Very nice newly renovated hotel. Rooms were very pretty, with new air conditioner. The bed was comfortable, with two pillows. Another nice thing was that in each room there is a Nespresso machine with coffee capsules! The only thing is that it's a bit far from the city centre but it's near the airport and the Lac. The other thing is that because of the Lac and its mosquitos you can't open the window. And another thing was that the soundproofing could be better as you can hear the corridor and the surrounding rooms.

Stayed here for a weekend to take in the rugby, and explore Bordeaux. It was perfect for us - 5 min walk to the stadium, 20 mins by the nearby tram to the centre of Bordeaux. The rooms were just the right size, with everything that was required. Comfy beds, bath & shower.

How can I say, 2 nights in this hotel for a conference. I found myself in room N 005 on the ground floor which I think is a room for disabled people with a bathtub; which is not my case... as soon as I entered this room, immediately a horrible smell of disgust came up or piping, in short, to vomit. all night, I suffered the sound of water coming down from the upper rooms. Woke up 10 TIMES IN THE NIGHT ;;; In short, horrible night. the next morning... I immediately asked to change rooms... I don't understand how the hotel could rent me such a room...SHAMEFUL;

For our New Year's Eve we chose this hotel. The staff is very welcoming and professional, the hotel is clean and well located near the tram and bus to the city center. We had a good stay and we will definitely return.

We stayed here for one night during the European Championships 2016 when Ireland played Belgium. The hotel is basic, the rooms are clean enough though dull and small. The staff were very pleasant and we did not sample any food or the bar. It is located in what is like a retail park. It was handy for us as it was very close to the football stadium but other than that, I wouldn't stay there again.

"The room was too small for two people, with a double bed pushed up against one wall and the bathroom although good was a little dated.. We stayed on night and it was OK. The location and everything else was very good."
