Euro Star to Paris This Lively Boutique Hotel is perfect for your every need. Two minutes from the metro underground which is easy to navigate and we found many French people happy to assist if you get confused.
Any way back to the hotel it beautifully presented the rooms very well appointed with limitless tea and coffee though out the day in the bar area and if you need more pods or teabags for the room, you can just help yourself.

The spa has a lovely pool with swimming jets a gym and a steam room. What more could you ask for a nice area for relaxing and chilling and cooling down?

We will be returning to Paris after the Olympics and will not hesitate to book this hotel the staff of delightful and happy to converse with you in English or French. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Look forward to seeing you all again.

Booked for a weekend stay for 2, we nearly walked past it as it was covered up, scaffolding up, painting and repair works obviously being undertaken. When we walked inside the hotel is beautiful. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. We were told there was various work being done in the hotel which meant the hamam was unavailable. This was disappointing as we booked for a special birthday as a couple and were looking forward to using it. However, the small pool is like a large private jacuzzi and because the hotel seemed quiet, when we used it we were the only 2 people there. We were given a brand new room, first people to stay in it. Small, but beautifully decorated. No iron, no hairdryer but these were quickly supplied. No hotel guide, but a tablet is supplied in the room with basic info, although wifi wasnt always the best.
Breakfast was served until 1030am, although we went down at 9.40 there were several items finished and not replenished ie scrambled eggs, sausages, smoked salmon. What we did eat was tasty, although it seemed 1 cup of tea or coffee was all they expected you to want!
Checkout was 12 noon which is excellent, and we were able to leave our luggage as long as we wanted to explore on our last day.

All in all, I would go back to La Lanterne, as overall it was a very good experience. Easy walking distance from Notre Dame and a lovely neighbourhood to explore. Staff again were lovely.

After spending a very long time researching somewhere to stay in Paris we found this hotel as a secret escapes deal which included breakfast, and in room champagne and sweet treats and we were not disappointed with our choice. The hotel is in a great location surrounded by wonderful bars and restaurants and within walking distance to the Louvre. If you needed to get anything further afield the metro and train stops are close by and easy (and cheap) to navigate all around the city. Otherwise the hotel staff are at hand to book taxis, or Ubers are easily summoned. The hotel itself it very stylish, modern, clean and comfortable. The rooms are bigger than most in Paris especially if you upgrade to a deluxe like we did and the beds very comfortable, the shower in our room was one of the best I’ve been in. All of the staff are absolutely lovely and every single one would give a friendly Bonjour in passing. The breakfast is self serve buffet style with tea or coffee being bought to you as soon as you sit down, it was great fresh quality and delicious. I can’t comment on the leisure facilities as we were so busy every day we didn’t get a chance to use them! All in all I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable base camp for exploring wonderful Paris.

Stayed in La Lanterne on a 4 night Paris getaway and the hotel was amazing. The room was absolutely spotless and the shower was very good and powerful. Luxury toiletries were provided in the room and there was also a complimentary box of chocolate wafers on the bed from the famous Angelina Paris patisserie which were so good I ended up buying boxes over there and bringing them home as gifts!

The staff were very helpful even going so far as to help me translate a phone call I had to make through French. The location was excellent, just around the corner are numerous supermarket, bakeries, cafes and the metro. It is a 10 minute walk to the Metro station Saint Michel Notre Dame which will bring you directly to CDG Airport.

The wellness area was also very good. It is beautifully presented in the basement of the hotel complete with the old brickwork on display. The pool itself is heated and has jacuzzi jets and the steam room was also a great addition.

I will definitely stay in La Lanterne again when I visit Paris and I have already recommended it to several friends

My husband and I stayed at this lovely boutique hotel for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Its location in the heart of the Latin Quarter is perfect, and many attractions (Notre Dame, the Seine, the Pantheon, and Luxembourg Gardens), shops, and restaurants are within a short walk. The ground floor features a designer lobby with several seating areas and a bar that also functions as the breakfast room. Self-serve coffee, tea, water, and snacks are available during the afternoons and evenings at the bar. All the staff were friendly and helpful and really made our stay extra special. The front desk receptionist not only personally escorted us to our room but offered to help carry our bags. We stayed in Room 4, a garden view room with a private covered balcony featuring two chairs and a small table. Our bed was very comfortable with ample pillows, and the room had a flat screen TV, safe, and a rain-head shower. The plush robes and slippers were a nice touch and were quite useful when I used the indoor pool. With powerful jets and just the right temperature, it was a perfect way to end a busy day of sightseeing. This was our first time staying at this hotel and we will book here again for future trips to Paris.

The staff was helpful and the wellness area was gorgeous. The rooms are very small and not a lot of space for suitcases or hanging things. The bathrooms, while beautiful have very little space for putting things. The beds are very comfortable. The massage was wonderful. They double charged me for the massage and added extra money for the massage oil but they reimbursed me for the double charge as soon as I pointed it out. The breakfast is decent but not really worth 20 euros.

Very friendly welcome and clean, comfortable hotel in a great location. Pool was nicely done if small. Beds very comfy. Rooms facilities good - all we could need, and good power in the shower. Fluffy towels and lovely robes. WiFi did not work at all though and breakfast felt a bit pricey.

This hotel was top notch. Before we arrived, they wrote an email apologizing for the pool being closed due to COVID. We thought this was very thoughtful. They had no control over the situation so they didn't have to tell us but we appreciated the advance notice. The staff was more than friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was brilliant. In the evening, using a tablet in the room we selected our breakfast items and the time we wanted to eat. At the exact time, they guided us to our table and immediately served us. The air conditioning worked very well on the July paris days.

We had a wonder few nights at Hotel La Lanterne. We had a top, floor privilege room which had a cute little balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee with a view of the Parisian rooftops. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. We enjoyed a relaxed bottle of fizz in the bar ahead of dinner across the road. The whole area is just super for strolling, frequenting the many cafés and wine bars. We actually walked to the hotel from Gare du Nord - around 45 / 50 minutes - very pleasant if you don’t have too much luggage! We liked it so much, we have already booked to return in February.
