Hotel Mademoiselle stands out for its convenient location near Gare du Nord and Metro stations, a detail often appreciated by travelers keen on exploring Paris with ease. The hotel's amenities, including a diverse breakfast selection and a convivial bar, receive positive remarks, although the spa services may sometimes fall short of expectations.
Guests commend the professionalism and warmth of the staff, despite occasional service hiccups. While the rooms are generally celebrated for their cleanliness and stylish decor, opinions on value and noise levels vary among visitors.

Hotel's Favourite
We just returned from a five day stay at the Hotel Mademoiselle in Paris, and the hotel was a big part of the magic of our stay. It is right between the Gare du Norde and the Gare du l'est train stations and yet on a very quiet street. The location makes it possible to get practically anywhere in Paris you might want to go within 30 minutes by Metro. The staff is really nice and extremely helpful and our room was great with an excellent view, for a very reasonable price. The breakfast is terrific and even when we had to get up at 6:30 to catch a train to Rennes, breakfast was available. It is quite complete and includes excellent coffee, but if you like superb pastries you can run to one of the amazing pastry shops (such as Carton) to supplement the hotel breakfast. Next door is an amazing food market where we bought the best French cheeses to take home to our friends. The hotel is a five minute walk from the St. Martin Canal which is a trendy and fascinating area of Paris, and easily accessible to all the rest of Paris as well.

Welcoming and comfortable and a little unusual. (Why the red plastic elk head in both rooms we stayed in?) Contrast huge between this and 5 star we were in first-cold, huge, bulky furniture...This hotel is human scale.Tables at breakfast (nice breakfast) close enough to encourage interaction if you wish. A miscellany of languages. All staff-room cleaners, meal staff, desk staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, whilst pleasantly amused at our French language efforts. Central location, reasonable walk to Metro, close to bus...
Easy address to remember Rue des Petites Hotels. Kinda cute. Would stay again.

This was my first visit to France let alone Paris and I definitely picked the right hotel. Within easy walking distance from Gare du Nord we found the hotel in a back street location which left a bit to be desired. The frontage looks a little run down which concerned me, but as soon as you walk through the front door, you’re in a clean, well presented reception area with an extremely well presented, polite, efficient, humorous, English speaking receptionist. I understand that not all reception staff speak as good English as the young man we encountered. All the staff we encountered were exceptionally polite and couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. In fact, I’d go as far to say that they were more than happy to go out of their way for their guests. Our room, (307) was small but large enough. It was clean and tidy and well stocked with everything required for our stay. The bathroom, though very small was also clean but could do with a little TLC, especially in the shower area. The only other area we used was the breakfast room which doubled up as the bar in the evening, but this, as you would expect, was also clean and well presented. I’ll definitely go back there again one day.

This was our first trip to Paris (from Ireland) and we stayed at Hotel Mademoiselle. The hotel is a short walk from the Gard Du Nord train station, it is located in a small quiet street. The rooms are small but really well presented and so clean, faultless really. The breakfast is plentiful and always well replenished. Breakfast runs until 10.30am and even when we arrived to eat at 10.15 the wonderful lady in the breakfast room was attentive and continued to bring fresh juices, bread, cheese, meats, smoked salmon, pastries etc… so a big shout to the staff in the breakfast room. The reception desk staff were so helpful and polite throughout our 5 day stay. If we return to Paris we will definitely stay again and will be recommending the hotel to friends, family etc who are planning a Paris trip. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel for your wonderful services, from cleaning our room to supplying breakfast and for helpful directions and smiles from the front desk staff. Also worth noting the hotel is surrounded by many supermarkets that are reasonably priced.

+1
We typically stay at Homeaway/AitBnB type places, but we thought we'd give a hotel a try during our second Paris trip. We are so glad we did. The staff was beyond accommodating. Typically, I get names and I neglected to do so. Every interaction we had with staff was really pleasant/entertaining.
We checked in the morning of 1/1/2020. Our room wasn't ready and the front desk person offered to store our luggage until our room was ready. Within minutes, he found us a room, without our asking, which was an upgrade, at no additional charge. He had a dry sense of humor that my wife and I found entertaining and thought he was very personable. As we waiting for the elevator, we heard a crash noise from inside the elevator shaft and the elevator stopped.. Afraid someone may have fallen, we alerted a staff person passing by. He immediately ran up the stairs and quickly found a housekeeping person had dropped some glass in the elevator. He cleared the issue best as he could then made it a point to escort us to our room and answer any questions we had.
Later that evening, we had occasion to visit the bar/lounge area. The young man working there was beyond nice and had an pleasantly amused air about him, which was very personable. Did we luck out and just happen to run into a few staff personnel who happened to be great? I don't think so. I sense a real effort is being made there. We really enjoyed our brief stay and most likely will stay there again when next in Paris.

