Very well located next to Konigstrasse.Bad thing is the webpage said it was possible to have breakfast for 6,50 euros but they even don't have space for a dinning room.
Recepcionist was very kind, explained main things to visit and gave us a free map.
No lift in the building so I hope you are not taking a heavy bagagge with you.
Rooms have everything you need but not luxurious at all.

We were very warmly received when we checked in; we were provided with loads of great information including recommended sights, information on how to access public transportation, and restaurant recommendations. The staff were great and made us feel very comfortable.

The hotel is a walkable distance from the train station, and has a lovely bakery just across the street (great for breakfast). The hotel rooms look newly furnished, but the building is definitely showing its age. The shower was good.

There were a few downsides, however: the hotel room was badly sound-proofed (we heard a few hours of yelling from our neighbours upstairs). The room is fairly small, and the building is showing its age. The wifi was very slow.

I think, for the cost, I could have found better value for money elsewhere.

Hotel Centro is the one of the best places to stay in Stuttgart. The place is the towns center, 10m from the bahn station and also close to restaurants and bakeries. The girl who runs the hotel is very friendly and eager to help find places to visit in the town. The atmosphere is pretty warm and welcoming. Hotel Centro is the first place I check for booking everytime I visit Stuttgart.

Hotel Centro is located on an S bahn stop in central Stuttgart only 3 short blocks from the main shopping street and city hall.
We booked a single and a double room. Both were large (by European statndards) and very clean.

The young couple that manages the hotel are very friendly and speak perfect English. If you book with breakfast you recieve a voucher to eat at the coffee shop/bakery across the street. Great location for people watching and popular with the locals. You get a full German breakfast of meat, cheese, rolls, jams, coffee and juice.

Good hotel for short stay - walking distance from city center (5 min), main railway station (10 min), shopping and dining. Friendly and helpful stuff. Not 5 because there is no elevator - hard for people with luggage - and no restaurant\breakfast options. Reccomended for business visitors.

First of all don't book this hotel if you have mobility problems. We were on the second floor and whilst the staff were friendly and helpful and helped carry our luggage up it was still a bit of a struggle with no lift. The room was fine, clean and comfortable beds but the bathroom was very small and the towels were small and thin certainly not adequate for a shower. In fact the room reminded me more of a youth hostel. The hotel is in a completely pedestrianised area and you cannot drive a car up to drop off you luggage . Parking nearby is €12 for 24 hours or a part of 24 hours as we found to our cost. Also the hotel is opposite a church clock which chimes the quarters and although the double glazing blocks much of the outside noise (it is a restaurant area) it can't block the chimes. The main advantage to this hotel is that it is very central.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, close to bars, shops and train station. Hotel staff are friendly, the room is clean and tidy and had plenty of light - good price for the location, we stayed for 5 nights.

We went on a lads weekend to watch a game of football. The hotel was clean and simple. We were in our room for less then an hour while awake so did just the job. Probably wouldn't go here with my wife but good enough for the lads. Good cocktail bar 25 yards away and plenty of bars (Brauhaus), all walking distance.

"Avoid the rooms right over the main street. They sit out there talking and smoking until quite late."
