We stayed as part of a package for the Olympics and so the hotel was quite full. Even though there were lots of other guests the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming from the receptioist to the cleaning staff and the staff in the breakfast buffet. I feel I have to congratulate the staff on the breakfast buffet especially as even though the place was full and items on the buffet kept running out the staff were superb in refilling the different foods and in cleaning away the dirty dishes and getting in clean cutlery and dishes. The staff made the stay excellent!

The rooms are modern, relatively spacious and clean, the metro is nearby, really good for the price.
The cleaning staff like to take towels that are hanging out to dry and don't bring new ones, the bar in the lobby refuses to serve alcoholic drinks after 10 p.m.
Free water and coffee all day.

A very average stay in my opinion. If you’re anything like us then you are likely only in your room to sleep and use the bathroom facilities. On this basis the stay was average and was fine.
The hotel itself and staff were friendly. However, I noticed there were grey hairs (not my own) on my floor and that my shower was dusty. I also put a do not disturb sign on the door yet a cleaner came in anyways as the towels in our bathroom had been folded but our toilet paper was not replenished despite being finished! Small annoyances that weren’t worth complaining about but notable during the stay.
The breakfast was also average although I was disappointed with the variety and lack of hot food.
The hotel is located near metro stations that can take you directly to some of the key sights within 30/40 minutes which is useful. There’s also a shopping centre and plenty of food spots nearby.

We just got back from Paris and stayed at this hotel 4 nights. Siamo stati molto bene! The room is not very large (but not even very small for three people). The bathroom however quite large and comfortable. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is great, with excellent quality. The location is also very convenient: 100 meters away there is the metro stop 7 that leads practically throughout the city and there is also the tram. Very satisfied 🤭

Modern, clean, nice bathrooms. Mattresses very thin but beds comfy enough. Noisy enough , windows aren’t great but u suppose to be expected in the city, Really nice fresh breakfast. Check in process very slow. We only stayed 1 night before our flight home ,
Ate dinner there. Avoid at all costs. Menu limited and food the worst we have ever had. Service slow. Food arrived cold and was then heated up in a microwave and given back. Meat in the burgers disgusting and vegetables with the salmon limp , overcooked & tasteless. Kids could not eat any of their meal at all yet we were charged for all the food, majority of which we couldn’t eat.
I would stay here again for a short stay but not eat dinner in the hotel.

Room 722 - upon check in there was a problem with the room rate and an unhelpful front of house manager who’s sole recommendation to resolve the issue was to tell me that she would refund the booking and I can find an alternative hotel. Not very helpful when you’ve travelled from the UK and you’re standing in reception. But that’s another post. On arrival to the room it was dirty. Bed linen was stained, hairs present and black fluff all over it. The bathroom mirror was stained with previous toothpaste splashes. The toilet seat was stained and the bedside table was stained also with oil marks and handprints. Considering Ibis pledge extra sanitation post COVID this room wasn’t fit for purpose. Hotels are meant to take cleanliness seriously and clearly this hotel doesn’t check rooms before being allocated. Dirty rooms are unacceptable and a health hazard. Despite it only being 18:00 there wasn’t any management presence apart from the earlier representative that hardly instills one with confidence. I’ve been lucky to travel all over the world and I’ve never witnessed a room this dirty, let alone post a pandemic. The ibis responsibility to health and hygiene is severely lacking.

Greatly located next to a lot of public transport stations (one minute to the bus station and two minutes to the metro and tram stations) but also next to some bistros and markets, IBIS Styles Meteor offered us a quiet stay for 4 nights in Paris. Even though we arrived a few hours before check-in time, the young lady at the front desk was very open and took our backpacks and trollers back so we could go down to a bistro nearby to eat and to drink a cold beer. At 14:00, the room was waiting for us clean and cool, only good for a short rest before taking the Trocadero and climbing the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast is ok, except the option to boil your own eggs in a small dedicated kettle (at one point there was a queue to boil an egg ...). The staff was exemplary, both at the reception, cleaners and at breakfast. In the morning at 6 o'clock, upon departure, check-out was extremely easy (we left the card at the reception and the invoice then arrived by email).

I have been a guest in an Ibis hotel before, I felt like I was on the safe side. But to my surprise this wasn't the case. As soon as we arrived the room was clean, but on the second day the room attendant simply made the bed and changed the linen. The bathroom fixtures were cleaned poorly, some hair that was on the floor in the bathroom remained there until the sixth day, which is when we left. Breakfast not bad except for the drinks machine which a couple of times I found full of midges. Rooms perhaps a little too small... there was only space for one suitcase and we had three. The location however is excellent. Metro stop at 100m, M7 line useful for getting practically anywhere. I expected much more, it's really a shame for Ibis which is usually synonymous with quality.

We received great attention from the waiters especially. Clean hotel and comfortable beds. The services offered were all great but the best note was the attention of the waiters always attentive to our wishes and helpful. Just a few details in the bathroom. Shower caps were missing, other essential accessories especially for those arriving from abroad.

We arrived hot and tired from Basil, Switzerland. We planned to stay for four days as a mini vacation in Paris before going home. We were given a very small, cramped room. The bed is not a bed but a pallet or a poorly made futon. The sheets were wrinkled and the bed appeared as though a small child had made the bed. The bed itself is not conducive to good rest. There were only two towels in the bathroom and no glasses of any kind. There was not facilities for making tea or coffee, no refrigerator and a tiny window that looks out over all of Paris, if it wasn't so dirty. No use trying to take a picture of the view. They cover this by pulling the drapes over the tiny window leaving the room dark and uninviting. I believe all the rooms are like this because the building itself sits on a tiny bit of property. Since it's Paris it's understandable but not the dirt. I spoke with the manager, but he knows nothing about the surrounding area. He was also unwilling to address any of my concerns about the hotel. I would not recommend any hotel operated by Novotel.
