Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Wonderful location - just a block from the Tuileries metro station. Walking distance to several museums and surrounded by several restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are tastefully decorated. Bathroom is modern and updated. Rooms are small, but to be expected for a European city center. A/C worked well, which was very useful on hot days!

We had a “wow! It’s so lovely” moment when we walked into our room.
We stayed on the top floor facing the street with our two daughters (9 and 11) on a sofa bed in what would have been the sitting room. The room was much larger than we expected, beautifully decorated, clean and well appointed.
The beds are comfortable and despite facing the street (and staying on NYE) it was very quiet.
Breakfast isn’t included but we highly recommend it (the best scrambled eggs I had on our entire month long trip across Europe). You can eat in the breakfast room in the basement (which, like the rest of the hotel is quaint and beautifully decorated) or have it served in your room (we opted for downstairs each day). You’re offered freshly squeezed juice as you arrive and everything is fresh and delicious.
It is a short walk to the Louvre, the Seine, many great cafes and restaurants and has a great little corner shop across the road.
We walked to the Eiffel Tower and all sites from this hotel without issue (and also due to the train strike)
The staff we met were all friendly, helpful and just lovely, highly recommend this hotel.

Spent New Year's Eve 2020 here and couldn't have had a nicer time. The rooms are a bit small but you aren't in Paris to spend all your time in your hotel room. The rooms are wonderfully appointed though and have everything you need. Our family had all 3 rooms on the third floor which was super convenient. Breakfast is worth taking advantage of and is the least you'll pay anywhere in Paris for the level of quality you get. Walking distance to so much of Paris it really is a great location to explore from. The staff couldn't be friendlier and were absolutely helpful with our questions and requests. Do not hesitate to stay at this hotel.

It's always difficult booking a hotel from across the miles... you have to more research than usual, trust the advertising and ultimately go with your gut.
Relais was a gamble that worked out so perfectly well for us that we had to pinch ourselves on arrival. Beautiful little hotel on Rue St Honore, in the middle of Paris city and within walking distance to whatever you want to see, eat or drink. The staff are so polite and they speak limited English so brush up on your French! We came from the Eurostar station via the Metro... 2 stops and you're there.
We rented Unit 500 on the top floor for our family of 5. Very spacious apartment with everything we needed for our short stay. Forget the hotel breaky... there's so many cafes within walking distance that provide a much better morning experience.
The Eiffel and Champs Elysees / Arc de Triomphe were the furthest distance from the hotel by foot. Would've been quicker in an Uber but that would starve you of all the streets, people, cafes and ambience that is so elegantly Parisian and a must for any tourist.
Much closer are the Louvre, Place Vendome, Notre Dame cathedral, views of the river Seine, all the best shopping, and the original Chanel boutique including the (heavily-guarded) stairs up to Karl Lagerfeld's apartment.
Relais provided an outstanding base foR our short stay in Paris. Would happily return and highly recommend.

Currently, Paris is a city with a million tourists and no taxi service. Taxis can rarely be summoned and do not reserve in advance because they do not show up. We are seniors with suitcases fitting a multi week vacation. The thought of walking with them from St. Honore to Gard Nor was mind blowing. Upon our checking out, the concierge, Marie Francois, began continuously dialing the taxi company that services the hotel. We asked her to try a 2nd company as well. Finally, she left her desk, went to the street, and found a taxi for us in the next block. We were so grateful; i almost wept. Thank you so much Marie!
This is a small hotel. Small elevator. Smallish rooms that are beautifully and quietly decorated. Bathrooms are updated with rain head showers.
The location is within walking distance to the Louvre, the Tuileries, the Musee D’Orsay and 1,000 cafes and upscale shops. You will love it here.

Great location in the 1st Arrs. Very close to the Louvre and several metro stations. The room itself was tiny, very little storage space. The bathroom was very nice, although the WC was on the other side of the room.

The breakfast was ok. They offered the standard croissants, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, and scrambled eggs (although they were very runny). The saving grace was the fresh squeezed orange juice every morning.

The staff was very friendly and offered good recommendations for dinner. There are many good cafes nearby. The area itself is home to all of the designer brands, YSL, Stella McCartney, etc. Shopping is quite expensive. I would definitely stay here again, although I would ask for a room facing the courtyard since the Main Street can be a bit noisy.

We stayed here for sightseeing and New Year celebrations.

Hotel is within easy walking distance of Louvre, Concorde, Champs Elysee, Notre Dame & Musee d’Orsay as well as being right at the heart of all of the boutique shopping of the Place Vendome.

Hotel is a small, pleasant, boutique style - rooms are of ample size and large for central Paris. Beds are very comfortable and Hotel is very clean, continental style breakfast is more than good enough and a good price in comparison to nearby restaurants.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and all in all this is a great place to stay and base yourself if you are an independent traveller looking to explore Paris.

We have stayed many times in Paris and by far this was the biggest room we had stayed in at the price. Located very close to the Louvre, we really enjoyed walking around the area and of course visiting the restaurants in the area.

Breakfast was good if a little limited but was fine to start the day. Room 100 was great and although Paris nightlife was to be heard, it was in great humour and could be shut out by the windows.

Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Will definitely return.

I stayed here for 8 nights recently and have to say I absolutely love this hotel. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was impeccably clean. The bed and pillows so comfortable. The shower was a proper power shower. Breakfast, which was delivered to my room each morning because of Covid restrictions, always arrived on time and included fresh breads, pain au chocolate, croissant, yoghurt, fresh fruit, and most importantly a good pot of coffee. And, as if it couldn't get any better, the location was brilliant. I will definitely be staying here again!

This is a very small boutique hotel with small but comfortable rooms and lovely people working at the front desk. It is within easy walking distance of some of Paris's best sites including the Louvre, the Tuileries gardens, Place d'Concorde, and the Musee d;Orsay! We walked to the Eiffel Tower and the Champs Elysees without any problem. There is no breakfast but they do offer a continental breakfast in your room for a price. There are many restaurants nearby.

To my knowledge the hotel does not have bar nor a restaurant. But the hotel is conveniently located and you should find bars and restaurant within a 5-10 min walk. If I recall it right there is a bar accross the street on the left side of the hotel.

Yes they do! You just need to let them know all info about your flight and they will arrange it for you. You do have to pay for it.
