I had a corner room and these are a bit bigger then the others but according the paris principles this was big! I am travelling to paris quite often and now choosed to stay on the other side of the river and really not a disappointment! The location is perfect, you can walk to the heart of paris and i was able to park my car just in front of the hotel. The room is clean, modern and sound proof. I slept with the window open and as it is located on the mainstreet it is a bit nosy. They breakfast is all fresh but not too expanded still everyone can find something to eat. Staff is really kind and helpfull. Elevator is small but that normal in paris too :)!

Excellent little hotel moments from Austerlitz, Jardin des Plantes etc. While possibly the smallest single room I’ve ever stayed in it was also one of the most thoughtfully designed and equipped. Lots of little touches and extras that just make you smile. Add a laid back bar and a good breakfast all at a very reasonable rate for central Paris and what’s not to like? Thoroughly recommended.

Family of 2 adults 2 kids (9&13) stayed in room 505 top floor! Family rooms are not small ! And it’s a city hotel which all rooms should be tiny for a city! In our room we had a king size bed, double sofa bed and a single bed meaning everyone had a bed each and no sharing or rowing ! The room is modern and clean and comfortable a separate toilet to bathroom is so handy as a family! Everyone bangs on the lift is small and yes it is but hey take it in turns !! Most hotels in the city don’t even have a lift so make it work. The hotel itself is faultless with drink facilities in the room - free toiletries I literally am so happy we booked this hotel for 5 nights ! The staff are brilliant special shout out to the lady white Caucasian with brown hair who could speak incredible English who was above and beyond anything she could do for us, she always made time to even chat to us to make sure we were all happy ! I would a million percent return to this hotel and recommend it to everyone !

I didn’t expect that the hotel is so good☺️ Great location close to center destination, a few metro stations near (8-14 minutes to links 5/6/7/10)
Small but comfortable #503 room with balcony. There is no kettle in room but you are always welcome to ask some tea on reception. Must admit the hotel staff — hospitality and friendly.
It was my first time in Paris and I enjoyed it. Highly recommend the hotel if you just want to enjoy the city and don’t want to waste a lot of money and time to get to popular city places.

Hotel was spotlessly clean and staff extremely helpful. They could not have done anything more to make our stay any better. The rooms were small with little space to walk around the bed but perfect for my husband and I on a weekend break. We spent most of the time out and about enjoying the sites of Paris. The hotel is located on a relatively busy road and with the window open the traffic might be annoying, but there was air conditioning (that we didn't use) and with windows shut our sleep was not disturbed at all. The No.91 bus stops right outside the hotel and is direct from the Gard du Nord. Tube stop St Marcel (line 5) is only a short walk away. Breakfast was delicious a plentiful supply of fruits/croissants/bread/cheese/ham/egg. If you are looking for somewhere "un touristy" to eat thoroughly recommend Ta Dam. Authentic French cuisine and excellent service. The Seine and the beautiful Jardin des Plantes were only a short walk away. Highly recommend the hotel

The room was clean though small (like most Parisian hotels). The location was pretty good since it was an easy walk to two different metro lines. Breakfast was pretty basic and in hindsight, I would not have bothered. It’s far too easy to find breakfast options in Paris that are very inexpensive. They were overly strict about the hours. The breakfast was available, which did cause an issue for us so Not worth it (but quality was fine). The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

a very cosy hotel, in 13 arrondissement, we stayed there 8 Days recently, staff are very nice and the owner Didier assured that our stay was great, of course the room was smal but it is common in the old buildings in Paris it is just 10 minutes walk to the quartier latin and 5 minutes to Place de Italie, also not far from the Sorbonne and Jardin de Luxembourg, To Chatelet 30 minutes walk, very near to metro station. Location is a perfect match between distance (from famous sightseeing places) and crowd (I believe mostly locals around). Lots of places to eat and drink nearby, transport (both bus and metro) within easy walking distance, supermarkets, etc. Room and bathroom are small(ish) but really comfortable and clean. Staff was super helpful and smiling. Breakfast was included in our stay and super nice. Sweet and continental breakfast are both available.

Booked this for a 4 day stay in August for a business + personal visit. Pros: The Place is in really great location with many metro stations in and around 0.5 to 1 km radius. So, getting around to any location was pretty easy. Also, there are plenty or small cafes/restaurants nearby. Breakfast had limited choices but was good/sufficient.
Service was really good. The front office folks were really helpful and pleasant.
Cons: Rooms were pretty small with very limited space to move around. There was no space to store luggage/suitcases. We had to push it underneath the beds and pull it out everytime to access the luggage.
If not for the room size, i would have given a 5 star rating.

Great little hotel with lovely kind staff who were helpful and efficient.
Rooms are small but very clean & well presented with good amenities.
Bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was plentiful and the breakfast room was very nice.
The location is terrific with lots of good eateries across the road including a bottle shop/boulangerie & crepe cafe.

I would suggest taking the metro one stop to St. Marcel and then walking from there.
Otherwise my best advice is to check the walking route on google maps take a screenshot of it :)
