Location is good, within walking distance to the Eiffel tower, there is a small grocery shop across the street and some restaurants nearby, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean but quite small, it was difficult to maneuver with two suitcases in the room because there was so little space. The staff here are wonderful, they really go out of their way to be friendly and pleasant and when we asked for extra towels etc. they were happy to help. The hotel itself is probably 3 stars overall but they get an extra star for their excellent customer service.

This hotel is in a great location close to the metro station and only 10 minutes or less away from the Eiffel tower, The rooms are small and a little dated but we only used to sleep and shower so they were perfect for us, there is a little coffee/tea station in each room. Although dated the room was clean and cleaned daily. Breakfast is very basic, pastries, bread or cereal along with juices and hot drinks, a good start to morning. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Over all it was a good stay.

Hotel is located in a pretty good spot, however hotel is very run down. When we arrived at the hotel room it smelt of smoke even though the signs on the door say no smoking.... was incredibly small. On the last night we came across some exposed electrical wiring under the desk which looked like a serious hazard.. will not be returning.

Stayed here for a single night for an overnight trip from London.
Where to even start.
We arrived too early for check-in, but was going to leave our bags as they said they hold luggage. Upon arrival we were directed to a corner of the dining room and told to leave luggage there where everyone else was. We were then told to come back at 2pm, or 3pm or maybe even 4pm and see if the room would be ready.
We came back after 3ish and waited for an hour while they sorted out an issue with the customer before us, no worries, and then served two people who entered after us, not even acknowleging that I was standing there.
When we finally got the room key we went up the tiny elevator, barely big enough for two, and couldn't open the door. The door handle was half hanging out and the key was temperamental, either getting stuck in the lock or not being able to get it out of the lock.
The room was tiny, glad it was only an overnight, with mismatched furniture, a phone that didn't work and broken and cracked plugs that we were too scared to use. No radio or clock, no USB charger, room was incredibly out of date. There were holes in the skirting boards around the bottom of the walls and in the cornices on the roof. The walls were so thin that we could hear every conversation and bang from the couple with the toddler in the room next door. The doors needed to be slammed to be closed so everytime they left, or anyone else did, you could hear it.
The bathroom door didn't close properly and the soap dispenser for the shower was on the other side of the room so you had to use if before even hopping in. Toilet roll holder on an awkward angle to access.
The ONLY good thing was the large window which was nice, but filthy. Opened into a busy and noisy street with people revving cars up and down and carrying on all night. We checkout incredibly early, we didn't want to be there a second longer than we needed to.
I would say stay literally anywhere else. I have stayed at many hotels across the world, and this was by far the worst. I'd leave zero stars if I could.

Got a phone call the day before it was meant to travel from the UK to say the hotel was under refurbishment so they were cancelling my booking. Surely they could’ve gaven us more notice than this. This wasn’t ideal to find a room at such short notice for the 6 of us, two weeks on and still had no reply from my email regarding a refund would not recommend

The price is too high, rooms are old and dirty. No air conditioning, and no possibility to open the window because of the bed too narrow. No curtains, and direct view to the neighbors. The street is very noisy. No coffee, no kettle in the room... A nightmare!

Location is about all it’s good for. Disgusting!! Small, dingy and dirty. Shower was so small you couldn’t bend over. The toilet was practically in the shower stall. Couldn’t even close bathroom door. We slept in our clothes and high tailed it out at of there at 5am. This hotel came recommend by an agent on booking. Com

I reserved three nights for mid August 2005. The accomodations for a family of six were two twin rooms and one double room all with showers Obtained great nightly rate of 44.50 euro ($55) per room from Campanile company website. The discounted room rate did not include breakfast which was available at extra cost. I think I saw the normal rate was about 80 euro which would probably still be a good price for Paris.

The Rooms were on the third floor with access by stairs or small elevator. All rooms clean but simple and small compared to rooms in United States. We did not have a view of Eiffel from window but there was a view of Eiffel from street. The double room had a bed, desk, closet, TV, fan, but AC was turned off due to weather. The Shower in our room very small, in other rooms the showers were bathtub sized.

Quiet and safe residential neighborhood 2 blocks from subway and about 10 blocks to Eiffel. There is a very small market within a block and some restaurants in area for late night snack. This neighborhood is a little off beaten track, Eiffel tower is on edge of Paris sights. Not much happening in neighborhood but seemed like all sights were 15 minutes away by subway.

The morning staff were professional and helpful, night staff not very knowledgeable about paris sights. Overall the hotel was clean and a great value with easy access to all Paris via subway.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and I have to say for the price I was very pleased with it. The hotel is located about 3 minute walk from the metro station and 10 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. Very quiet location and you have several local stores located around to buy any supplies required for your sight seeing. Some of the positive things about it: The room was not big but also not really small it was perfect, nicely cleaned and everyday they would put fresh coffee items and small cookies to start your morning. The room also has internet access, which I did not try so you might want to confirm that but the socket was there. Some of the negative items: The bathroom was very tight especially for a tall person but still nicely clean, the local programming including is all in French no other language channels. Overall the stay was great, perfect for sleeping and spending the rest of the day touring Paris. (this review is for march 2004, i just finally wrote it).

Not sure as I used public transport but I did see people staying at the hotel Parkin in the street, so guess it is okay to do this. My suggestion is to e-mail the hotel, they are very helpful.

There was no safe in my room, but you might want to check this with the hotel. They do have a luggage storage for both early arrivals and late departures. Enjoy Paris!
