The location is very convenient for my business trip and only 10 mins from the centre by tram. Covid rules mean that, currently, the room is not serviced each day, so tea, coffee & cups are not replaced. Rooms and general decor are a little tired, but clean and comfortable. Parking space is not guaranteed, so I was luck to arrive early enough to find a space. Staff are all very helpful and friendly. I will continue to stay here on future trips.

A well-located hotel, in a quiet area and a little removed from the activity of the city center. The staff, both at reception and at breakfast, are very friendly. The breakfast served as a buffet is very complete and very copious… with chestnut cream. The rooms are quite spacious and the bedding is high-end. The number of spaces in the guarded parking lot is limited, but we found a space there each time. Small doggies are accepted in the rooms and also in the breakfast room. Small downside, the elevator was broken, but fortunately we were only on the first floor.

While passing through Grenoble we chose to stay one night in this hotel...and we were not disappointed. Very warm welcome from the young woman, the entire reception area is perfectly clean, bright, and chic... the room was spacious for 3 people, a huge bed, very comfortable pillows, beautiful light, calm...a perfect night in short. The excellent breakfast €12, very complete with sweet, savory, and local products, the person who took care of the place was very pleasant, and welcoming... frankly a perfect hotel as I like them.👏👏👏

This is only a 4* hotel because of the price and you can park on the street at no cost and I have to give a good review to somewhere!. Dont have the breakfast which is 12 Eu for a bit of bread and jam - there's a kettle in the room and coffee. The reception is tiny and manned by people with no manners so just get used to it - its France after all. 20 yards away is a kebab take away and 40 yards a pizza caravan. You need cash for the former, card will do for latter. I had the evening meal which was OK for the price but in retrospect I would hit the kebab or pizza takeaways. The tram outside is only an advantage if you want waking up at 0600!

Excellent Kyriad chain hotel, which meets the standards set by these facilities. It has free internal parking, although with limited spaces, which is important in an area where parking is not easy.
Good location 3 km from the center, easily accessible by public transport along the main avenue of the city, but also to visit the surroundings.
Beautiful room with first-rate mattresses, excellent wi-fi and providential air conditioning.

I picked the hotel for the secure car parking and nearby tram stop, as I had beeen told Grenoble centre parking was a nightmare. The hotel was a very pleasant suprise, helpful friendly staff, comfortable room, decent breakfast and 10 min tram ride to city centre. Grenoble is a great location for touring the mountains in the area. Very good value, I would happily stay again.

Well located, quiet area. Very friendly welcome from the person present on the evening of 08/12/23. Hall and nice dining/breakfast area, the same goes for the bedroom and bathroom which is large and clean. The hotel offers a very appreciable snacking service. Good bedding. Actually not a bad hotel, but what made it good was the staff who were all enthusiastic and very helpful. Hotel is on the scruffy side,but it’s fine for a nightstop, secure parking too. Supper, v good, served out of a jar but it tasted (Boeuf Bourgignon) excellent! Breakfast, however, was poor value, cold, disappointing but I guess apart from the jams, the rest was jar-less!
