STAFF is very welcoming and nice. On the day of departure Kenny (I am sorry because I don’t know how to spell his name correctly) was extremely dedicated to help my daughter and I to get a taxi, since the traffic was so be that there were none available by phone or even Uber. The room had a contemporary design, comfortable space for our luggge and everything was super clean. Congrats!

My partner and I really appreciated our stay at Kimpton. We were really impressed by how attentive the team was to us & our little dog!
We had learned about the Kimpton hotel brand through a recent Brilliant Earth purchase. There was a great promotion on an engagement ring that included a hotel discount plus a bottle of champagne at participating Kimpton hotels worldwide.
We were also very pleased to learn that the hotel chain is extremely dog-friendly and we were super delighted to experience the new St-Honoré location for their soft opening in Paris.
The social hour was quite pleasant and the rooftop terrace view felt like one of the best in Paris! The location was unbeatable and the aesthetic of the hotel is very refined.
The turndown service was also appreciable and so too was the doggy bed + toy and food/water bowls. Additionally, we really loved how comfortable our room was and the beautiful balcony with an exquisite view overlooking Boulevard des Capucines.
Their attention to detail really showed especially with their handwritten greetings and splendid gestures all throughout our stay. Also, it was quite special for us to have the ability to share our complimentary bottle of champagne with a couple of friends in the lounge during the evening hours.
Last but not least, the hammam was enchanting and their pool is very refreshing. The entire experience was incredibly heart warming and we’re so grateful for the staff’s professionalism and hospitality at Kimpton Paris. We will definitely be staying again with this chain of hotels! Thank you Kimpton.

My husband and I came to Paris for our Honeymoon/1 year anniversary. Our stay at Kimpton St. Honoré hotel made our trip absolutely AMAZING! The hotel is luxurious and chic with an eclectic vibe, it is stunning!! From the moment we walked into the lobby until check out, we were always greeted at the door with the biggest smiles by all the staff. Our room was so perfect, with two balconies overlooking the streets, we could have stayed in our hotel the entire time! Champagne was brought to our room the first day for our honeymoon, with some strawberries and muffins. Two housekeeping services a day was great, especially walking into a nice turn down service at night. We ordered room service at midnight for a late night snack, definitely order the cheesecake (best I’ve ever had). On our 1 year anniversary, we ordered breakfast in bed, and by the time we got back that night we had lovely rose pedals all over the bed, a brownie and a nice bottle of wine to celebrate our 1 year together. The concierge was wonderful, I would recommend using them!!! They helped us purchase tickets to museums and they helped us by booking our 1 year anniversary dinner on the seine (definitely recommend). We booked our room with the breakfast option and it was 100% worth it! Delicious options + the restaurant has such a beautiful aesthetic. The lobby is beautiful place to capture photos as well as the beautiful original stairway in the middle of the hotel! During sunset you must go to the rooftop bar, it was so beautiful!! Delicious drinks with AMAZING 360 views, good music and excellent service. The location of St. Honoré was perfect, one minute walk to the metro and the Opera House, easy walking distance to the Galleries Lafayette, the Tuileries Garden and the Louvre. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel and the staff! Jordi-the guest experience manager, was so nice and welcoming, Gwen, the concierge team, the receptionists, everyone who worked to help us, made our stay amazing. We were so sad to leave but we cannot wait to go back!! Especially to stay at the Kimpton St. Honoré!!!

This is a relatively recently opened hotel. I normally don't like to stay in modern hotels, in part because I prefer traditional luxury and in part because "modern" is usually poorly done and just means "hard to live in." This hotel is modern while still feeling luxurious and being comfortable. I found the service very cordial.
My status as an IHG One Diamond was well recognized - I had booked a base room with points (the only kind you could book with points) and was upgraded two categories to a balcony room. At check in I was reminded that my status gets me free breakfast and plenty of free water was provided in the room (plus I was reminded that at Kimpton you get to Raid the Minibar as a Diamond). Bathroom was spacious and well designed, and while in terms of square footage the room is not large it did not feel cramped.
The balcony's design was safe enough that I fely comfortable having my 2 year old out there while I supervised (this is NOT always true in Europe). Being so new the room was of course clean and in perfect condition. One nice and unique touch was that there was a clothes steamer in the closet - far more convenient than a traditional iron when on a trip. There's a 110v outlet in the bathroom (for electric shavers, but I would think other low draw devices like a phone charger would be ok there too). As a family with a small child, I like that the toilet is separated by a door from the rest of the bathroom, but this hotel had the same problem as many others with this arrangement in that there should have been one more floor mat (i.e. one for the toilet)
Breakfast had adequate variety (I have seen bigger, but there was nothing I personally felt was missing) and of a very high quality. I often find the coffee in France roasted too dark to make good espresso, but I enjoyed the coffee here.

Had a great stay here for few nights while exploring Paris. A warm welcome and wonderful check in with Sophie who escorted us to our room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and unique floor plan with both classic and modern twists which was refreshing after staying in boring square dark rooms with a desk and not much else. As someone else mentioned in their review the lifts are amazing - almost instant which is great in a 10 story hotel (why are hotel lifts always slow?). The concierge team were also very helpful with local bookings and corresponded with me over email a few months before arriving which is a great help to guests - my thanks to Maël, Morgane & Hermance!
Great location in the Opera area with many attractions and restaurants a short walk away as well as good access to the metro, RER train as well as pharmacies and grocery stores for supplies.
The only comments I have is the water pressure in our great bathroom was very weak so showers took a while and we never received fresh water replacement after our initial check in - not sure if we had to request this or it is not supplied daily? The hotel restaurant has great potential but currently is only serving Baha California cuisine and is expensive (restaurant was quite empty the few times I visited) I don't think guests travel to Paris for €30+ tacos or Mac n Cheese (not even a Crepe or Beef bourguignon?) so would love to see some diversity on the menu.
Would highly recommend Kimpton St Honore as a great hotel to stay and it has really booted IC Le Grand across the road to the kerb as the new kid on the block! We will return on our next trip to the city of lights.

