Detailed Reviews
Charming boutique hotel in a great location, larger than most rooms in Paris, friendly staff make the best recipe for the perfect Paris vacation. As advertised, the property is literally 5 mins walking from Pigalle station. There is also a bus (right recommended by the lady at the reception -Elena i think her name was?!) every few mins from the station that takes you across the city to stops close to important landmarks. The bus ride naturally takes longer given the Parisien traffic but if you are in no rush it's a great route to get around the city.
The hotel is surrounded by many nice restaurants, bars and grocery stores if you want to run down for a bag of chips or bottle of wine too be relished in the comfort of the room. But be wary that some of the these place are open real late and can get loud sometimes on weekends if that's a concern. I was on the 4th floor and even though i was in a street facing room, the noise didn't quite effect much.
Centrally located with Sacre-couer/Montmarte within walking distance on one side, as is the famous Moulin rouge right around the corner on the other side. word of caution, if you want to avoid all the sex-shops, you can conveniently walk the other side which has some lovely bakeries and shopping stores. I was given a room on the fourth floor with a street view just as requested and the room was exactly like shown in the pics. Bed was VERYY comfortable, washroom extremely clean and the room had the all basic amenities for a nice peaceful stay. Special thanks to Pablo, who was extremely charming, friendly, made the late night check out easy and convenient and also helped arrange a taxi at 2am within 10 mins of requesting it.
Disliked · Pricey. but then that's Paris. the cooling wouldn't work as they had switched from ac to heat for the season. again that's just Paris! so the room would get a little stuffy. just a remark not a complaint really, cause I could open the windows to gorgeous view which made up for it.

A 4 day trip to Paris [ 3 pensioners, from Liverpool] inc flights/B&B hotel cost us £422 per person through Hayes travel. We were a little worried about the media's reporting of the strikes/protests but honestly didn't see any of it. We had a top floor family room [with lift] the hotel was spotless comfy beds superb buffet breakfast menu very friendly staff [spoke English] open 24/7 and easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Montmarte and central Paris. We would highly recommend and we will be going back.

Stayed in February half term 2023, everyone was friendly in the hotel and really helpful letting us leave our bags in the storage room until our room was ready. Location was amongst some trendy and upbeat bars and restaurants, literally around the corner from Moulin Rouge and about a 20 minute walk from Sacre Coeur. Really close to Pigalle metro station which made whizzing around into the centre of the city easy.
Room was small but really well fitted, and came with a fridge, safe and full shower room.
Having shutters made sleep really easy!

This hotel was perfect for our 3 day trip, the room was small but we were out most of the day and night exploring the city anyway, the bed was nice and comfy, we slept really well and the shower/bathroom was also a good size.
It's in a great location for exploring the city in any direction, round the corner from the Moulin Rouge and the lovely village of Montmarte, its about half hour walk from the Eifel Tower, The Louvre, and is surrounded by great restaurants/cafes...we weren't kept awake by any night time noise either...
The staff were really helpful and approachable, we would defo stay here again if we visit the same area again.

The hotel has a nice exterior and is located in a high-energy walkable area near Pigalle and Montmartre. It is about a block from a major metro station (Pigalle). The room I had was comfortable, airconditioned and room cleaning happened each day. I stayed here for a week from the U.S. for the Olympics and no complaints. I would recommend and stay here again. The front desk was receptive to requests.

Great location, decent size rooms and pleasant staff.
We arrived early so left our luggage downstairs until the rooms became available. The receptionist Reena managed to give us 2 rooms next door to each other which was perfect for our family set up.
The hotel felt newly refurbed with spacious bathrooms and plenty of hot water. The mini fridge was also useful to store some drinks in.
We were offered breakfast however it wasn’t necessary as there were so many cafes and supermarkets nearby.
The metro was less than a 5 min walk and the hotel was situated within walking distance of some of the must see Paris attractions.
We would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for 5 nights in one of the smaller rooms on the ground floor. It was comfortable and we felt safe. There’s a kettle, mini fridge and safe which were really handy. The bathroom has a hairdryer but it was quite slow and basic so if you’re fussy, bring your own. The air con was functional but seemed to turn itself off and on but did the job. The staff were all very friendly and the housekeeping kept the hotel spotless. We didn’t get the breakfast. The hotel was quiet. I can’t comment on the bigger ones, but our room was extremely limited in storage - only 5 hangers and 2 (think A4 paper size, give or take) tiny shelves to hang/put 5 days of clothes on for 2 people but we made it work! The hotel is located minutes away from the Moulin Rouge and nearby to Metro stops. Montmatre felt safe to us as it was very busy. There are lots of restaurants, boulangeries, chemists, mini supermarkets and some bars nearby and it’s within walking distance of the Palais Garnier.
I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Dear Polishedstone, Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We are glad to hear that you found our hotel comfortable, safe, and well-equipped with amenities such as a kettle, mini fridge, and safe. It's great to know that our friendly staff and daily housekeeping contributed to a pleasant stay. We appreciate your feedback on the hairdryer and air conditioning, and we will look into these matters to ensure a better experience for our guests. We apologize for the limited storage space in your room. Our rooms come in various sizes, and we would be happy to recommend a larger room, such as our Family room or Privilege double room, for your next visit to provide more storage space. We are pleased that you enjoyed our convenient location near the Moulin Rouge, Metro stops, and various shops and restaurants. Your recommendation means a lot to us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. Sincerely, Mélanie CHEVOLLEAU, Adjoint de Direction

Great location, small but perfectly formed room, hot, strong shower, friendly staff. I felt safe as a solo female traveller. The only thing was that when I arrived the air con didn’t work. When I asked I was told, it wasn’t warm so they didn’t put it on. I thought it was strange as it should be up to the guests to decide this but when I returned they had switched it on, albeit on a low setting. I found the rooms warm so did find I woke up throughout the night. I would stay again but would probably insist on the air con being fully functioning as I specifically picked a hotel with air con

I was advised I would have a beautiful view of Paris city centre - what I was greeted with was a door, a ladder and a bucket . Coffee wasn’t replenished the next day - receptionist was grumpy :( the only good part was the location for the moulin rouge - room was tiny. I am by no means a hotel snob but I wouldn’t return here unfortunately .

Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion about your recent stay. We are pleased that you found our location convenient for visiting the Moulin Rouge, which is indeed one of the many attractions near our hotel. We are sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We understand that the room size was not to your satisfaction. Our hotel offers a variety of room types and sizes, and we regret that we did not meet your expectations in this regard. Regarding the view, we aim to provide rooms that meet the requests of our guests, and we apologize if there was any misunderstanding during your booking process. We do have rooms with a nice view of Paris, including the Eiffel Tower (Privilege Paris), but you did not reserve this category. As for the coffee replenishment, we typically ensure that all amenities are provided daily, and we regret if we fell short in this aspect of our service. We also take note of your comment about the receptionist’s demeanor; it is important to us that our staff provides friendly and helpful service, and we will follow up on this with our team. We are sincerely sorry that the service did not meet your expectations and are reviewing your comments with our team in order to improve our service. We hope to welcome you again in the future. This hotel has a great location in Pigalle, Paris. Near to Montmartre, Gare du Nord (and East) there's an easy access to many places. Also, numerous great cafes, restaurants and bars around. We laso had a view to the Eiffel Tower.
The rooms are very small but impressively functional and very modern and clean. A mini fridge in the room. There's a breakfast available byt we did not try it.
Would definitely stay again.
