Hotel Tourisme Avenue stands out for its prime location, which guests have called out for being close to the Eiffel Tower and various metro stations, shops, and dining options. While the atmosphere is generally described as stylish and cozy, the cleanliness of the hotel consistently earns rave reviews. Some travelers, however, have noted the presence of metro noise, with opinions divided on its disruptiveness. The rooms are praised for their modern style, although a few guests find them on the smaller side. The service is predominantly seen as friendly and professional, but a handful of guests have reported less satisfactory encounters with staff.

Was having a hard time choosing a place to stay but I did not regret booking hotel tourisme avenue. It's the perfect location because of the near (exactly outside the hotel) metro stations which is something you would always use to get around paris. It is near 3 metro stations (metro 6, 8, and 10) which makes our transfers really just easy! There's not a lot of tourist in the area and it doesn't feel very isolated nor far from things you want to do. There is also a grocery store in front, pharmacy and lots of cafes, restaurant, fast food near it so really location is just 10/10 :) It is near the eiffel towel and we have the option to use metro 6 and go down at Trocadero or walk a little bit and take the bus that will drop you off exactly on the eiffel tower. We were then greeted kindly in the reception, no hassle with check-in. We booked for a 3 person room so it was big enough for us. What I liked are the freebie amenities: complete towels, the usual toiletries (shampoo, soap, cotton tips, lotion) and then there are extras like facial cotton pads, shoe towel and free drinking water every cleaning. The only con would be you can hear the noise of the metro from below but it is very minimal. My family who are light sleepers told me they didn't have problems with the noise so I guess all good! :)

We stayed in a business room that was a bit small but perfectly adequate for a short stay. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided, and while the breakfast was decent, there were few options for vegans, and no non-dairy milk was available. The location is convenient, with easy access to the nearby metro. Most of the front desk staff were pleasant and ready to assist, but our experience was somewhat marred by Antonio, who ignored guests as they passed by. When I asked for help with our TV, which wasn’t working, he reacted with frustration, shouting that we should have mentioned it earlier when the workmen were available. Though he eventually agreed to help, he was initially reluctant and seemed uncomfortable in his role, leading me to believe his skills might be better suited elsewhere. On our last day, we requested to borrow umbrellas but were told they had all been taken. I would suggest the hotel invest in more high-quality umbrellas to enhance the overall service.

The hotel has a very good location, the rooms are modern and elegantly furnished, the cleanliness is impeccable, the welcome and service of the staff are first class especially Amandine and Michelle in reception who helped us with every question and guided us to enjoy our stay in Paris.
You feel the familiar character of this hotel, which compared to hotel chains have standardized management and an impersonal atmosphere.
The only point of improvement: breakfast could be a little more varied and artisanal, even if charged at a fair price for this service.
Anyway, thanks to the whole team!

We found the staff of the Hotel Tourisme Avenue to be very accommodating, and our room itself was, for the most part, comfortable.

The configuration of our room was a bit unconventional, with the toilet being in a separate location from the sink, requiring a walk across the room and through the main area of the room before one could wash their hands after a visit to the toilet. Perhaps not unusual in Paris, but it was a bit unsettling by our American standards.

The location was nice, with an 8 - 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Paris's Hop-On Hop-Off bus providers make getting around the city very simple.

The main reason for our significant downgrade is the location of the hotel directly on top of a subway line. Our room was located on the second floor (Floor One), and we were woken up several times every night by the noise and rattling of our room as the subway went by. Not sure if this issue is limited to rooms on the second floor, or if the noise can be heard / felt on all levels.

We would not stay again as we didn't get much rest during our stay due to the subway.

Stayed here 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Easy 15 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was very good. Metro is right in front and grocery store just across the street . There are several restaurants to choose from next to the hotel and across the st. Felt safe.

The rooms were very clean although tiny for 2 people we inquired about changing to a larger room but the hotel was fully booked. Coffee tea was free all day /night. AC worked good. You can hear the train but didn’t bother us but might if you’re a light sleeper.

They gave us a wonderful surprise for birthday in rm 1 and honeymoon rm 2 it was awesome. The night staff at font desk were super helpful and very accommodating. Day staff barely said hello :(

Overall this is a good choice for its Location , cleanliness, staff and nice breakfast .

We researched a lot before choosing this hotel for our family trip last week. We stayed 2 nights and cost us about $1050 USD. That is quite expensive in USA terms however for convenience it was well worth it. (I believe this would be the equivalent of a premium or suite room in the US). The room was spacious for France standards - we had 3 adults and 1 child. The beds were 4 twin size beds pushed together to make 2 full size beds. That's the one thing I did not like as it made it very uncomfortable if you got too close to the middle. There was a mini fridge, desk area/vanity with 2 chairs. The closet space was ample! The bathroom was alright. I think we had a handicap accessible room because there was no tub. And the shower just had a curtain to separate it from the rest of the bathroom. You have a thermostat in the bedroom that you can control. The air conditioning worked AMAZING.
The hotel offers free coffee/hot chocolate and fresh croissants (both regular and chocolate) in the lobby all day. They also have breakfast for 15 euro per person but we did not partake in that so I can not comment on what kind of food was available.
The Eiffel tower doesn't sparkle until 11pm so we got back to the hotel one evening around 1130 to find that it was locked but when we rang the bell someone came out in 1 minute, verified our room keys and up we went. This is a safety feature I very much appreciated.

The location was spectacular. 15 minute walk to the base of the Eiffel tower. Located in front of a metro station, and across the street from a bus stop. There is a McDonalds across the road for your picky eaters, as well as a Monoprix for any last minute or unexpected necessities.

The only negative is we stayed on the first floor (due to my mother in law who has mobility issues) and you can hear/feel the train when it passes. It was slightly bothersome but not enough to keep you awake the entire night.

Overall we would stay here again if we needed accommodations for more than 3 people.

We are glad that you loved our amenities in the room and the security of the hotel at night. Ideally located, the metro station located just in front our hotel is the best option to move around Paris. Unfortunately, due to our proximity with the metro, you can sometimes feel the vibration. We would be happy to provide a room on a higher floor for your next visit. Looking forward to see you again someday! Best regards, Amandine

A big thank you to the whole team of Tourism Avenue for an excellent stay. This hotel is not only the best in Paris, but also the best we have ever stayed in. The convenient location, close to the main attractions, as well as the comfortable and well maintained rooms greatly contributed to the quality of our experience. The warm and professional welcome of the staff, a big thank you to Arsène at the reception, added a personal touch to our stay. We recommend this hotel without hesitation and will definitely return.

The location of the hotel was brilliant, with metro, taxi rank and public transport are less than one minutes walk from hotel. Eiffel Tower was less 15 minutes walk.

The staff were very helpful and the room was exceptionally cleaned and well serviced. Amenities in the room included free Wi-Fi a mini fridge, safe and coffee making facilities.

The lobby feels a bit small but the whole hotel is clean, the rooms are very clean and the stylish interior is very good! The facilities were new and beautiful and I felt very good. I wasn't expecting disposable slippers, but I was happy to have them handy. If I had to, it would have been perfect if you had always kept a bottle of PET water for the second day if you stayed overnight. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I contacted them via email several times before the trip and they were quick and helpful. It was also very helpful because it was right in front of the subway station, so there were rainy days. Thank you for directing such a fun trip.
