, internally called Gym, also offers good views of the neighboring houses and the countryside behind them. The equipment is up to date and offers something for all tastes. A small roof terrace is also available. For the preheating of the sauna must be notified at the reception.
All in all a highly recommended hotel in the category.

i think not.just a little kettle for boiling water for the complementary tea and coffee.
Of course, we still offer this option upon check in. See you soon
I'm sure that they will frie eggs if theres not available.
No. They were cooked already.
Take S-Bahn S3 or S2 to Stadtmitte. Then U-Bahn Direction Vaihingen to Marienplatz. The hotel is in the far corner of the square. It is easier as it might look!
