Detailed Reviews
I booked the hotel through Luxury Escapes and opted for one of the Parisian Roof Suites.
The hotel was difficult to identify at first as there’s not really a sign telling you that’s the hotel. I was looking at it and struggling to identify it from the road.
Reception was great, check in was smooth and English speaking. We arrived via the Metro which was easy and efficient after taking the Eurostar over from London.
The room was on the sixth floor and the lift only goes to the fifth floor so you have to carry your bags up the extra flight but reception did offer to carry them up for us.
The room was big and spacious and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was big as was the shower. I’m not a particular lover of a shower curtain and prefer a screen but it was sufficient. Still water was provided in the room along with air conditioning and views were good from the floor.
We had breakfast included and that was amazing, definitely worth getting if you can with the room rate.
We even booked dinner one night in the hotel and that was good, a tapas style.
All the staff were pleasant and felt it was in a good location to all the attractions. We walked a lot which was a fine for us but there is plenty of ways to get around if required such a metro and taxis.
Upon departure you have to pay the City tax which was around 17 Euro for our three night stay and we flex out from Paris via the Metro and train.
I would stop in this hotel again.

Dear Guest, Thank you for reviewing your stay with us. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay in one of our Parisian Roof Suites and found our location convenient for exploring the city. Our staff takes great pride in providing a smooth check-in process and assisting our guests in any way possible, so we appreciate your kind words about their service. We apologize for any confusion in identifying the hotel upon arrival and for the inconvenience of carrying your luggage up the extra flight of stairs. We are glad that our reception team offered assistance with your bags. It's wonderful to know that you found the room spacious and comfortable, and that you enjoyed the views from the top floor. We're also pleased to hear that you appreciated the breakfast and dinner options at our on-site restaurant, as well as the friendliness of our staff. Regarding the city tax, it is a standard practice in Paris and we try to inform our guests about it upon check-in. We hope this did not cause any inconvenience during your departure. We hope to welcome you again. Best wishes,

Location isn’t ideal [though we did visit over New Year so transport was particularly difficult!] but that’s where the faults with this hotel end.
It was beautiful and comfortable, and the staff were warm and welcoming. As with most Parisian hotels the rooms weren’t enormous, but they were incredibly chic, and the drinks in the hotel bar were delicious. The view from our room was stunning, and I love the stylish touches in the room. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We were in Paris this weekend for a weekend away, and part way through the weekend it was announced that all cafes, restaurants and most shops etc would be closed due to coronavirus. The hotel was wonderful (particularly Isabelle on reception who was fantastic and calm), She kept us updated, and without any hesitation let us keep our room until we got our late evening Eurostar on Sunday evening - the hotel were so accommodating. We actually still had a great weekend in Paris, in large because of how the hotel dealt with things. We were upgraded to a Grand Pigalle room for our stay, given that the hotel was quiet, which we really appreciated. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the bathroom, shower and toiletries were great, the bed was comfy, the dressing gowns and slippers luxurious, and the balconies that wrap around the entire building are wonderful. The wine bar is a great place to spend some time, and the breakfast was delicious, generous and served with a smile. There are so many great restaurants, cafes and boutique shops close by, and our favourite local street was Rue de Martyrs. We will definitely be back and can not recommend this place more highly

Booked here for a quiet weekend and found it to be a very charming and stylish hotel which is well looked after. The room was superb, with a lovely little north facing balcony that could just see the top of the sacre coeur, which was perfect for sitting out with a glass of wine watching the city life below go past.
Out of laziness one night we tried the room service which was very quick and the food was superb.
The main road outside, Rue Victor Masse, is a little noisy at night, but then this is central Paris, so it was expected and didn't really bother us.
The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were very friendly and had excellent English. I know as they had to cope with my non existent French.
We would definitely stay here again and certainly recommend it.

The best stay in Paris! We initially booked an airbnb that was so disappointing and we decided to book two rooms here for our entire family including two toddlers. Staff is so attentive and personable to your needs. They prepared my son’s crib before arrival. He had the best sleep and beautiful blanket! Very clean rooms, comfortable soft bed and good ac in the hot summer. The restaurant is fabulous for breakfast lunch and dinner! Or you can also go across the street there are lots of options in the neighborhood but the hotel food is highly recommended. The staff helped with our luggage since arrival and departure. They give good tips and recommendations. Overall, it was a great experience and would definitely stay again next time. Thank you to the staff for your hospitality.

My wife and I had a great stay here even though it was short. The staff was helpful and it is conveniently located next to several metro stops. We were in Paris during the final stage of the Tour de France so the city was very busy. It was nice to start and end our day away from the more touristy parts of town. We stayed in the top floor suite (green room with a cool mirror). It had a great view of Sacre Coeur and up Montmartre as you lean out the window. We found it really charming and romantic. My only complaint was the shower - I'm six feet tall and I didn't fit in the shower since we were on the top floor the ceiling was slanted. I ended up just taking a bath every morning so it wasn't that big of a deal. I would come back here next trip to Paris for sure.

Awful, noisy, and the breakfast was nowhere to be found. It takes ages to serve coffee in the morning... As the room was too noisy and awfully dark, they moved us to another room which was a bit better, but still. This hotel is much too expensive for what it offers.

Sorry, but I don’t remember how much exactly it is. It’s some mire than 10€
There is no parking attached to the hotel. There is very good parking throughout Paris though. The nearest garage to Grand Pigalle is probably at 7 Rue Mansart, 75009 about a 5 minutes walk.
