Nowadays the quality of an hotel is based more on its services, rather than its rooms . The Moliére is what I would call a little gem .A small 4* hotel with a high quality service. Like a "family" house that cares about your well being and gives you attention and help. Tea and coffee facilities inside the room, tea , coffee , water , fruit and some croissants during the afternoon for free near the lobby, in a cosy nice room facing a small winter garden. Daily evening bed opening and many other services you really feel pampered. What a lovely, tranquil and stay. What a perfect location...a few steps from the Louvre, the Comedie Française , the Opera...Lafayette and the hip chick Rue Saint Honoré. I hope to be back..

Overall, I feel this hotel was so much more than what we expected We checked in very early on a weekday morning after our flight from the U.S.,jet-lagged and a bit disoriented. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The associate behind the desk offered us breakfast in their cozy dining room, even though we hadn't checked in yet. Our room was ready not too long after that.

We were in a lovely room with a view of the narrow Rue de Moliere, viewed from little balconies at both windows. Very charming. The Deluxe Room they assigned us was spacious with ample closet space, an espresso maker and tea pot, complete with a nice selection of coffees and teas. The staff was always helpful and polite and all spoke excellent English. (Our French was passable, but not conversational.)

The location of the building was about a 15 minute walk to the Louvre, which was our primary purpose this visit. Also, many other important landmarks are walkable from the hotel, if you have good walking shoes and don't mind spending the day walking around.

I would recommend this place to anyone. We were very pleased!

Anyone that is considering this hotel will be happy to know that this hotel has integrity and has been amazing to work with!

They did not have to refund my non-refundable room and they could have charged a fee.

One quick email and they were happy to do a full refund.

It’s been so refreshing while I fight for refunds with everyone else.

When we finally get to come to Paris, we will be staying at Hotel Moliere.

Also, be sure to book directly so that any potential refund that may need to occur happens instantly!

Thank you again!

We got back yesterday from our weekend trip in Paris and Hotel Moliere made it one to remember. I proposed to my partner in the hotel room, and the staff were so attentive to have it prepared for when we got back from our afternoon drinks. They went above and beyond to fullfill every request I had, from Chapagne to flowers etc. I can't thank them enough. Every morning we had breakfast delivered to our room at a time of our choosing and had it on the rooms terrace in the sun. The location is ideal walking distance from so many good sights, resteraunts and bars also, but we found it was never more than a 10 Euro uber/bolt taxi to get anywhere we wanted to go. I picked this hotel because of the amazing reviews on trip advisor and I was not dissapointed. Can't wait to come back and stay again, and we can't thank you enough again for making this a weekend to remember.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff were very nice and polite but my only issue is the shower didn’t work properly and the ceiling was peeling and looked like it was going to collapse with the rain shower. We booked 2 deluxe rooms and it was alot of money and they were both on the second floor facing street where every morning at 5:30-6am they had garbage pick up on the street and it woke everyone up. In addition constant morning noise of people talking and trucks delivering since it’s a one lane street and the windows are not insulated. This was very disappointing for a hotel of this caliber and price. The breakfast was also subpar and there were no fresh fruits served except a few cups of warm old cut up fruit salad. I would not stay there again for this price.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Moliere for 5 nights while on vacation in Paris.
We booked a traditional room and it was tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean. We always had fresh towels, robes, coffee, water and tea, and there was nightly turndown service. The staff members are warm and courteous and always willing to help. Hotel Moliere is in the first arrondisement and is close to the Louvre, Palais Royal, Place Vendome, Garnier Opera, Musee d’Orsay, and a variety of fabulous restaurants and cafes that you can walk to. The Metro is also readily accessible from the hotel. I would definitely recommend this little gem of a hotel and would not hesitate to stay here if I ever find myself visiting Paris again.

Hotel Moliere is a small boutique hotel with great service and excellent location to access many attractions easily such as Louvre, d'Orsay, Opera house, shopping and dining. Located on a side street just out of the hustle and bustle of the main boulevard. Very simple hotel but with many services you would expect from larger hotels.

This hotel is a great location - plenty of great restaurants and of course the Louvre all within walking distance. The staff were very courteous and attentive during our stay; sharing restaurant recommendations and guidance on covid restrictions ahead and making reservations from us. The family suite was large enough for four and comfortable and the bathroom luxurious. Only suggestion would be to provide some hanging space in the main bedroom as well as the lounge area. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Convenient location from all the key tourist sites and areas. We walked often and when I needed an uber to rest my poor feet it was always under $15. Very quiet locations since it was on a side street. The apartment across the street had a party Saturday night but it didn't keep me up late.

The neighborhood has a lot of great food options for all meals/hours of the day.

The staff was amazing as well. Very friendly and constantly checking in on us (not in an annoying way). I actually needed their assistance twice; the first time when our clothing steamer broke and the second when my dress zipper broke before my sunrise photo shoot. They tried their best to help me fix these situations and find alternative solutions.

The only issue we had during our stay was with the thermostat. We could not control it from our room. I get that October is a tricky time of year since it's a cooler time and people's comfort with hot/cold are so different. One evening the AC was blowing really hard so we called the desk to have them turn it down. During the same evening I woke up in the middle of the night sweating in bed. I called the front desk to ask them to turn it back on. They said they turned the AC off due to the guest complaints so they couldn't turn it back on. Opening the windows would probably be fine in a normal room but we had a terrace so we had to open the window/doors which did not have screens. I felt uncomfortable leaving those open while I slept in case some animal came crawling in so I stayed up for 20 min to air the room out and then got back in bed. I won't ding the hotel rating for this but I would read other reviews from the summer since AC control will be more important if I'm ever in Paris then.

Otherwise, it was a perfect stay and I will definitely stay again!

While we picked the Hotel Moliere for its location, once we arrived, we found that the hotel and staff friendliness was more than enough reason on its own to warrant staying at the hotel. From the Front Desk staff to the cleaning personnel, we found nothing but helpful people who smiled and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and comfortable.

The location of the hotel is convenient to tourist attractions, buses, metros, bistros and restaurants.

This was one of the best hotel experience that I have ever had. We lived in Paris for three years and return regularly. The Hotel Moliere will be a hotel of choice.
