Detailed Reviews
We really enjoyed our stay in Mom"Art. Proprietor Brigitte and her staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast in a beautiful courtyard, was reasonably priced and substantial. We were expecting only a "continental breakfast "of croissants, but were pleasantly surprised with baguettes, pastries , cheese , jam , juice, and a basket of fresh fruit. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet , facing onto the inner courtyard. The heater in the bathroom wasnt working. We didnt follow this up, but housekeeping staff staff should check this each time they change the room. We would stay again,

The hotel is right in the middle of Montmartre, any easy walk to everything, two minutes from the Anvers metro stop, and yet is incredibly quiet. Our room faced an inner courtyard. We were warmly welcomed by the gentleman at the front desk upon check in, and he drew us a walking map of Montmartre describing all the sights and giving us personal recommendations, which were right on the money. The staff overall seemed eager to help with anything we requested. Bridgette (I hope I spelled that right!), the owner of the hotel, is very personable and friendly and adored our nine year old son. He's shy but she made him laugh. There's a nice little bar in the lobby to grab a drink or cappuccino. The Parisienne suite was perfect for a family of three, with a little balcony where we enjoyed coffee and crepes. The room was clean and modern, and a bit larger than the typical Paris hotel room. Montmartre is almost a fairy tale neighborhood, and you just couldn't ask for a better location. We'll definitely stay here when we return to Paris.

This year I stayed for the second time to this hotel and all I can say is that is amazing. The location is perfect, you can travel very easily to any objective in Paris, the rooms are big comparing to most of the other rooms from other hotels and the staff is always ready to help you with anything you need. Especially Fabio who was very kind to help us with the reservation, he showed us places we can visit and recommended a very beautiful trip on the Seine river where you learn a lot of stuff about Paris's history. You can really count on him for everything you might need! The owner of the hotel is a very nice lady always ready to help with anything you might need. This will definitely be my go to hotel every time I will travel to Paris.

Positives
The hotel is in a great location with good bars and restaurants nearby. Our room was clean, well designed with a really comfortable bed.
The owner of the hotel (a middle aged blonde lady) was a great character and made us laugh.
Negatives
The hotel manager (with a moustache) seemed annoyed every time we spoke to him and kept asking us for our room number. Could definitely do with some training with how to speak to customers.
The breakfast was the biggest disappointment and at €28 for two people a complete rip off. It consisted of a tiny basket of stale croissants that had clearly been bought frozen from a supermarket and heated up along with some rock hard bread.
Would recommend going to the amazing bakery around the corner to buy beautiful fresh made croissants, brioche and a baguette for €10

Although the location and rooms were lovely, the Management staff was disrespectful. We had 2 separate rooms for 9 nights.
On the 7th night we got a frantic call at lunch requesting my daughter and I to bunk together because they were overbooked. The Manager/Owner Bridgette offered us two free nights. We wanted to be accommodating but I asked that our 9th night be complimentary and the receptionist (who was translating) AGREED that Sunday night we would not be charged. I said we would come back to the hotel and my daughter would pack and move in my room. When we got back they had gone through all of my daughters things (personal items, electronics, clothing, even underwear) stuffed them in her suitcase and had moved all of them to my room. We felt violated. We were shocked. We went to dinner and got another phone call stating that there was a misunderstanding and we wouldn't have Sunday night complimentary but it would be for a future stay. Obviously this wasn't acceptable.
We felt so uncomfortable that we checked out a day early. They had charged us for our full stay upfront and said that they couldn't refund our Amex card for the 9th night. They offered a wire directly to our bank account. I am still waiting. We had several other "misunderstandings" all during the week as well. We are waiting for our refund but I am in touch with Amex as well. The upper management is unprofessional and not competent with their reservations or credit card systems. If you are not fluent in French I would definitely say this hotel is a hard pass.
I am hoping that this will all work out but in all of my worldly travels (Thailand, Africa, Argentina, Turkey, etc) we have never been treated so disrespectfully. It was a terrible ending to a two week trip.
The only saving grace was a front desk gentleman, Camille. He helped us through a few scrapes but could only do so much.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel and whilst the location is great, the rest of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired.
The rooms are very small and dark, free water is not provided in the rooms and to add insult to injury the small sized water bottles in the mini bar were extortionately priced. At the price point of this hotel, €12 for water is unacceptable. Breakfast was very poor and the receptionist/‘concierge’ was very creepy and inappropriate towards both me and my husband.
The reviews on this site must be fabricated as this is not more than a 1 out of 5 hotel, with the 1 being for the location. Avoid at all costs!

+1
This hotel was a lovely place to stay for our final few days in Paris. The staff is so welcoming and always happy to help. The rooms are luxurious with everything you could possibly need (including many outlets in the spots you need them!) The shower was amazing, roomy and with excellent water pressure! The beds were very soft and pillows firm. I also enjoyed the decor and ambience. The room was quiet as it’s situated with rooms around a courtyard that is used for breakfast. Location was fabulous as well. Right in the heart of Montemarte. A quick walk to the tram up to Sacre Cour. A quick walk to the wall of love. Excellent boutique shopping and cafes near by. All in all, a wonderful spot on Montmartre!

I can't say enough good stuff about this hotel. We were originally planning to stay in another hotel in the area but it turned out to be claustrophobic-producing and probably unsafe in a fire. So we forfeited the money and set out walking in the cold, rainy evening with our suitcases, hoping the Hotel Mom'Art would be better.
OMG! We were welcomed with open arms and allowed to see our room before committing to it. The room was everything we wanted and more- clean, comfortable, attractive, with a large bathroom and even a small patio. The concierge at the desk was always helpful with restaurants, taxis, etc. Breakfast was good, too. I highly recommend the Hotel Mom-Art.

I arrived with my husband for a five day visit to Paris. Fabio greeted us warmly and to our delight, upgraded us to the Hermes room, a beautiful room with a nice terrace. He also gave us some good tips on things to do in Paris. The Hermes room was small but nice and cozy, and the terrace added space for us to have coffee and sit outside when we wanted to. This was the most quiet room I have ever stayed in. It was amazing. The staff was really helpful when needed, and otherwise was very low-key, which was nice. They were all super sweet. I enjoyed using the exercise machine and used the sauna once, which was nice. Otherwise the best thing about this hotel is the location. We were near so many excellent cafes and restaurants, plus two metro stations. We will definitely return here to stay again.

I stayed for two nights in the "Elegance" room and loved the hotel. The room and bathroom were very spacious, something rare enough in Paris to be mentioned. The hotel is situated in the heart of a busy yet charming Montmartre, a stone throw away from the Sacre-Coeur. You have everything you would want to make your stay in Paris enjoyable (monuments, restaurants, bars, shops, theatres) within walking distance. The hosts, Fabio in particular, were friendly and attentive to guests' needs. I found the place to be great value for money and highly recommend the hotel for long as well as short stays.
