We stayed 4 nights here being close to Gare Du Nord. It deserves full stars in all categories. Room was simple modern design, meticulously clean. Bathroom, wifi were excellent. Everything works. (Power plug was above the table - not under). Extra mention to the staff - All were friendly helpful and always a smile. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My partner booked this for our stay in Paris because it was close to the Eurostar station and lucked out. This place is wonderful! It's small but every inch is used so well. The room felt so much larger than it was, especially the bathroom (shower and toiletries were excellent). It is a very quick walk from Gare Du Nord or Gare de l'est. Some people might be put off by the location, but it's very well serviced with lots of good restaurants and easy transport, and a great market nearby (Saint Quentin). We walked to the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, and Champes Elysee - they're not "close" but if you're walking fit it's a great way to see the city. The staff are super helpful and friendly too. One of my favourite things was buffet breakfast - it's deceptively large for a small space. In addition to the standard continental fare, there's also bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs. Coming back after a long day walking, the coffee machine was free 24/7 and the dining area was a nice place to sit, as was the courtyard. Overall an exceptionally good hotel and a great base for seeing the city whether it be for a weekend or a week or more.

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hor Europe. We spent 4 nights at the hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. Arriving by the Eurostar from London at the Gare Du Nord the hotel is extremely convenient as you can actually see the hotel from the station. This means that upon arrival in Paris you can be checked in and then out exploring within a few minutes of your arrival. It also means that when you are leaving you can get to the station very quickly.
The staff were all very friendly and professional and the hotel was very clean and the room was very quiet. The room included ac/heat so we were comfortable no matter what the weather.
The hotel also provides complimentary coffee, tea, water, etc. For an additional fee you can have breakfast, which appeared to be priced in line with other hotels that we had considered. We did not try this, but the breakfast buffet looked good with pastries, sliced meats, cereal, pancakes, etc.
However, you can save a bit of money as there is a small shop next door to the hotel, a slightly larger grocery store just down the street, and a patisserie and cafe across the street. Grab something from these shops and save yourself a little bit of money by making your own breakfast, grabbing a free drink at the hotel and enjoying it in the quaint courtyard of the hotel before you start exploring Paris for the day.
The only concern I would have if my travel plans were not certain would be that when we booked the hotel (and this may have been the site we used and not the hotel itself) the booking was non-refundable.

We chose this hotel as my girlfriend had stayed here a few years ago. The rooms are very clean and generous in size. The bed was very comfortable and the walk in shower was fantastic with an large rain head shower head. Coffee, tea and water are available 24/7. The front desk staff was amazing. They were VERY helpful when we arrived and during our stay were very kind to us as they offered to print out our 'Hop on Hop off' bus tickets. There is a computer that guests can use, in the large lobby area. This hotel also offers an outdoor courtyard where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine before heading out to dinner. There are many restaurants around the hotel, offering all kinds of foods. There is a lovely bakery just across the street and the train station is just a short walk away. The only down side to this hotel is that it is a 60 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and a 30 minute walk away from the closet 'Hop On Hop Off' bus stop. So if you don't mind walking or taking public transit, this is the hotel for you!

A friendly welcome awaits anyone who walks into reception at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a double room on the fifth floor, a comfortable bed - extra pillows if needed were in the wardrobe. The shower room was perfect with a large shower cubicle and toiletries provided. A large bath towel and a smaller towel were provided for each guest. A kettle with coffee and teas was provided and a large tv on the wall. USB charging sockets by the bed and free wi-fi. A buffet breakfast is available on the ground floor, you could go in here during the day and help yourself to coffee, tea and hot chocolate on the house. Wines are available to purchase from reception or room service. There is an outside seating area adjacent to the dining area.

Hotel Hor Europe is a quaint botique hotel with compact rooms and very limited storage space, which makes it quite difficult to move around and organize your stuff. I've always been used to staying in larger hotel rooms, so this was quite an adjustment.
The hotel is a few minute walk from 2 main rail stations, Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, making it an ideal location for both business and leisure travelers. It's also surrounded by a diverse selection of dining choices. Teas and an array of coffee concoctions are complimentary and available round the clock. The Mochaccino is absolutely fantastic! Staff is courteous and professional. Special mention to "Jan" from front desk. He's been exceptionally helpful and patient in providing detailed instructions whenever we ask about directions for places, always accompanied by a warm smile and a genuinely pleasant demeanor. On top of that, he assisted with our luggage during check-out and communicated with our Uber driver to specify the meeting location. His outstanding customer service is truly commendable.
The hotel does serve its purpose with a good value for money, if you do not mind the restricted space. I guess this seems to be a common feature in many European hotels though. In a nutshell, we had a fairly good experience.

Hotel was in an excellent location, just a two minute walk from Gare du Nord station meaning all areas of Paris are easily accessible. Charles de Gaulle airport is roughly 35 minutes by train at a cost of €11.45. Tourist areas such as Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Montemarte are a short distance using the metro at a cost of €2.10.
Hotel itself is lovely with all the facilities you need and very clean. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the reception desk is monitored 24 hours. There are facilities for making tea and coffee in the room but barista style coffee is available to all guests all day in the lobby at no extra cost.
Breakfast was lovely and available until 10:30am. Not very busy which was nice but excellent variety at breakfast with something for everyone.
Small details such as free tea and coffee in the lobby, newspapers daily, free tea, coffee and water in the room heighten the experience.
Overall, excellent stay. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Paris.

This property is really well located, being 90 seconds walk from Gare de Nord.
The bedroom is very nicely decorated and the bed is probably one of the nicest I've slept in for a long time. The room is of a reasonable size and the bathroom is great for a small hotel, being large and very modern.
They serve a reasonable breakfast.
Unfortunately, what let's this hotel down is the street noise. People were talking really loudly right outside the property until 3.30am and I hardly had any sleep.
One other noticeable thing is that they had small flies around the buffet both mornings I was there and it was off-putting.
It's a real shame as the owners have clearly invested a lot in upgrading the property but they let themselves down but guests not being able to sleep. Bring earplugs,

So convenient for getting a round Paris as it’s a 2 minute walk from Gare du Nord and plenty of bus stops. The hotel is clean, modern and well thought out with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are lovely, we had a top floor one with a balcony which was great as we could sit out and soak up the atmosphere. It was cleaned daily. We also had a coffee machine so didn’t need to use the ones in the lobby, but the free drinks are a great addition. This is not a quiet suburb so expect to hear some hustle and bustle, but the rooms are still quiet with the windows shut. It’s not the best area in Paris but certainly not the worst. On our arrival the receptionist was so friendly and helped us with directions, travel ticket advice and a restaurant recommendation suitable for children within a 2 minute walk. All in all a great, comfortable stay.

We went for a delux room on the 6th floor, it was a good size room with a large bathroom and balcony with a table and two chairs.
The hotel is close to Gare du Nord making it easy access to trains and metro. A good breakfast and helpful friendly staff made it the ideal hotel for us.

Elevator is good. Close and convenient you can quickly see to the left of Gare Du Nord (Metro) street level. The hotel is perfect as i need to go via Eurostar to London on checkout which is also in GDN Station.
