Great family hotel. renovated recently. very good breakfast. very clean hotel Free parking and flexible check out times. Joel the manager is every were and very helpful. Great location to visit St Paul, & Vence
We stayed only for one night, but would have happily stayed longer. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Just a little outside Nice but worth it. The owners are very friendly and extremely helpful.
Nice stay. Good service from very helpful, friendly and service minded staff. Big rooms, nice bathroom, nice balcony, good beds. A bit outside city center, so very nice and quiet. Did not try the pool, but it looked OK.
I stayed in this hotel for two nights with my family and my dog, and the only feeling I was left with was disappointment. First of all, the location of the hotel is everything but nice. Not far from a junkyard and right at the exit of a crowded road. The outside is terribly presented and so is the inside. Plus, our room was literally in the basement. The only way to reach it was via some creepy and short stairs, even though it was equipped with some sort of horrible “terrace”, but I’ll talk about that detail later. The room itself was awful. It definitely hadn’t been properly cleaned or ventilated. The walls and the floor were dirty and even broken in some parts, the furniture was damaged and the air conditioning was extremely noisy. Now, let’s talk about the “terrace”. The tiles in the floor were broken, dirty and misplaced and the whole place was infested by weeds that were just growing happily without anyone caring enough to pluck them. Also, it gave zero privacy. It was enough to step outside to be watched by the indiscreet eyes of those who were having breakfast on the main terrace outside the entrance, that was right next to us, just a little bit higher. Even the person sleeping in the next room could casually walk on our terrace if he so wished, since the only form of separation between our room and theirs was a room divider that didn’t fulfil its purpose, because it only covered three quarters, more or less, of the floor. But that’s not all. The door that led to this horror story was crooked and couldn’t properly close. It looked like someone had tried to force it open and had then given up, leaving the door damaged. Also, the room was extremely noisy during the night. From around 5am till something like 9 you would hear disturbingly high water noises that probably came from the plumbing. I couldn’t sleep all night, and neither could my daughter. The only positive aspect of this experience was breakfast, which was acceptable. I also need to add that, having made the reservation with Booking.com, nothing could be done at the check-out. I couldn’t receive any offer or discount to solve the nightmare-like experience I had, so I definitely don’t recommend booking rooms online, because, if you have any kind of problem, your complaints will do absolutely nothing. To sum up: if you reach this place, just keep on driving and don’t stop. It’s not worth your money. I strongly advise not to book a room here.…
Nice and clean 3 Stars Hotel close by St Paul de Vence. The host is friendly, the location good but close by a street with traffic and depending on your room location you may hear the car noise. It’s a pet friendly hotel. However we had a room close by the reception and breakfast area at the ground floor therefore it was a bit noisy in the morning and the internet was slow and unstable. Room decoration is classic. Overall OK stay.
