Everything was flawless, from check in to check out. The doorman gave me the warmest of welcomes in the pouring rain, after a 3 hour delay from Barcelona. The inner court yard bar was very impressive and a great place to forget the journey!! The Housekeeping service Enrolling as a Fan of MO adds great value to your stay at Mandarin Oriental Paris. I cannot wait to go back!!!

We were pleased to have a lovely suite at this continuing example of how Mandarin Oriental (MO) distinguishes itself from the other luxury brands. Our room was lovely and evidenced the brands modern leaning and elegant understated design. But what made our stay truly wonderful is the staff at MO Paris. Laetitia from Guest Experience was on hand to not only welcome us to the hotel but helped us with little things throughout and made us feel welcomed and well cared for. We had asked ahead of time that we have a small freezer in the room to k=hold certain frozen items that we travel with and it was in place and in great working order for our stay. I note this because although a small thing it is, in my view, the ability to meet a guest request with ease that makes the stay lovely. Note also that the Concierge staff, each and every one of them, are of the highest calibre and that this also showed from the moment of arrival by the flowers that were in place in our room exactly as ordered. The F&B at this MO is superlative indeed. Although we ate our first breakfast downstairs we thereafter luxuriated in room service breakfast. Astonishing croissants and orange juice squeezed fresh...OMG I am getting hungry (and fat) just thinking about it. The location of the hotel in the middle of the best part of the Rue St Honore is lovely and we were there for the buzz and spectacle of Fashion Week. Each time we came and left the hotel we were greeted by name and, as always, that is the hallmark of comfort when traveling. Having said all of the good stuff; the sinks in the bathroom are a bad design and do not drain. The wonderful shower is designed in such a way that you cannot put a bathmat down because there is no clearance to open the door. All things pale, however, to the sheer comfort and overall feeling of service and welcome at this lovely property. This was our first trip without kids in 6 years and MO Paris was the perfect place to be.

I am not sure from where to start my review. Service at the highest level; attention to the smallest detail where even the housekeeping agent is greeting you by your name!!! Room amenities are excellent with a nice small outside veranda and a full tech equipment. The breakfast was marvelous.... in addition we received a small cake for Valentine to our room signed Thierry Marx.

In previous trips to Paris we stayed at the Plaza Athenee. We decided to change the location up a little bit, and I am so glad we did, because the Mandarin Oriental, IMO, has the perfect location. You're just a block up from the Chanel flagship store, while also being close to several mom and pop restaurants. The hotel is extremely modern and is packed with personality. The rooms are spacious and the suite we stayed in had an extra powder room. The rooms are technologically sophisticated and come with many smart features. The bathroom has a rainfall shower-head and a massive soaking bathtub. Literally, the hotel has the most beautiful bathroom I have ever seen. Everything is brand new and brilliant. No detail is left less than 110% done. The hotel gym is fantastic, and so is the pool, and we put them to good use. We are friends of MO and opted for the two free breakfasts and they were aplenty and good. The staff was very sweet and often greeted us by name. There is one aspect that really stood out though in our interactions with them. My daughter injured herself during our stay in Paris and we had to take her to a local pediatric hospital's emergency department for stitches. When we informed the hotel front desk what had happened so that they could arranged us transportation, the manager brought up first aid kits and had a limo take us to the hospital. This may sound fairly standard for hotels of this caliber, but, for the rest of the trip the staff made my daughter feel extra special to cheer her up. They would send her presents to our room, go out of their ways to chat with her, and give her a thumbs up whenever they would see her. Every single member of the front desk, shift after shift, would stop my wife and I whenever they would see us, and ask for updates about our daughter. It really was a very endearing experience. Our 6-year-old daughter now refers to the staff at The Mandarin Oriental Paris her Paris friends!

We have been regular guests of the Mandarin Oriental Paris not long since its opening. The attention to detail and staff attentive by far to be impeccable, not to mention they always take the extra mile to treat their VIP and loyal guests while remembering little details of our previous stays to ensure the we have a memorable stay. Personally, we like the decor of the hotel which give us a sense of luxury while being comfortable. The rooms are always presented fresh daily while flowers and seasonal fruits are a lovely treat. It really make us feel like home away home.

The hotel Mandarin Oriental Paris is truly amazing. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights after MO Barcelona. The location is so convenient and we get a scooter from a App and explored the beautiful Paris day and night. The service from the staff are top notch, as someone like me who never been to the city, we had so much to ask and required so many informations. Everyone we encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. The short trip won't be so memorable without thier assistance and recommendations. The room also beautifully decorated and comfortable. Merci Beaucoup Mandarin Oriental Paris!

We had the most fantastic stay this February at the Mandarin in Paris! They really know how to treat their guests. The entire hotel was as usual pristine and impeccably kept. The staff was so warm and helpful to our requests for shopping/dinner recommendations. They were able to get us a table at a nearby place that had no more available reservations. The manager Philippe Leboeuf was very hands on and we saw him everywhere spa, bar, front desk, even the bell desk. He runs a very tight and efficient yet friendly ship. Our suite was ready on time and so cozy, I love that Mandarin stocks their rooms with Yoga mats and flat irons and good blow dryers. These are all things I need while traveling but often don’t pack because they are bulky. Overall, I am so happy to have stayed at the Mandarin, it is my favorite part of going to Paris!

Still started out as a quick stopover for my birthday trip, but man was it one of my best memories. My stay started off with a mandarin employee waiting for me at the gate. Once I arrived to the hotel I was immediately greeted and taken on a quick tour of the hotel before i was led to my room.

The room was just phenomenal. with 2 balconies you have 2 great views of Paris and the Eiffel tower. The lower balcony has enough space for a sitting area surrounded by a lush garden. And if you need something to drink out there, the room has its very own wine chiller. The upstairs is just made for entertaining or work with a tv, couch, desk and another wet bar. Probably the best thing in this room, has to be the shower. I could have stayed in their forever

So the one weird thing that stuck out was I had a credit for breakfast for 2. Seeing that its just me I didn't think they'd bring me 2 of everything, But waking up at 6am and theres an entire table of food.
