Perfect location as is really close to town and is surroundedby cafes. Spacious room. Bathroom was spacious with a nice electric shower. The hotel has a really nice roof terrace. Staff was friendly and very clear when in need of directions.

Perfect hotel, new, modern and clean. Rooms are spacious, very good breakfast - you could order eggs or omletes different kinds. Very good place for shopping - center Milaneo just some steps. Parking is in another side of street and cost 17 eur per day. Will recommend and hope to see you again!

Hey there, Perfect-o! Sounds like our Jaz vibe fits you just right! So glad you enjoyed your stay with us and found everything "clean", "modern" and "spacious". And we're thrilled you loved our breakfast and location - we think they're pretty nifty too. As for the parking, it's part of the city life, right? But hey, at least it's just across the street! Can't wait to welcome you back for another jazzy stay! Until then. Jazy greetings, Dennis Cetinkaya Front Office Manager a.k.a. The Chief Guest Entertainer

Modern trendy hotel in a great location 10 mins walk from train station and another 5 mins to find the Christmas markets! Our room was simply amazing, very large to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children/teenagers! Our teenage daughters absolutely loved the bathroom and all the mirrors and walk in wardrobe! Breakfast was also superb with lots of choice. Car Parking was a short walk across the road in an underground car park. Well done Jaz hotel!

While traveling in Germany for work, I drove down to Stuttgart for the weekend. Found this hotel through Amex Travel and was extremely impressed. This hotel is in a very convenient location within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, etc.

The room was extremely clean, comfortable bed, and had tons of little details setting this apart from other hotels. Example being a speaker in the bathroom that’s connected to the TV so you can still listen while showering, etc.

The restaurant and bar are fantastic including all of the staff. Overly sincere and friendly. Can’t say enough great things about this place!

The only thing I wish I knew beforehand was parking. Parking is a scarce commodity and I was informed I should have reserved a parking spot when I made the booking. I ended up driving around for 20 mins trying to find a garage that wasn’t full and eventually found one a couple blocks away. Make sure to reserve a space when you book!

Very bad for the high price you pay. It says that you can park at the hotel, these places were not there. We had to park at the garage in the center. It turned out that it was not open at night and on Sundays. This was not said at the reception. We found out for ourselfes luckily. In the end we spent 1.5 hours looking for a parking space which cost us 40 euros for 1 night on top of 135 room price while the sauna and spa was not even open. Went to the reception to explain the situation but they acted very disinterested and said there is nothing they can do. Very bad service..

Dear Kelly, thank you so much for your feedback. We are so sorry about the parking situation around our hotel. Our own parking spaces are limited and we always recommend reserving a parking space. Due to the Corona rule, we are not allowed to open the wellness area. We are in constant contact with our office to reopen our wellness area as soon as possible. We would be very happy to have a second chance and hope to welcome you soon again. Best regards Melissa front office manager a.k.a. The Chief Guest Entertainer

Nice well equipped room, nice and clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. Quiet even if the hotel is facing a large traffic crossing.
Staff very service minded - questions were answered quickly and problems solved smoothly.
Very easy to access public transport - 100 meters to nearest station. Central to sightseeing as well.

The room and breakfast is good. The location is a bit poor if you want to visit the old city by foot. The parking garage is horrible! Almost all lighting is broken. It is very dusty and a lot of garbage, empty bottles and cigarette butts. Broken down cars parked over there for years. Not a pleasent place to park your expensive car there. If you charge 20 euro per night of parking you should keep it neat and thighty! Now it is a junkyard for junkies.

Mit Jazy Grüßen Dennis Cetinkaya Front Office Manager a.k.a. Not a good experience, even if they are still so hip and trendy.

Had booked this hotel on the way back from our holiday from Italy. Due to circumstances we went back a day earlier so called the hotel 3 days in advance to convert the booking. So that took exactly three days before we had certainty. The receptionist Felix did his best but the management ("Dennis") failed, on the day we Trips back no answer from him. On good luck but go driving, fortunately it was arranged but what a super bad way of communicating.

Then you arrive pretty tired in the evening after 13 hours of driving, a drink and a bite to eat then? The trendy sky bar is so dimly lit that you can barely read the menu. Waiting tables take forever, there are plenty of waiters around, but what are they doing? With nothing it seems. When we can eventually order, everything appears to be wrong with the equipment, hot dishes can no longer be reserved. There could be a curry sausage from the kitchen downstairs with some potatoes. Cold.

You read in other reviews about the 'beautiful design' but that is only very relative. Prefer a good bar, more parking spaces and above all better service.

Very clean hotel, excellent location.
our room was fab, apart from being given a double bed when requested twin beds. the only thing i can complain about is the not knowing about paying having to pay a refundable security deposit for the room when checking inn. payment with mastercard/visa 30 euro or with bankcard 100 euro.

We stayed at the Jaz during the fair period (about 35 minutes by S-Bahn from the exhibition center). The room was huge with sun loungers and a very large bathroom. The round shower was very special, only the sensor buttons for operation do not work properly. The sleep quality is very good as it is very quiet, although the beds are rather soft. Also everything was very clean and seemed relatively new.
The breakfast buffet is equipped with everything the traveler desires, nothing is missing.
Unfortunately, the dinner was more of a bust. The meat was tough, the taste rather modest and the portions small. The roasting croquettes were also rather inedible.
Bed and breakfast yes, dinner I would enjoy a next time away. Prices for the overnight stays are OK.

There is a parking lot from the mall next to it. It’s across the street. A little bit complicated when you travel with car because there is no place to stop to bring your baggage inside because the hotel lobby is on upper level. But when you know it’s perfect. Better to ask the hotel to get the right instruction where to stop short to check in and park then. They do not valet in Germany pretty much.
