Detailed Reviews
We really liked the accommodation at Hotel Arvor and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The decor and ambience of the hotel is really good and boosted even further by the fantastic staff.
I want to stress how good we thought the staff were as we stayed over the New Years which would have been a busy time for them both at work and in there own time but they were fantastic. All of the members of the team we spoke to were bi-lingual perhaps even multi-lingual and did some research and recommendations for us to help make reservations at restaurants. Above and beyond we thought - so thank you again!
The hotel was also perfectly located for us on a quiet crescent off the main area of St Georges. Can’t comment on the nearest metro or closest public transfer due to the strikes at the time of our visit.
Only slight criticism for me is that the rooms were on the small side but I don’t know if this would be the case anyway in Paris. Also a nice touch would be to have tea/coffee facilities in the room.
The hotel does offer a continental breakfast if you fancy the €16 price tag per person.
Overall would definitely recommend others to stay here!

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and pleasant but what impressed us the most was the treatment we received from the people that work at the hotel. Every one of them were very polite, profesional and went the extra mile to makes us feel welcome. They must be happy to work at Arvor Hotel. Thank you!

The hotel and room were safe and clean. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a great location in a quiet street, but lots of lively restaurants nearby and the metro is very close.
We wished we didn’t have to leave and hope to be back one day.

Unfortunately a complete washout for me, apart from a couple of lovely staff who I felt sorry for trying to keep things afloat (and a nice location). Overall the hotel is dirty and tired. Would have checked out had my stay not been prepaid.
Arrived night 1 and my bed sheets were not clean, previous room inhabitants hair all over them. Hairs also visible in the bath too. Poor guy on reception downstairs helped me change sheets as no other rooms free, but another duvet wasn’t found so slept under a sheet and a bath robe. General room cleaning standards are very bad, mirrors covered in fingerprints and dust. No hairdryer in room on arrival either.
Offered a free breakfast to compensate and when I went to take this, rude receptionist loudly made phone call to verify my story and made a fuss I had not ‘reserved’. For one person surely not a big deal and who would concoct this story for a free omelette…
You are also woken up by numerous noises during night due to terrible quality doors (which are also next to impossible to open and close).
As a non smoker staying above the hotel’s resident smoking area was also pretty painful with smoke billowing in at all hours. Give this room to a smoker?
The hotel could be great but needs serious work in terms of upgrade and ongoing standards. No idea how it got 4 stars.

What has happened to the prices? Have stayed here a few times over several years. Nice small hotel feel and pleasant neighbourhood. Our most recent stay in August was in the family room with 2 adults and 2 children. Comfortable room with simple, very average finishes. Staff were courteous, nothing more, and service was minimal. Ownership had recently changed, and the warmth and hospitality disappeared with it. For 300 a night, it was about right because we needed the extra space of the family room. It was fair value, nothing more, nothing less when compared to similar properties. Imagine the shock of looking ahead to summer 2024 and seeing the price of the same room soar to over 1200 a night; even in June and September, so can't be explained by the Olympics. While we have enjoyed the hotel in the past, it is nowhere near this kind of value. They were changing out some furnishings when we were there, but it would take a complete remodel, not just a few IKEA pieces, and an entirely different level of service to justify less than half that. It's just not that kind of hotel. New ownership going for a cash grab? Sad to see this happen to the property.

Love this hotel. Stayed there twice, recommended it to friends who loved it too. BUT the price was reasonable, ~$300. When I looked at reserving again for May 2024 price has more than doubled. Way too much. I wish them luck with that, as similar hotels in the area are still ~$300.

My wife and I stayed with our grown children at the Hotel Arvor for a six day visit to Paris. The hotel is located is the 9th Arrondissement, between Opera and Montmartre, on a quiet side street in a non-touristy neighborhood full of restaurants and interesting shops. An excellent location. The rooms are stylish, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and always friendly. Overall, it was a great choice and we can’t recommend hotel more highly.

We haven’t started our stay yet, but I wanted to alert readers of a potential scam. Many hotels have experienced a data leak, Arvor included. Someone posing as an employee at Arvor reached out to me on WhatsApp, first asking about parking needs, and then the following day saying my credit card had an issue and I should click on a link to avoid having my reservation cancelled. Rather than clicking on the link, I emailed the hotel who responded immediately that my reservation was fine, and this was a scam. Be aware of this scam! And thank you, Hotel Arvor for your prompt response.

Had a nice stay at this hotel! The lobby was so adorably decorated and aesthetic and our room was nice! The bathroom/shower was great. What really made our stay so great was the service! Youseff was working at the front desk when we arrived and he was SO accommodating and helpful to our group while maintaining the most friendly and warm demeanor. Mari also helped us with check and and she was amazing as well! These staff members helped make our stay in Paris that much more lovely and memorable!

Absolutely loved this small hotel. Room was clean, bathroom had a great shower. Staff excellent, so helpful.
The location is ideal, about a block from St. Georges underground station. Lots of great restaurants (Lorette) , bakeries and coffee shops (KB).
Great value.
Even though it is only 1 street away from busy streets, it's on a very quiet street.

Hello,
We do provide cot for babies on request. The Classic room size is a bit small for it, it is better to select a superior room to get more comfort.
Kind Regards,
Christophe
