A very conveniently located hotel, close to 2 major stations.
The staff were super friendly and helpful.
The room was an OK size but a little tired looking. The bathroom was a good size with a very efficient shower. The bed was comfortable. There was no noise during the night.
Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of tasty, hot and cold items. We went early and had no problems mentioned in other reviews.

To paraphrase an opinion that I have already read about this hotel, we sometimes hesitate to say good things for fear that the prices will then increase....We chose this hotel for its quality-price ratio and we did not not disappointed. We had booked a room for 3 for a cultural weekend in the capital. The room is spacious, consistent with the photo, the staff is particularly pleasant (arriving a little before check-in we were able to access our room which was ready), the breakfast is very correct (the person who was responsible for " reload" the buffet was alone and busy yet she went out of her way to accommodate our request).
Of course we would have preferred a window in the bathroom shower rather than a curtain and it would be desirable for there to be a hook to be able to hang clothes but frankly the quality/price ratio is more than correct. Oh I forgot: our room overlooked the street but we found it particularly quiet. In summary: an address to remember and recommend. Congratulations to the smiling staff.

Really polite staff who were easy to communicate with in English :) Nice and clean room and ok breakfast, but we ate out preferably. There could well have been better filling of breakfast and better utilization of seats - more tables were for 4-6 men, but could have accommodated many more guests if they were only for 2-3 people, as it does not always seem quite obvious to sit with others. Only 300-400 meters from both train and metro (gare de l’est, gare du nord, poisonniere) in a cosy area with both cafes and restaurants :) Easy to get around.

Can recommend buying a metro card, Navigo Découverte, at the airport (remember a passport photo) as it makes it really easy (and cheap) to travel around. The hotel is very close to both the Louvre and Notre Dame as well as the shopping center Westfield by metro :)

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! We liked everything, from the strictly clean and well-organised rooms, to the friendly and helpful staff, to the excellent location and the possibility to use a free area inside the hotel where you can refill water, drink excellent espresso coffee, tea, or eat croissants when available. The value for money is excellent, also considering the post-Olympics games season. We highly recommend it to everyone and we will gladly return in the future too! Thank you ❤️

Nothing wrong. Warm welcome, friendly staff, attentive and efficient. Everything is very clean. The breakfast buffet is well kept and very varied, the lady who takes care of it is very kind and very responsive. Possibility to have coffee or tea and pastries at the reception for free, very appreciable when you return tired in the evening. Eco-friendly establishment. In short, we will definitely return during our next stay and we will recommend it to our friends!

Pros:
- Friendly staff! Always greeting us with a 'Bonjour!' and a smile
- Great location. If you like exploring cities on foot, this Hotel is in a good location from attractions such as Louvre, Notre Dame etc. but a bit far from the Effiel Tower
- Not on a main street, so you don't get much noise pollution - very quiet in our room!
- Full length mirror - love this attention to detail
- Bedding looked and felt new, fresh and clean - very comfy
- Our bathroom looked to be newly renovated. Decent size shower, sink & mirror.
- Tea & coffee facilities, with a nice selection of teas!

Cons:
- Our AC didn't work; maybe we just didn't know how to work it! Luckily we went in January so didn't need it on anyway.
- Our room was located up 4 flights of stairs and from what we could see, there was no lift - a bit difficult to take our suitcase DOWN but luckily, the staff take your luggage UP to the room on arrival.

We didn't need or request housekeeping or breakfast, so can't comment on those aspects.

Conclusions:
Very nice find! Would stay again. Good value for money, spacious, clean & nice staff.