My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon in Paris last weekend! It was an incredible trip thanks in great part to the manager Laurent and the entire team at Kimpton St. Honore. We had a small, unforseeable issue with the window/door in our room and every single person in the hotel, went above and beyond to not only make sure the issue was resolved but to make sure that our stay was perfect. I could not recommend this hotel enough.
Our room was a King w/ Balcony. Our room overlooked the city and had an incredible view. The rooms are much larger than anywhere else in Paris, they are NEW, have hardwood floors, great AC and an incredible rainfall shower w/ top tier amenities The robes and beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast room service is delicious, as well as the onsite restaurant. We had drinks at the rooftop and it's a rooftop view of the Eifel Tower that no other hotel in Paris has. A truly special experience.
For those complaints about the air conditioning.... it's Europe! ALL hotels have their AC set to higher temperatures. We simply asked the front desk to lower our AC and it was lowered within minutes to as low as we wanted.
We will absolutely stay at this hotel again the next time we are in Paris and would recommend it to anyone visiting. A HUGE thank you to Laurent for going above and beyond.

We stay four nights for our wedding anniversary at the the Kimpton St Honoré and the experience was extraordinary even before arriving.
The Concierge Team integrated by Hermance, Morgane, Mathieu & Clémentine provide us excellent support reserving some trendy dinner restaurants for our visit and also helped us with other matters during our stay (Thank you again!!)
The hotel has a great location (the Palais Garnier is across the street) and the decoration is very chic, everything is or looks new and no complaints regarding cleaning or maintenance issues.
We had a system problem at check-in but it was resolved in an excellent matter.
The breakfast is good but too monotonous after the third day.
We receive complementary champagne and chocolates due to the anniversary, great detail!!
I will stay again without doubt.

Kimpton hotel is at a fantastic location - close to the best shopping brands, tourist sites, bars and restaurants. The hotel itself has great amenities. I liked the equipment at the gym, it was better than a lot of the other hotel I visited in France.
Our room - We stayed at the 8th floor with our room having a great view of the Eiffel tour. The room is quite spacious and brought in a lot of light due to its large windows. The shower is just perfect
Service - The staff are very attentive to your needs. They remember your preferences and cater to your specific needs. At the time I visited, the hotel was not fully open, so the hotel was not yet full staffed. However, this never impacted our stay
I strongly recommend this hotel!! Looking forward to staying there again

Today was our last day at the Kimpton St Honoré Paris. If we had to sum up our stay in one word, it would be “delightful.”
From start to finish, our experience at this hotel surpassed our expectations. The location is difficult to beat: a short walk from major attractions, such as the Louvre, Place Vendôme, Place de la Concorde, and shopping (including Printemps and Galleries Lafayettes); even the Musée D’Orsay is not too far away. The rooms are beautiful, spacious (for Parisian standards), clean, modern, and nicely appointed; and, perhaps most importantly from an American perspective, air conditioned with adjustable temperatures (68 degrees, no problem!). The breakfast buffet is lovely, and the wait staff is very attentive. Every afternoon there is a “social hour” from 5-6pm in the hotel lounge, where guests are treated to a glass of wine or another refreshment of their choice. The hotel sports an ample indoor swimming pool and a hammam and sauna in the basement (next to the gym), a welcome reprieve after a day of sightseeing (our children particularly enjoyed their time in the pool).
But now the best part: the staff is absolutely outstanding in their friendliness, attentiveness, and professionalism. First rate, hands down. Coincidentally, yesterday was our daughter’s 7th birthday and the staff went out of their way to arrange a special birthday surprise for her at breakfast and later in our children’s room, where she was greeted with balloons and a delicious chocolate cake. While we had a wonderful time during our almost-weeklong visit in Paris generally, the staff at the hotel contributed meaningfully to our overall experience. And while there was one minor snafu with housekeeping on the last night of our visit—perhaps a function of the hotel being relatively new and some housekeeping personnel still requiring additional training—management went out of its way to address the issue, was genuinely apologetic and, without prompting, took every measure to appropriately accommodate us for the inconvenience. A special shout-out is in order for the following hotel employees: Nicolas (who manages the restaurant, has the most positive attitude, and made us feel welcome every morning); Francois (our waiter at breakfast, who is a gem); Nina, Morgane & Hermance from the reception and concierge team (who were always helpful and accommodating); and Francisco (the bar tender and mixologist extraordinaire who is as cool as his cocktails are delicious).

This Art Deco hidden gems is absolutly beautiful with a perfect mixte of sober and elegant decoration. The rooms are very beautiful with disctintive furniture. The teams are very professional, providing the right level of expected service with much appreciated positive and personalized attitude. Huge thank you to Olivier and Marcel for the great hospitality ; and a great thank you to the different teams from Front desk, Valet and restaurant. The roof top provide the most romantic and historical 360° view of Paris and the swimming pool is obviously a great plus. A reinvigorating experience!
