A very charming, small hotel, family run. It’s very quiet and across the street from the beach. The service is impeccable. Although there is not a lift, elevator, all of the rooms are on the second floor. And, Fabrice will carry your suitcases to your room. The Wi-Fi and airconditioning is perfect! I arrived by train, and an Uber was around $9.00 from the station. You can walk to every cafe in town, you don’t need a car.

Check-in is from 4pm. We arrived at 2.30 but just grabbed a coffee at one of the many nearby cafes/restaurants until it opened. Very nice and humorous chap checked us in. We mentioned we wanted to practise our French so he refused to speak English to us while we there - worked a treat! Room was immaculately clean and beds very comfortable. It was very small, but we knew that beforehand. Towels and toiletries ok, shower a little cramped for me. Great position, literally a 2 minute walk to beach and very close to lots of restaurants/bars/cafes. About 15 minute walk to Hippodrome. It’s not too close to the ‘city centre’ but we used Ubers (pretty cheap) and free coastal bus a lot. Well worth visiting are Renoir’s house and the medieval town at Haut Cagnes-sur-Mer (go to Jimmys restaurant here - great view and food). Finally, 10 minutes away from airport but 30 euros(!) in a taxi. Uber back to airport 15 euros.…

Excellent location for this nice hotel : 100m from the beach, 5mn walk from many restaurants, close to the airport, Nice and Antibes. The hotel is great with everything you would expect from a 3* (while it is inly rated as a 2*) plus a fantastic staff!

We picked this hotel because it was within short driving distance of Nice airport. The reception was both welcoming and humorous... Provided with full information including some excellent restaurant suggestions, an agreeable start to our visit to Cagnes sur Mer. This lovely small hotel is a "mother and son" operation and the care and attention show from first to last minute. The rooms are not grand but small, clean and comfortable. No hesitation on returning to stay when in the area.

Location is fantastic, a 2 minute walk to the beach with it's beautiful long promenade and many restaurants & cafés, We stayed overnight in a downstairs lovely "basic double room with garden view". The room was compact, immaculately clean with beautiful décor, comfortable bed and lovely new bathroom with soap/shower get/shampoo/body lotion. The host was absolutely delightful with a wonderful sense of humour. Very good Wi-Fi and free on-site parking. Excellent value for money - would highly recommend.
