Designed by Stark, it is undoubtedly a Stark product. Well done, aging graciously. A hype bar / restaurant / rooftop for the discerning Parisians including a bunch of celebrities frequently having lunch on the terrace. Fooding is sharing mostly, but of quality & tasteful, service is cool and professional. Rooms are just neat, pretty neat with the surprising minibar/dressing area. One small insupportable detail in the bathroom; it is small for a double occupancy and…. Not one single nail , even the most minuscule to hang bathrobes or towels once used. Management this must be corrected… Besides, a very nice & neat place to stay near the Trocadéro and Eiffel Tower. Go & enjoy! Your dedicated reviewer

This is a hotel in a residential area of Paris about half an hour walk from the Eiffel Tower. This is a good part of town to find grocers open late and banks with ATM's (surprisingly not so easy to find in Central Paris). I was only there one night so I didn't try to use the metro but I don't think there was a station very close to the hotel. Ubers were easy to get. The hotel ticks off the things you expect: my penthouse suite 600 was a beautifully decorated suite where everything was easy to use and worked well. There was a large terrace with a jacuzzi and a great view of the Eiffel Tower. There were some lemon financiers on arrival; i figured they might have put a few more treats out there considering what they charged for the room, but there was a bottle of perfume and some chocolates to take home at departure. You could walk down the hall to a stairway to reach the roof which had chickens and furniture and more rooftop views. There is a pool, large gym and restaurant. What more could you want?
Well, actually it was the vibe and the people that made me give this place a review one cut below excellent. Not that people weren't friendly, but for a Western tourist from the USA, this is a place with a distinctly North African Arab feeling and few of the people here spoke English. You have these burly security guards around, the gym looks pretty tough and when you ask for stuff such as a piece of gym equipment, people don't understand what you are asking for. For instance, I asked two managers for a foam roller in the gym (and demonstrated what they were), and they said they didn't have any. Later I found a closet with 10 of them inside. In the restaurant, if you don't get up and ask for a person to take or bring your order, you might sit there a long while. I had to beg several times to get my breakfast before running out to the airport. The food was pretty good, by the way.
The gym is open till 11 and the pool is open 24/7. There is a bathing suit spinner. The pool is an excellent heated lap pool and there are items such as flippers around. The elevators are a bit slow and that was bothersome.
There are no real attractions nearby for a tourist to visit so this is not an ideal location for a tourist. I stayed here because i thought it would be cool to have a rooftop terrace for a night in Paris overlooking the Eiffel. I also liked having a hotel with a great health club. But I'd rather have more Western-looking tourists like myself around me at a hotel with staff that spoke English (aside from the receptionist and hotel operator), and I just didn't feel all that comfortable at this place. If you want to be in a place where you feel that you are in Paris and not in a tourist hotel, this hotel is great. But I"m not a local and don't really want to mix with them when I'm just passing through. It's really a matter of taste. The night before I was at the Cheval Blanc; I felt much more at ease there, but then again, it might put other people off as being too ritzy.

We went there a couple of times but the highlight was when we came to celebrate my mom's birthday. Chic atmosphere, friendly and professional staff as always.
My mom was not a fan of cakes so they offered her ice cream and champagne. They also have an amazing pâtissier so we ordered 7 desserts for the 4 of us ! It was so good but of course we couldn't eat all so they kindly prepared a bag to take away.

Went into Brach Hotel for coffee and a pastry. Chose a nice treat priced at 6 euros but when the check came they charged 12 euros for the pastry. I said the sign said 6 euros and they said that's the take out price. Who comes into a hotel for take out? After arguing for a few minutes about false advertising I just left.

My son and I stayed at the Brach a Brach suite on the 6th floor for several nights in the summer of 2019 and had a wonderful stay. Post-Covid, my wife and I returned to the Brach in September ‘22 because I had been so impressed with the room and the service.

