Handy, close to public transport decent rooms. We stayed for three days and the place sereved our purpose of crashing at night after enjoying everything that Paris had to offer. It got really busy during breakfast time though we had to wait for a place to sit and croissants that ran out in no time

This is not a fancy hotel. The rooms are small, but is you are looking for a looking to spend your money in the marvelous museums and restaurants this is a great place to stay. The setting is Montmarte is charming, the morning baguette with butter and jellyalong with coffee is excellent( no one in the States makes a baguette like th French) and the hotel is only a few blocks from the Anvers metro station. (if yu are looking for a charming little restaurant stop at Le Buffet restaurant on the street to Sacre Couer).

We just returned from our trip to Europe and we stayed at the Hotel Perfect while in Paris. It was a great place especially for those on a budget. It's close to Sacre Cour, which means it's a little outside of the main attractions of the city. I loved that because we got a genuine feel for the Parisians. We liked to foot it all over the place, so it is possible to walk to wherever you go, but I'd probably recommend jumping on the Metro, which is a short walk from the Hotel in order not to wear yourself out like we did. They have a great complimentary French breakfast and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are "perfectly" adorable, simple and clean with our own bathrooms. The price is definitly right, the area is safe, the rooms are great and the staff was wonderful. What more do you need for an adventurous, romantic trip to the City of Love?

We knew the hotel already since we had been living in that area once for a year and friends of us had stayed in the hotel before. This time my husband and me came back to Paris for a couple of days and stayed in the Perfect Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, small and simple. The bathroom is very small, special where the toilet is, tall persons might actually have some problems to close the door. It's true that the walls are quite thin and you can hear the noise of other people, however, we have never had problems in the night.
Breakfast was somehow in our roomprice included (55 Eur per night, room with a bathroom), normally it costs 3 Eur. Breakfast consists of fresh baguette, butter and marmelade and a hot drink. You can choose between coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Overall, it is the best budget hotel I know in Paris with a great location.

I stayed with my girlfriend for 5 days in this hotel. The rooms are not very spacy, but when i'm in a city, most of time i'm out and the times i'm in are for a siesta or nightsleep. The people who works at the desk are very friendly and helpfull. The hotel breaths the special Paris atmosphere in its wallpaper, furniture ans aspecially in the views from the balconies or windows ;-). If it's possible i should take a room in front of the street, because on the back i saw a big wall which was blocking the view (exept when you don't like the street sounds, than the back is perfect). The first night my nightsleep was a bit destroyed by a moran American brad who made a kind of party in his room (i don't mind parties of course, but when you make one, don't do it in the hotel, but go outside on the street or in some cafe). At the desk they asured me they would do something about it and the next night it ws a silent one. I think this hotel is perfect for his price/quality comparence. Also one big advantage to me was the fact that when you missed the breaffast downstairs, you could take a plate with the coffee and bread upstairs to your room!
Enfin; I liked my stay a lot in this friendly nice place!
(i was staying at the top floor where i took the pictures from the view)

We had such a good time in July that we are going back in December on a Christmas shopping trip. The hotel is well run by friendly staff. The rooms are not luxurious but it is a budget hotel. Where possible I will be using the Hotel Perfect for all my future visits to Paris. The local shops are good, loads of places to eat out and we made very good friends in a bar close by that we still keep in touch with. Two Metro stations are just a few minutes away and situated very close to Monmartre and Pigalle. Although there is a lot of traffic during the day the street is very quiet at night, even though I had a front facing room on the first floor I was not botherd at all with late night traffic unlike other areas I have stayed. The only thing I could really fault for motorists would be the difficulty of parking in this area, Paris on the whole has major parking issues but this area seemed worse than most, but I'm not silly enough to want to drive in Paris anyway so it doesn't affect me. To round things up, I love the hotel and I love the area, would recommend it to everyone looking for budget accomodation.

Staying at this hotel is a great way to see Paris if you are on a budget and don't want to stay in a grubby hostel. The room, although small, was very clean, safe and quiet at night. Great breakfast, with the most amazing bread, and way above average coffee. The day receptionist is very friendly and helpful, although the evening receptionist appeared to be quite a character. We had a lovely stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Hotel Perfect.

