Detailed Reviews
Room was large enough and Lady in the reception was very friendly and helpful when i arrived just before her day / afternoon shift was going to finish.
They have the smallest elevator I have ever seen, 2 people can fit in, barely. But rooms are simple and comfortable.
Nearby, plenty of restaurants and shops.

This hotel was convenient and pretty clean overall. We were welcomed by the desk clerk and given some solid information for the city. The room was recently renovated and had a nice view of the street. Overall, it was worth it for the price.
I would have given it five stars if not for the following incident. At 11:30pm, the room telephone rang several times, waking me up from a sound sleep. The desk clerk asked me if I had been to the restaurant below and when I said no, he asked again. Apparently, someone didn't pay their bill and they were trying to track down the person who skipped out. I feel like this question could have best been asked during checkout and not at 11:30pm. When I mentioned it the next morning, the desk clerk seemed to think that was a normal practice and not such a big deal. I will forever disagree.

This hotel dealt with the enforced "Corona lockdown" cancellation of our booking in a very kind and professional manner - they agreed immediately that we should be refunded and they told Trip Advisor that. So 5 stars to the hotel for that!
Trip Advisor/Cancelon replied by email telling us how good they are with such refunds.
BUT 5 emails later, Trip Advisor has not refunded our payment and no longer replies.
They gave a contact number for refund service but that number is "cancelled".
Is their agent "Cancelon" a SCAM??
Our Reservation Confirmation number is 1206584.
Let's see if Trip Advisor does anything with that reservation information or if they just delete our post again!!!

This place was dump. I echo the sentiments of the previous review! I wish I had read this review before I booked. The make this false claim that they give 100 percent satisfaction but its only for websites, worst customer service..rude, ugly, french basically….I still haven’t heard back from the manager or owner after writing them ….Do yourself a favor pay a bit more and go to a nicer reputable hotel chain..Astotel charges the same but is far superior in customer service, quality of the hotel, staff and amenities
Small dirty rooms, loud/obnoxius and terrible location..on the corner of Clichy with people hanging out. The manager was an idiot! he doesn’t like foreigners and will give you a room based on his prejuduces. They dump linen bags all over the floor so you trip over them
I wasn’t given the room I requested, it was tiny above the office/restaurant with a loud fan BUT worst of all is it is a non smoking hotel and the staff smokes everywhere and under my window…disgraceful hotelno air….they are .awful don’t believe the other positive reviews they are not truthful……the manager won’t t respond to my email but they will go on review websites and make themselves sound professional when they are just the opposite

Sir, We are sorry to read your comment. Nevertheless, we have already explained to you directly then to your travel agency, then on social networks that your remarks are absolutely false and simply follow your desire not to pay for your stay. Freely insulting our teams and lying in this way to smear and destroy honest workers is simply malicious. We would have really and sincerely hoped to find a compromise with you, but it is unfortunately with regret that we note that despite all our efforts, you remain on your impression. We are sorry for this. Nevertheless, we wish you a great summer and hope that you will find the perfect hotel for your future stays. Sincerely, Marianne - Reception Manager

Location is more Place de Clichy than Montmartre, but close to Metro and bus.
Room was very very small and the window was facing a tiny cement court with very smelly air and a very loud fan from the restaurant in the ground floor. So opening the window was not an option. And it was even loud when the window was closed.
AC didn't work for 2 days, even though fixing was promised the first day.
No housekeeping "due to covid".
Strange brown stains on the walls in the bathroom.
Reception area is hidden under the staircase, main door is often blocked by students.
Tables in the Breakfastroom don't get cleared until breakfast time is over, even when all the tables are covered with plates and rubbish. Looking at older comments here this has been the case for years.
Supposedly the owner seems genuinely helpful and interested in the satisfaction of the customers.
So all in all, while I know that Paris is expensive and that rooms are small, this hotel is way overpriced for the below average quality.

Only the location is good, rooms too small, poor cleaning, dirty air vents and vents, we found the balcony full of cigarette butts and dirt even though there was an obligation not to smoke, I had to ask to have it cleaned, tiny lift and the worst thing is that you have to use it to carry your bags to the floor alone, the stairs are even worse narrow and curved, the reception is a dilapidated and very uncomfortable space under the stairs, a nightmare mattress, it was like sleeping on a wooden palette and pillows that were too small. Clogged shower and vater ditto. It is certainly not a three-star hotel, its prices are really too high for the little it offers, I do not recommend it to anyone who does not want to waste their money.

Typical Parisian hotel…room was small (enough for the 2 of us) but clean with a comfortable bed. Nice, peace and quiet. Elevator was tiny with only 1 person at a time for use. So we ended up taking the stairs. We got breakfast included in the room. Good choice of nice Parisian style breakfast. Staff was nice and friendly. We’ve arrived very late and check-in staff was super friendly and helpful! Location near shops, cafes and restaurants and also Metro station just across the road. So it was a breeze for us to go around Paris from that point.

Unpretentious hotel outside but very comfortable and pleasant room, impeccable cleanliness.
Very warm welcome by the gentleman of the reception who also gives information if needed and the lady at the exit was also friendly. Very good value for money.

We last visited this hotel in 2022, the staff remembered that we have stayed there previously and thanked us for our loyalty. We even had the same room!
The hotel is small but well maintained, with lovely staff, nice breakfasts and 24 hour reception.
It is close to the metro as well as lots of cafes, bars and shops.
I would definitely stay there again.

Dear Sabina, Thank you for contacting our hotel about your stay in Paris.
We work with a shuttle company but they provide only transfer from our Hotel to Airport.
For the taxi, they have fixed prices from Airport to Paris (price is 39€ from Orly and 55€ from Charles de Gaulle). You can also take the train to arrive at the hotel. We remain at your disposal, if you need any more information, and we are looking forward welcoming you.

Bexhill-on-Sea, United Kingdom102 contributions46 helpful votesHow far away is this from the station that the euro star drop you off at? Can you walk? Is it close to the big attractions?
Depending on how fit you are, but the bus stop is close. Reasonably close, but again the bus is the best way to get around.
Not sure either. Sorry
The check in time is 14h00, and the check out time is 12h00.
The hotel can keep your luggage, if you arrive earlier, and also on the day of your check out.
The balcony off room 55 is the biggest but you can only take 2 chairs out onto it, there are no chairs or table provided. We used the ones in the room. It's a lovely corner view.