Unfortunately, it is not the same hotel that it once was. The service was terrible and several things in the room did not work. I called down to the front desk on at least 15 different occasions and nobody picked up. The shades in the room malfunctioned. The hot tub took 8 hours to heat up, rendering it useless. The lights in the bathroom did not turn on. The television mysteriously turned on at 3:00 AM and we had to pull the plug to turn it off. There was no room service menu for breakfast in the room (only dinner). There was no cream for coffee. There was no turn down service at night so the towels from the previous day were still wet the following morning. There is no concierge. The hotel has gone to a virtual concierge to save money. When the phone was repeatedly not answered regarding the bathroom lights, I got dressed and went to the front desk for help at 11:00 PM. After waiting for someone to come out for 5 minutes, I was told that he would come to my room in 5-10 minutes and it took 20. He was unable to fix the problem. There were other issues with the room as well.

Upon check out, when I explained all of this, all that I was offered was a complimentary dinner. This is very unsatisfactory, especially given the expense of this room and this hotel.

Something has happened to both the quality of the hotel and the quality of the staff since I was there 3 years ago that needs to be addressed. I will not go back.

The hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms, though small, are very modern and have very thoughtful touches. The location is great, a very beautiful local area to explore and enjoy; as well as easily accessible to all the main tourist sites. The pool and spa is beautiful, including the huge hot tub and a must visit during your stay. Could not recommend any other hotel in Paris more! Beautiful!

Brach Paris is a hip luxury hotel in the 16th Arr. It is in a wonderful neighborhood, away from the busyness of central Paris. We found it as a perfect place to stay to explore Paris. Just a short walk & ride on the Metro 9 line quickly got us into Paris for the Louvre, Orsay, & etc.

The rooms are appointed in a hip style, the 1st floor terrace is nice for cocktails/snacks, and the restaurant on the main floor was nice for breakfast. We enjoyed the room service as well. We did struggle with the managing the temperature in the room, but that could just be because we were between seasons in Europe. Finally, we were excited to try the roof top bar because it has great views of the Eiffel Tower but were disappointed to hear that it was closed for the winter. No where was it stated when we were making our reservations that the roof top bar would be closed. We only found out at our arrival.

We did not get a chance to try the spa or the pool.

Overall, nice hotel to stay in when in Paris.

The room is tiny an I felt claustrophobic. The light switches were extremely complicated and it took several tries to figure them out. I booked through American Express and it was my anniversary and was hoping for an upgrade instead I was told there were no upgrades other than the suite which was not in the program. When we ordered room service for breakfast, there was no room to even put the tray and we had to move things around. I ended up standing to eat my breakfast. The shower had a seal broken because the water sprayed all over the bathroom floor even when the shower door was closed. For the amount of money that I was charged I expected more. I am disappointed as this experience ruined my stay in a city I love. Save your money!

This modern hotel, situated in Paris XVI, is under same ownership as Lily of the Valley in South of France.

Very nice and large rooms in business category. We have been impressed by perfect follow-up of any of our wishes ! Compliments to the hotel management!

Important to underline also that food, served only in your room due to Covid restrictions , is excellent .

Definitely a place to come back!

We are staying at the Brach Hotel right now. We have travelled around France and expected the Brach Hotel would be the most luxurious based on the price. We were shocked when we got to our room and found literally NO storage for any of our things. This hotel has taken form over function to a new level. There was so many books and other Knick knacks that we had to move just to find a place to set any of our things. If we would have wanted to eat in our room there would have been no place to set the food or to sit. The Bathroom had very little storage either. In fact if you have a towel or robe on the hook beside the water closet door you are unable to close the door without holding the item out of the way and risk pinching your fingers. The lighting is VERY complicated and we spent a lot of time pushing the multitude of buttons to get the lights on or off that we needed. The on site restaurant was ok but we expected something more French but this was more a Mediterranean menu. I would not recommend this hotel unless you enjoy living out of a suitcase and enjoy decor over comfort!
