We stayed at the hotel due to a flight cancellation and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and appearance of the hotel. The receptionist was faced with a deluge of guests unable to return home that day. However she cheerfully handled the room allocations in spite of some awkward unexpected requests. The room had a large double bed with a sofa bed already made up. Nice ensuite bathroom. English language TV was limited. We did have a drink in the bar....expect hotel prices. The hotel was equipped with a small pool, sauna, gym etc. After a good night's sleep we went to the mezzanine level for breakfast. The breakfast was really good with a large selection including, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit salad, pastries, cereal , hot food (really nice scrambled eggs), pancakes, breads etc.

I went for a company event and all facilities were helping us to have a great event, in particular the plenary sessions room. Breakfast and lunch were good. I just missed some opening hours for the bar during late evening.

It is a good hotel, the location is more or less normal. I liked the food and service, and the friendly staff. Very cute hotel when you return, very friendly and warm welcome from Nicolas. The real plus is the small swimming pool which at the same time creates a jacuzzi by pressing a simple button. The female sauna did not work, we could go to the men's one which was a mixed one and it was not disturbing, I I was also alone, clean locker room, towel provided for the SPA on site and until 9 p.m. Decent gym. The restaurant was nice earlier, very good beer with tasty dishes, the bread was good, and service by a very cheerful and smiling gentleman (brown with brown eyes) who was really superb! Very nice welcome with my 11 year old daughter, we had a great time. Simple but clean room with the essentials, the bathroom is cute, the bedding is good. Too bad there isn't at least one bottle of water in the fridge. And a coffee machine.

The hotel is located outside of the old centre and there is plenty of parking (outside). We were checked in well and our room had a view of the valley.
Large bed, table and 2 chairs, working aircon. Fairly comfortable but bland.
Bathroom had a a rain shower head and another (focussed against the wall tho). Toilet was in the bathroom.
It’s about a 15 minute walk to the old town so ok.

We booked 2 rooms as there were 3 adults, my husband, my 20 year old daughter and me. We were unable to get a room for 3, nor 2 connecting rooms. The rooms were quite spacious and clean, the decoration very simple. There is a kettle and some tea bags. A small fridge, but empty....no water or anything else. The bathrooms had blackened shower joints, and the shower head mechanism was quite painful because even when pulling it all the way to use the manual shower head, water was flowing from the ceiling shower head... The only appreciable point was This is NUXE shower gel. The WC is in the shower room. No bathrobe. The horrible view of a messy and not very well maintained terrace downstairs. Well, we were just there to sleep. There is a parking. Nothing extraordinary, doesn't make you want to go back.

I have been traveling for more than 20 years all over the world. And this is by far the most dirty and worn out 4 star hotel I have ever stayed. Mabye its because to Covid. But rooms are so dirty and full off dust that is possible breathe. Carpets and paint looks realy bad and dirty. The aircon bearly works and shuts of during the night. Staff is friendly and helpfull but at best a two star hotel. And the bed is good but very bad air during the night.
