The hotel has 3 apartments with full kitchen - we had #33. On the first floor, nice-sized living area and large kitchen with everything you could need. On the second floor, up a very steep flight of stone stairs, large bedroom, another small bedroom and large bathroom. Even though this was an apartment, we still had daily cleaning and towel service. Enough parking for all guests, but sometimes a bit tight for larger cars. Very convenient location to walk to Visitor Center, old town and restaurants. Current road construction project makes access and finding the hotel a bit difficult - ask for specific directions before driving to Saint Remy. Only complaint was lack of a light over the front door, but there was plenty of light in the parking lot.

We were 5 nights in this hotel doing star trips to the neighbor villages . The hotel is located in the end of street without name , so it’s difficult to find it especially at night. I would recommend to the hotel to publish a detailed map on their site. Overall our stay was pleasant. The stuff was very helpful , especially during our difficult communication with rent a car company,

We stayed almost a week there early July ( an hour drive from Marseille airport). A very lovely hotel to to explore the region. It’s only a short level 300m and shady walk into town. There is just enough parking space for the guests but I parked in the local street just outside for a couple of nights ( free parking ). Our room was on the first floor ( no lift but thats not a problem) The room is so spacious it’s like an apartment! The bathroom is almost as big as some room in Paris ! The air conditioning is very quiet and powerful. The aesthetic of the hotel is excellent. Outdoor breakfast area is so lovely . Oh last and not least they staffs don’t speak too much English , just enough to get by but I love it as it is an good opportunity for us to learn a bit of French PS: excellent laundry service within the hotel

We booked the hotel based on its location, which is excellent. A short walk away from the town's main road and a number of restaurants. Our check in and out experience were great. Hotel staff are very friendly and informative. Our room on the first floor was not big but ok for 2 people. Both room and bathroom were well maintained and clean. Room had electrical safe, tea/coffee facility, TV and mini fridge. Room air conditioner worked fine, which was absolutely necessary during the heatwave this area was experiencing. Unfortunately, our first night the AC stopped working but it started working again next morning. The hotel provides free parking and parking space is not a problem. We were informed that hotel main gate gets closed during the night and we have to use a code they provided to open the gate but during our stay the gate stayed open. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Just couple of points, there is no elevator so people with mobility problem should opt for ground floor rooms and the hotel breakfast we found to be limited. Quality of the food was not a problem but most of them were not being replenished and you may not get all the items if you are little bit late to have breakfast.

A beautiful little hotel just few steps away from the center and really happy to arrive after a long trip. Only to be met with an grumpy receptionist in the morning shift ( afternoon lady was nice). That is a bummer when you are on vacation and look forward to a nice break. Pity for this cute hotel to have this negative taste in the mouth. Hope the hotel management can address this, it will be in the benefit of this otherwise beautiful hotel.

This is the 2nd time we stayed at this lovely little hotel, and again we were not disappointed. Clean and spacious rooms, very pleasant staff and owner. Ideally situated for day trips in this beautiful part of Provence. Highly recommend it as a base.

Lovely spot in a great location . The room was nicely appointed , very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was more than adequate to start your day and a hot pot and tea/coffee in the room was appreciated. The environs around pool and eating area were nice and perfect for moments of relaxation. Being there in mid October, we never took advantage of limited cafe offerings and not really sure if it was available. Though we were not sure what “ no picnicking” meant , we were able to purchase wine and snacks at nearby grocery to create our own pre dinner “ happy hour” pool side. I would highly recommend staying here.

We went away for a couple of days to see the Carrieres Lumieres in Baux des Provence. Been many times to see the brilliant exhibitions. This time though we stayed in St Remy as the bars, restaurants and shops are much much better there. First time in the Hotel du Soleil & Spa. In these COVID times, one really hopes they take it all seriously but not too scarily! They got the balance absolutely perfect. Masks at all times inside. Even breakfast was very well thought out to be both safe but very pleasant. You had your own place setting. Gel at the start of the 'buffet' but before you start they give you personal tongs to pick up the bread, croissants etc. There were individual small plates of cheese, hams, cereals etc all covered in cling film so again 100% Safe. It felt very well thought out. The rooms were clean, spacious, well furnished, and we had a lovely private terrace. Best of all although the place is only about 100m from the town, it has private secure PARKING... essential in St Remy as parking is almost impossible normally. You can have your car right outside your room. Very nice heated swimming pool. Didn't have time to check out anything else but we would definitely stay there every time we go back to Baux.

Good hotel with parking (!) and walking distance (!) to the town center. It is not easy to find a property, satisfying those two requirements. Also a pool was a big plus in late September. Friendly staff, normal breakfast. We even got a room upgrade though the hotel was pretty well occupied. St.Remy is a convenient place to explore SW of Provence.

A very charming and lovely hotel, in St Remy de Provence. Fabulous room and bathroom. Superb breakfast offering a good selection of cold meats, cheeses, hot food, breads, cakes and croissants. Nice swimming pool with plenty of deck chairs, seats and tables. Attentive and good service from the hostess and her attending staff. Highly recommend this hotel.
