Not to fare from subway station and restaurants,
The room are very small, no space for your luggage, probably good for a week end traveller.
We did not had breakfast at the hotel.
The room was clean and the bed confortable.
2 persons, 2 towels no extra small on for your hands or hair we requested it and never got them.

The location of the hotel is very good and the rooms are basic, neat and quiet. I had a smooth check in. The rooms are very small though with a safe deposit locker and neat bathroom. You do not get a hot water kettle in the room. The breakfast is decent. You have lot of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel on either sides. You can walk to metro stations near by or book Uber to roam around the city. Overall, would recommend for short budget stay.

The hotel was very good, the staff also, room serviced every day, transport, shops, restaurants within very very short walking distance.
We found breakfasts expensive at 12,90euros per person. A boulangerie 2 minutes away served breakfast with croissants, pain au chocolat, pain au raisin, coffee for a small charge, all very fresh.
something was missing at the hotel, coffee or tea in the room, and a small fridge would have been good to store ham, cheeses, wine or whatever to keep food costs down.
Apart from that, I would go back again any time.

We arrived to the hotel, our room is very tiny with no towels and dusty table and floor. Day after no one clean a room and same on the second day. Terrible and rude deputy manager advices us to do not make a room dirty as he is not informed or willing to follow up with staff for cleaning , this manger was rude and advice to go upstairs and make sure we do not make it dirty until the staff will come. His name is Jullio. Terrible customer service provided by one one person who is actually in charge. I do not advice to anyone to book room in this hotel. You won’t be respected or provided customer services.

Great for a one night stay!! Handy location, 5-10 mins walk you are in the middle of bars and restaurants .
Was there for one night, top floor, could the the Eiffel Tower from the room, my room was small but clean and did the job!! Towels are of minimum quality and showering takes awhile to dry, but the shower itself is made for four footers but powerful water overcomes the size !!!! Breakfast was decent, interesting watching people making tea!!
Loads of breads , pastries meats and eggs etc!! Buffet style.
Would I stay here again?? Yes, one night only or two max!!!
Checkin was stress free, nice staff.

This hotel was rated as 3.5, couldn’t be further from the truth. The common area is nice, friendly staff, lovely bar area. The rooms have a lot to be desired. Minimal amenities, very small, a unique dampness smell, low end bedding, furniture, space. No safe, refrigerator, or even an ice machine. We stayed two nights. One was quite enough.

This is a 0 stars hotel, very much depressing! We got a room in an annex, seemed like some sort of depressing garage with an awful humidity smell and a ranging access door to other rooms that kept us awake all night. Very depressing breakfast room. Overall, an awful experience! Unfortunately I was so in shock that I didn't take any pictures of the room...

I usually stay at Ibis hotels because rooms are always the same. This time the room was tiny, even for one person, and the elevator was broken (no apologize for that). The stuff, except for one employee at the reception, looked that they did not want to be there. I lived in Paris for severql years and for sure next time will not come back to this Ibis. You can find a better value for your money

comfortable and well soundproofed room. The staff is very nice and helpful . 10 minutes walk from Montparnasse station and 2 minutes to take the bus directly to the Effel Tower, I advise you to take the bus. Simple but comfortable room Excellent buffet breakfast.

I enjoyed my time here, the room was small but all I needed for my stay in Paris. The room was clean and tidy and faced a back street which I found to be quiet. If you go to sleep early like I do you will probably hear doors in the hallway slamming throughout the night as people come back to the hotel but it didn't bother me too much. Pretty much in the middle of two metro stations so you do have to walk about 5 minutes to get to one which I thought was fine, I didn't investigate bus routes or anything so these might be closer if people didn't want to walk much. Lovely neighbourhood.

They have 3 person rooms (with 1 double bed and 1 single bed). Best is your agent contacts the hotel directly, or book online (i just checked and you can book this 3 person room).
There was only street parking I think. Best to check with the hotel as they may be able to suggest an alternate parking location