My mom and I booked 7 nights at the Hotel Mademoiselle Nov. 2021 and we had an amazing experience from the very beginning. We arrived well before check due to our flight and while the room was not ready yet we were offered bottles of water and a comfortable place to lounge while we waited. We only had a short wait and then were off to our room.
We had a room with a lovely view of the interior courtyard; it was spacious for Paris with a nice bed, closet, and desk area. There were also 2 large sets of windows that opened. The bathroom was very well appointed the shower/tub was larger than i expected and had a full size window that opens for air flow.
All the staff that we encountered were very nice. They could answer all of our questions knowledgably and quickly. They printed our boarding passes for us and had a taxi waiting to take us the airport in the middle of the night.
The breakfast that was offered was well worth it and made for a relaxing was to start each day of exploring!
Overall it was a great stay and we are in the process of booking the Hotel Mademoiselle again for Nov. 2022!

We stayed for 3 nights, room was large enough with a really big, comfortable double bed. Bathroom and shower (not walk-in) was sizeable. The staff, all of them are excellent, nothing is too much. The two restaurant recommendations nearby were both superb.
You are located around 10 mins (slow walk) from Gare du Nord, so perfect for Eurostar or airport (with RER connection). There is a food market less than a minute's walk away.
The breakfast is wide ranging, lots of choice, don't think they have evening restaurant option but they will put out a lovely meats / cheese / salmon platter on request, delicious!
After a good days sight seeing, their small bar area is a cosy place to have a couple of drinks before retiring for the evening.
They advertise a spa but we did not use, so cannot comment.
We'll defintely return to this hotel!

An amazing hotel with lovely staff! The room was very good; everything I needed was there; from soaps to hair dryer, from coffee and tea to a roof terrace (as I requested a smoking room). Cleaned properly every day and breakfast was great.
I don’t get why some people complain about the neighborhood. When you stay in the area of Gare du Nord, you should already know the neighborhood isn’t great. This is in almost every capital close to “central station”. You won’t have any problems though! The hotel is located in a quiet street, and if you turn right the neighborhood gets better. I’m a woman traveling alone and walked around late at night too and had no issues with people whatsoever! If anything, the people were lovely. My French isn’t good and people really tried to understand me, or tried to speak English for me, some random person behind me in line even helped me with translation. A lovely man in the street even wished me bon voyage when he saw me with my suitcase. It’s also a convenient location; I don’t like traveling through Gare du Nord, but walk two streets the other was and there’s Gare du l’Est (much quieter).
Anyway, back to the hotel: the staff was amazing, so friendly and accommodating! The bed, pillows and sheets felt like heaven and I’ve never slept so good in my life! There’s a hair dryer in the bathroom that was very good and the shower was amazing. I also loved that I could make my coffee in the morning in my room. The hotel is quiet, and not many tourists; mainly business people or French people visiting the city. I felt safe and welcome and I will definitely book this hotel again when I return. Then I will also make use of the spa as I didn’t get to this time.

I have just returned from a weekend in Paris having stayed once again at the excellent Hotel Mademoiselle. This was my 5th visit over a number of years. The hotel is ideally located less than a 10 minute walk from Gare du Nord. The team at the hotel are all very friendly, efficient and welcoming. The rooms are very well presented and very clean and each morning you have a buffet breakfast with plenty of choices to suit all tastes. Its the first place that I would look to stay whenever visiting Paris.

All in all I wouldn’t come back because I didn’t have a good night sleep at Mademoiselle.
The location is good, especially if you like walking, but since it’s between two train stations there are all kind of types of people that are attracted/live near train stations. We didn’t have any bad experience.
For the most part, well trained and nice team.
Everything (lobby, elevator, corridors) on the small size - the room and bathroom of the basic room are too small for a 4 stars hotel, even in Paris, but everything looked either updated and/or well maintained.
The tiny bathroom (there is no place for an average person to seat straight on the toilet…) has no bathtub, not enough light but a nice “rainfall”.
The room (facing the inner yard) is well insulated from the outside but NOT AT ALL from the corridors and neighboring rooms. We heard noises ALL NIGHT.
The “black-out” curtains are poorly designed and so light wakes you up in the morning.
No coffee machine in the room (but there is all day coffee machine @breakfast/bar room).
Breakfast was above average with excellent coffee and the breakfast team was one of the best I ever seen!
