This hotel is seriously cute and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay great. Very fluent in English, which was helpful as it was my first time in Germany. The views overlooking the Neckar River are beautiful. Very close (a

Great location, within the old town area and a short walk to the pick-up shuttle to the Heidelberg Castle. Hotel staff are very helpful, and gone the extra mile to help us order on-line via a german website (emma24). Staff also showed flexibility and kindness to extend our room

View out of our window looking towards the bridge.
They had someone in the lobby for me as I checked in around 8p so I’m sure they can accommodate you too. With a rental car you will likely need to double park quickly at check in and then park at one of the pkg structures about a 10 min walk away. Great little hotel!

Is there a convenient and safe place to park our new car?
The hotel staff will direct you to a nearby public parking garage. We had no problems with our rental car being in the garage overnight, and the hotel had an arrangement with the garage so we received a discount on the fee.

I do not recall any noise from the room above during our stay and as far as I am aware the hotel was fully booked as it was during the period for the Christmas Markets. The hotel was very comfortable temperature wise.

Hi. I actually arrived late on a Sunday. The days prior to your arrival they will send you the instractions by mail, which is the key number to enter the hotel and another key to open a box which will have the keys and instructions to your room. Pretty easy.