We always ask ourselves before writing a very positive review about an establishment. Will this excellent address still be accessible afterward? At the same time, I like to share, so... I arrived an hour before check-in. I was very kindly welcomed (a coffee was offered to me) and I was able to sit in a friendly room next to reception, to work. Without listening, I heard some exchanges between the different members of staff and I was struck by the atmosphere and the sympathy of the managers. Around 2:30 p.m. one of these managers came to tell me that the room was ready (access is normally at 3 p.m.). The room I occupied with my wife was in the hotel building which overlooks an interior courtyard. Perhaps the only downside in this part of the hotel is that there is no elevator. But when you don't have a mobility problem, it's incidental and therefore only concerns part of the hotel. The room has been recently redone. The bedding is excellent and we have two very good pillows per person! The decoration is sober but very pleasant. The bathroom is brand new. There is therefore all the comfort expected but in addition, what is a huge asset in this very lively district of Paris: silence, silence, silence... It is rare even in more luxurious hotels. This silence comes both from the fact that the one-way street of the hotel is not too busy and also because this part of the hotel overlooks a courtyard. Courtyard which must be very pleasant on sunny days, since there are chairs and tables
PS: I didn't put any photos because the "official" photos are entirely consistent with reality

We had a room on the 5th floor (159). The room was clean and tidy but there were various issues. The sink in the en-suite didn’t drain. There was a shower but it was impossible to stand up to use it due to the sloping ceiling. No shower curtain or screen so if you could contort yourself to get washed you had to be really careful not to end up with water everywhere!! Various light switches stopped working during our stay. Despite leaving the sign for no cleaning required, cleaners still visited topped up the toilet roll, emptied the bins (which was appreciated) and they threw away my Starbucks keep cup 🤦🏻‍♀️. In order to use the kettle we had to stand it on a chair as it wouldn’t reach the power supply from the dresser where it was supposed to live!!! And there was no top up of coffee or sugar either…

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear that the room did not meet all of your expectations. Regarding the room layout, the architecture of our hotel requires us to arrange the rooms and bathrooms in the most functional way possible, and we understand this might not always be ideal. Should any issues arise during your stay, we encourage you to notify us right away, so we can intervene and address them promptly. Additionally, if you feel the room does not meet your needs, please don’t hesitate to inform us, and depending on availability, we would be happy to offer you a room change. We were surprised to learn about the issue with the light switches. After your departure, we did not receive any further complaints, but please feel free to let us know if you encounter any similar issues in the future. We also apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the “Do Not Disturb” sign. It seems that you may have accidentally used our eco-friendly brown sign, which promotes a more minimal cleaning service. We sincerely apologize for the mistake involving your Starbucks keep cup. We take great care in ensuring that our cleaning procedures are followed, and we are truly sorry for this oversight. Finally, we regret that the coffee and sugar were not replenished during your stay. We will address this detail with our housekeeping team to ensure better service moving forward. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide you with a more pleasant experience.

Don't expect a 5-star hotel for the price of a 3-star, as some reviews might suggest. That said, we had a great time. We arrived in the morning and, as our room was not yet ready, we left our luggage in the luggage storage. Coming back in the evening, after our day, we asked to get our luggage back. To our surprise, these had already been mounted in our room. We were on the 4th floor, at the back of the building. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable, although I lack a little length. The night was pleasant and quiet. The bathroom was clean, except for the broken showerhead wall bar. Breakfast was well stocked. In addition, we were able to leave our luggage in the luggage storage all day the next day without any worries. All the staff is both polite and courteous, whether it be the maid, the little lady of breakfast or the team at the front desk. Since the hotel is easily accessible from the train station, if I have to return to Paris, this is where I will stay again.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Gare du Nord and the Gare de l'Est. Do you mean Charles de Gaulle? If so, there is a local train on RER line B linking the airport to Gare du Nord.

Big city quarters around train stations are often colorful rather than elegant--however, all the times we stayed around the Gares de l'Est ou du Nord, we never felt uneasy, including late in the evening after an opera or concert. Although I am not conversant with French traditions, I'd suggest not making eye contact with total strangers as an additional caution, but other than that: use your own judgment. The hotel is a perfectly friendly, congenial place, not to worry in the least.
