For my daughter’s first trip to Paris, I wanted to stay someplace truly local and Parisian, and I couldn’t have been happier with 52 Clichy. The neighborhood is friendly, safe, and quiet. At the same time, you are just 2 blocks from a metro line...More

Share this chic, comfortable Bed and Breakfast property for 2 with your English host & live like a local. Accompany Rosemary to the bakery if you want, discuss the best way to navigate Paris over an amazing …Morebreakfast or share an evening glass of wine on the balcony. Your bedroom can be arranged as a super king-size or twins & contains your ensuite bathroom with bath & shower & a separate, private toilet. You won't spend much time in your room though as the living room & balcony is also for your use. Pop a bottle of wine in the fridge, snuggle into the deep cushions of the huge sofa or plan tomorrows expeditions from the balcony using the high speed wifi. The apartment is quiet even though 52 Clichy is very central - just a few minutes walk away from Montmartre to the North & the Louvre is only 1.2 miles away but before getting there you may want to pop into Galeries Lafayette/Printemps for some luxury shopping, visit the Opera Garnier or wander the Tuileries gardens! Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in
another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.

Hi, I am the owner of 52 Clichy. The B&B is one bedroom and is only for 2 people. I have an apartment in the same building and it is for 4 adults, a baby in the cot would be the only additional person where I would accept 5 people renting.
The apartment and the B&B are both listed on TripAdvisor in the Vacation Rental section where I am ranked 6th (B&B with 130+ 5 star reviews) and 7th (apartment with 110ish 5 star reviews) of all +/- 9500 listings in central Paris.
I preferred being listed on the vacation rental TripAdvisor site to the B&B one where you found me where there are only 130 choices because I hoped for more traffic on the other site.
I have a website, again google 52 clichy and you will find me, which should explain everything but come back to me if you need anything. Sorry I can't help unless yo like the look of the apartment.