The Perfect Hotel is an excellent hotel. Alright, it is fairly basic, however it is an excellent location, close to the Anver & Cadet metro statons. We stuck to the Anver station as it on a direct line with the Arc De Trioumphe & Eiffel Tower. The staff are really friendly & only too happy to help. If you are after somewhere that is cheap and cheerful then check this place out!!!

This hotel has bed bugs!!!
I have experienced it before and immediately knew what it was. The staff tried to deny it, and asked me to keep my voice down to keep other customers from hearing..

To prevent these horrible animals from spreading, the hotel should be shut down until they get rid of it!! But instead they act like nothing is wrong and let their visitors bring the bugs home....

I stayed on this property from 08/06 to 12/06/2013. The Hotel is so easy to find, as I boarded the airport express from CDG costing Eur 9.50, all the way to Anvers Station, which is like 5-6 minutes away from the Hotel. From CDG take RER 2 line to La Chapelle station which is like a 40- 45 minute journey and from there change to Metro line to Anvers and get of after 2 stations.

The Hotel is past a Children's Park which is in front of the Station and exiting from the park you will be able to see rue Rodier. Coming to the Hotel so tired from CMB after a 14 hrs flight on UL, I was greeted with a BIG smile by Chantal. Withing 2-3 minutes I was given my key and padlock.

The rooms are adequate for 4 adults to sleep and hence quite rightly the Hotel had just 4 ppl in a room.

The super market just across the street has the freshest produce and mineral water and any other beverage to quench your thirst.

The Bunk beds are roomy and the showers always had hot water running. Soap and towels were provided by the Hotel.

The two Sri Lankan cleaners do a fantastic job and special thank you goes for Antony. The wash on level 1,3,5 you have the toilet and the showers, but on level 2 where I was in had only the toilet. But climbing to L 3 or cmng down to L1 was not a biggy for me as at any given time the shower was free.

The rooms did have good sound proofing and by the time you close the balcony door noise was minimal. Hence all 5 days I had my 6 hr beauty sleep, hahaha......

You can get Excellent French wines for under Eur 5 from the shop I mentioned and bread for under Eur 1.50, and everything was reasonably priced where 9 ltrs of water cost me Eur 1.48.

The breaky next morning presented by a Delightful Mnsr Antoine was adequate enough. The breakfast items and its cost break up I have listed out and you decide for your self how worthy it is.

Item Ave French price (EUR)
Half a French Bread 0.70
Chocolate Croissant 1.50
Fresh cup of WhiteCoffee 2.40
Butter and Jam 0.30
Glass of OJ 0.50
Total 5.40

Hence this was well worth as it was already included in the very very modest room rate ranging from EUR 28-35 depending on how efficient you were in booking the Hotel well in advance.

Further I would highly recommend the breaky as the Hotel served the Best and freshest coffee available and the bread produce was equally fresh.

Most of the lunches were taken outside or via piknicks which I used to prepare in the Hotel's roomy kitchen.......

The relaxing diners were spent on the balcony of my room, eating french cheeses with baguettes freshly baked from the downstairs bakery. along with plenty of vino.

The directions given by Chantal and Nabil were excellent. (BTW congratz Nabil on ur Big Day).....If you are lazy and do not have more than 5 days you can definitely use the Metro. And I suggest u take single passes at Eur 1.70 as that can take you anywhere in Paris within 1 Hr. Hence you can reach a furthermost tourist destination in Paris (Except for Versailles Gardens) by buying 1 ticket and return the same with another Eur 1.70 ticket. But if you have more than 4 days it is recommended to buy the 10 trip ticket in one go as it costs only EUR 13.30.....

But I highly recommend you all to walk to any destination if you have more than 4 days to spend as that gives us the best way to experience the Parisian Life and culture. Further it is good for you.

The luggage room is big and the washroom for transit travelers was more than adequate. Wifi connection was excellent and super fast.

Lastly about the city, Paris is Wonderful with Nice people..... And thank you Perfect Hotel and Chantal, Nabil and Mnsr Antoine for making it a Dream tour for Me.
